I recently had this company print some business cards for me. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. They delivered the cards a couple of days faster than originally quoted which impressed me! Also, the quality of the cards were excellent, everything I expected, and stood out from other printers I have worked with. I would recommend working with them without reservation!

This place is wonderful!! The staff and the owner, Cal, are both very helpful and knowledgeable. They have been in the business for a very long time and they do more than just screen printing. Additionally, this is a family owned business and I love supporting local shops.

I had them print numbers and logos on two sets of soccer jerseys for a few soccer teams I coach. The youth jerseys turned out great. I was disappointed, though, with the adult jerseys because they had put on 6 in. numbers rather than larger numbers which are standard for soccer jerseys. When I had ordered the printing I had failed to inquire as to what size the numbers were going to be, as I assumed they would put on the standard size for soccer. Now I know. Some of the two digit numbers were also not vertically aligned with each other. When I expressed my disappointment, the employees told me that they always put on 6 in. numbers unless told to do otherwise. I wished the size had been discussed earlier, and although I wished I had thought of it, I felt like this is something that would have been wise of the Ink Spot to bring up. Eventually Cal, the business owner, called me and although he defended his policy of defaulting to the 6 in. size, he wanted to make sure I came away happy. He offered to completely replace all the jerseys, and we eventually settled on splitting the cost when I offered to do so. I came away feeling like Cal had done his best to treat me fairly despite the fact that he didnt agree with my rationale for expecting a different standard size number for soccer jerseys. Ill be going back because the cost and service were good.

I ordered two shirts last minute. I sent them my design via email and spoke to them over the phone. They were able to finish the shirts right on time for us. Be careful, dont take large bills for small orders. We had to go to the bank in order to get change for our due amount. Fair experience overall! :)

Legit place to get your T-Shirts printed. Never had an issue with them and I will continue going here as they are very hands on and walk through each step with you to make sure they get it right. Amber and Cal were both great to work with on our order.

I had a terrible time working with this company. They originally told me my order would take 3-4 business days. It ended up taking twice that amount. They told me twice they would call and let me know when my order would be done. I had to call them to gather information. Each time I called, the lady that answered acted as if I was wrong and they were right. She was extremely rude and had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I know that sounds dramatic and maybe ridiculous. Unfortunately, its not. The two times I called she asked me basic questions about my order that we had discussed the first time I dropped off my order. She was completely disorganized. It was clear they had not even started my order. The second and last time I contacted them they still had not started my order and acted as if they did. I directly asked her if they had started it. She finally admitted they hadnt. When I had one of my peers go to pick up the order, they were about to charge us for twice the amount. Then one of our items came back with gunk all over it. I went back to the store to see if I could get advice on how to clean it or get refunded for the messed up item and she argued with me and told me that I was being dramatic. She caused a scene and made me and my friend who was with me feel defensive and belittled. I was shocked. Unbelievable.

Great shop that does fast work. They respond to deadlines very well and often are finished with my orders early! Highly Recommended!

Always delivered hats and jerseys on time or before, the quality was great as promised, and the knowledge of the staff is great, they can give you an accurate quote on the spot, so you know what to expect, and Cal, the owner is a great, friendly guy!

This place looked amazing! Unfortunately when I walked in I was not treated like a VIP or like I had any value. The woman wouldn’t get off her computer to help, while the woman in the front was nice they just seemed super unorganized and were not shooting for my business.

They did an excellent job on 20 shirts for a family reunion! Great quality, price and the printing and graphics were great! I have worn the shirt for two years and they still look brand new.

Every year we order Family Reunion T-shirts from the INKSPOT.Every year our family has grown so that this past summer it was 64 persons. The logo: a tree composed of cookie people must be expanded each year with names of the new arrivals printed on each new cookie person. Amber always does this to perfection and with 100% accuracy.The tricky part is that on the back each shirt has the number of the person according to when they joined the family. So My husband is #1 and I am #2 and the latest baby will be # 64.This is not easy to print on each T-shirt as each persons number must be printed on a different size of shirt according to the size of person it represents. And our family goes from 4X to infants.Making things even more complicated, the surname of each family member is printed on the shoulder of every t-shirt on the back and there are 6 different surnames.We are always astonished at the gorgeous job the INKSPOT does with all of these complicating features. In addition to their beautiful and professional work, the t-shirts are just of the most modern fabrics and of the most silky and comfortable to wear ever.We are just totally thrilled and delighted with the work of the INKSPOT. They have been doing this beautiful job for us since we moved here in 2004. We can never thank them enough.

My husband mentioned an idea for a t-shirt that he wanted. He went on a short trip, and while he was away, I went to the ink spot to get the shirt made. I asked if a next day order would be available, and they said that they wouldnt have enough time. I explained that it was for a surprise gift, and they finished the order same-day. Totally amazing customer service.

They did such a great job with our custom order! We loved the shirts, and they have held up nicely the past year.

So I just walked in unannounced and asked for some help. The whole staff was amazingly helpful. They were willing to stop what they were doing (I hope I didnt make someones job delivery late!) and brainstorm with me about solutions to a couple of problems I was having with my jerseys. I felt like they were genuinely concerned about me, even though it was obvious that they were extremely busy. I was treated kindly and professionally. They solved my problem AND earned my business. Always looks great and often products are finished sooner than expected.

I had some shirts screen printed (I provided the shirt - just a basic Gildan brand black tshirt). When I get them back - about 1/4 of the shirts had crooked designs on them. I took the worst few back to have them redone. They looked at me like a was a lunatic for wanting them straight. They held up one of the shirts and said its not that bad. I said - it shouldnt be bad at all!! They reprinted them, grudgingly. Now after one wash the screen printing is coming off. This is one of the worst companies I have ever used for shirts. They dont take pride in the quality of their work, and they could care less about customer satisfaction.

They made me a Jersey for intramural sports and I loved it!

The only reason I went to Ink Spot was because I was referred by my friend. The first time I went in, I was the only person in the store and I walked around store with two people sitting at the desk, not one of them asked if I needed any help. When I went to the desk I felt like it was a burden on them and they were annoyed I was there.Maybe they were having a bad day to the second time I went in it was about the same story if not worse.I would not recommend these guys to anyone and Im surprised they are still in business

These guys are awesome!! I was going to have my companys sweatshirts made at Namify in Springville but they called me the day that i was going to take them in and told me it was going to be an EXTRA $5 per sweatshirt to get them by the time I needed them! I called the Ink Spot, they were VERY nice and professional. I took my sweatshirts there (they were also cheaper than Namify) at about 10:00 AM and was able to pick them up at 5 PM the same day!!! I will definitely be going back and would definitely recommend The Ink Spot to anyone!!

THE WORST PLACE TO GET SHIRTS MADE. I dont ever leave comments but I hated the way I was treated so much I am..... The lady did not even want to listen to my instructions on how i wanted a simple tank top made. When i received it, it was completely wrong and was a Christmas gift. When I asked them to remake the shirt they pretty much blamed me for the shirt not turning out correct saying I didnt specify when I gave them a picture of the shirt that I put together and hand drew the font and lettering. It is now a week passed Christmas and after saying they would complete it and call me, I just called and they told me it is finished. Where the heck is my phone call letting me know it was finished? I will never to back. This place should go out of business. Obviously not interested in taking care of their customers.

Weve always had great work done here and they get it done in a reasonable amount of time.You do need to stay on top of things with them just to be sure but its never been an issue for us.

Will nickel and dime you!!!!! Stay away!!!!! Look else where!!!! $90 for a shirt that has 6 different colors plus $30 an hr design fee..RIP OFF!!!!!!! Wanted $500 to do 12 shirts, sounds like laziness and over quoting because they did not want to do it

My experience have been one hell of a show. The ladies that work here are very mean and has zero tolerance for customer service. My shirts came out not the way i had wanted and in order to work with them i have to pay extra for another hour...time consuming and the charges are over charged....for just less then a hundred shirts. Not going here ever again....

The ladies in the store are arrogant and snarky. Not a great way to treat clients, and Ive not been back since my first purchase two years ago.

Horrible service. Told me they would be done by the afternoon and when I walked in they had nothing done(Not A Single Shirt Touched)!!! They told me they can put the numbers on but we have to do everything else another time. Now my team has shirts for are tournament with just numbers.
