Little shop with BIG service. They offer many things you wouldnt expect. (every once in a while I see some customers take advantage of them by not paying for their own printing mistakes, so go give them your business. Theyll surprise you with their great quality from a little shop.)

Very Disappointed with this store!I went in to get my wedding invitations printed I also brought in my very own envelopes for them to print our address on. When I got the call saying my invitations & envelops are ready to be picked up. I drove an hour from our house to pick them up, I was so excited! I drove back home to find out they printed half of the envelopes up side down. I simply called them to let them know they messed up our envelopes. They then openly admitted they knew they printed some of the envelopes up side down. Then why didn’t you have the decency to tell me or even try to fix them when it happened? Let alone tell me when I pick them up that some of the envelopes got messed up? They told me I needed to bring the upside down ones back in and they can reprint them and I would have to go buy more envelopes so they can fix their own mistake.

This has been a local copy and print shop for years. They are super helpful and they can always get you what you need. I am a teacher and come here for posters and color handouts.

CopyTec is one of my new favorite businesses. They did my wedding invitations and I was blown away by their prices and service. They were literally half the price of other places we checked out, AND that included printing the insert and the addresses on envelopes! They also helped us realize that our invitations were off center, and fixed that for us easily. For Christmas cards they were a third the price it would have been to print the same size card at Walgreens - and on way nicer paper. We have already referred two friends there for wedding announcements, and both friends came back to us thrilled with them. Im leaving this review because I genuinely think youll be satisfied if you go to CopyTec. Its a rare, hidden gem. (Dont be alarmed by how dingy it looks on the outside! The service is phenomenal.)

So Im not even officially a customer yet and I am already in LOVE with this place!Ive been working on a painting, that I would like copies of, for a while now and a few months ago I called to ask about different prints and sizes. I had absolutely no idea what I was talking about and no idea what half of things on their website meant. And the wonderful person who answered the phone (Im sorry I wish I knew your name) talked me through everything, let me ask as many questions as I wanted, and even sent me multiple quotes! (Which Im sure took a lot of his time!) He even went as far as calling me a few times to make sure I got his emails and letting me know I could come in anytime to see exactly what they offer.I have never had such great customer service! (And remember Im not even a customer yet! Im so excited to finally come in and get my prints!)

This place is incredible! I always recommend them to my friends and family! Recently, my brother unexpectedly passed away and we needed to get programs and photographs printed in a very short time frame. Copytec went above and beyond to help us out. Their representative was easy to get a hold of, answered lots of questions for us, was so thoughtful and sensitive in how he spoke to us about our recent loss, and of course the prices were so reasonable. We cant thank you guys enough!!

This is my favorite printing place. I used them as a graphic design student to print posters, booklets, menus, etc. Then I used them for printing my graduation announcements and business cards. The employees are so knowledgeable and so helpful. I love that they are on top of trends (for instance, they recently started offering foil). The only drawback is that theyre so good they now have a 3-5 business day turnaround time for a lot of projects.

This is my go-to place for anything print related. They do the cheapest copies (color or b/w), binding, large format printing, etc. Its worth the trip even if you dont live in Pleasant Grove. They have self-serve computers so you can pull files up and print yourself. They also have tons of colors of card stock if your project requires color.

I work as a graphic designer and Ive been consistently pleased with CopyTecs services and products over the past 5 years. They stock a good variety of paper and work well with my files. Ive printed name tags, wedding invitations, envelopes, flyers, handouts, game cards, calendars, and posters here at very competitive prices. Its a great place for designers and those that just need to make a few copies. They also have very accessible hours; just plan ahead for the weekend rush.

Its a copy center. But the cool thing is the people are super nice. So you get copies, and laminating quickly and efficiently at a good price. But its the people who bring me back--nice, helpful, friendly.

My husband and I love this place. They are casual, laid back, and its never so busy that Im waiting forever for help. I feel like I can always get anything I need there for a very reasonable price. Staff is cute and friendly.

I needed a actual authorized FedEx Ship Center drop off location and they are one so I was very pleased! There was a line but a lady helped me right away! They were fast friendly and they definitely had 8 plus people in there as customers so Im assuming that they do some good work. I know there for commercial copy and printing. In the future Ill look into some of that and update my review if its needed!

CopyTec has always provided me with great prints for many things including invites, handouts, posters, large displays and regular copies! It can get busy at times, but they seem to keep enough employees to make lines go fairly quick. I have learned that if I go in the evening, I rarely have to wait at all! I have family who dont live in PG, but have been impressed with the prints I get for the incredible price, that they now come to CopyTec and love it too!

We have always used CopyTec for our immediate printing needs. I had one of my employees go in today and they had a really frustrating experience with a male worker there. He refused to give his name. It was whoever there around 3:45pm. Really rude, hassled my worker but did eventually deliver on the order. Were dissatisfied with this visit. Two stars instead of one for delivering same day for our order.

In the past, I was printing 5x7 invitations at Costco, but the CopyTec ones are so much better. The paper quality and print quality is amazing. They always get the order done quickly and their employees are great. I have used both their online services and their in-store help. I have given up on the cheap online postcard and business card printers (VistaPrint) and CopyTec has now won all of the this bargain shoppers future business.

I went in for my company and there was a huge line when I first walked in which is understandable, but when I got to the front to order, the guy at the front barely said anything to me. He didnt make any eye contact, and told me it was going to be a half an hour wait. I ended up waiting an hour. I would be more understanding if he had told me it was going to be a little bit longer than expected but since I had no idea I was irritated. As this all was happening there was a huge line of people piling up almost out the door. It came to my understanding only two employees were working during the busy day! This guys attitude who worked around 1:30-3:10 was exceptionally rude, he didnt talk to me about any updates on how the printing was going, didnt tell me that I had to stand around for another half an hour when I could have gone back to work for that hour then come back and pick up, he also told me that the card was not on file which I know wasnt true but every time this company has gone in it scanned the card and printed them, he told me it wasnt going to be as high quality even. When it came to paying the card reader didnt work and he didnt believe me as I kept putting it in to show my point, when it came to signing the touch screen was not working and he didnt believe me he told me, Dont use your fingernail use your finger when clearly I was using my finger he finally got sick and tired of me trying and he did it manually himself, then switched it out before I had to pay again. My family and I go to CopyTec all the time for printing and things but this experience was horrible.

Copy Tec has been great to work with. I have had several custom designs printed here. A few projects include wedding invites, 400+ event nametags, flyers, and spiral-bound presentation books. They are great to work with, have great turn-around times, and are inexpensive (especially for the quality of service they provide.) Theyre my go-to place for digital printing.They have a paper book for more professional jobs, and a wall of colored paper that can be purchased in individual sheets for more casual print jobs like neighborhood parties or church groups.They are very busy Saturday, so if you can plan ahead to avoid that, youll get a better experience. It is nice that theyre open Saturday, though. You may need to drop off your file and come get it most days, depending on how busy it is. This is a common practice for print shops. The more details you communicate the better.

I phoned to get pricing and confirm pricing on a print 2 different times. I was told the same price both times. I paid someone to format my print to the specifications they said were needed. I emailed my print items in to be printed.... and to my surprise, i received an email payment request that was nearly double what i was originally quoted.... and the manager wont honor the original price i was quoted less than 2 weeks ago!

This place is not the friendliest place. If you send something to be printed email or online: First call and make sure they got it. Second, call again to make sure they are working on it. Third, Call again to see if it is done. Fourth, Prepare to wait while they print it after you show up to pick it up. Happens often at this place.

Ive used Copytec many times for my business and also for family stuff. They are always helpful and the prices are really great.

Slow. Very slow. Two people helping one customer while I wait for ten minutes. Why does it take two employees to help one customer print a document?

We needed a copy of an old picture, fast and they done it, but they struggled to match the coloring because they couldnt find the right setting on the printer so it took a little longer then we were hoping for, but they were very cool and helpful.

Im currently standing here, staring at a printer/fax machine that says low paper. I came in to have a fax sent. A girl walked me to a machine, started the fax that jammed on the first of two pages. She worked the jam out and told me when the fax is done, I may or may not get a confirmation page because it has not been printing them lately. She then walked away and is now busy helping other customers that came in after me. So, here I am, waiting. It still just says paper low. I should have gone to FedEx or UPS.

They are helpful with small projects, but beware if you have something involved. They seem to be disorganized and indifferent, but the prices are good.
