We did a kitchen remodel and the owners were helpful and had just what I was looking for. The price was very reasonable.

These guys have a very nice showroom but they were a little pushy for my taste. The front desk person had warmly greeted me when I walked in and asked if I needed assistance and I just told her I was looking around and she kindly told me if I need any assistance to let her know. Not a couple seconds late a gentlemen approaches me asking if he could help me and I kindly said no. I felt like I was being rushed a little so I ended up leaving their showroom. I would’ve definitely liked to have walked around a little more.

We went to Smith Hardware from recommendation from a friend/builder of our front door. They were helpful in our search for a a front door handle and hardware. The stuff we picked out was built by Rocky Mountain Hardware. A company in Idaho. Unfortunately they had been shut down with Covid 19. Smith took our order but clearly explained he couldn’t give us any time frame due to the circumstances. We were fine with that. I got a call two days ago saying our stuff came in! I was super excited! They came out next day and installed! Their advise was awesome! Handles are perfect!!! We love them! We will definitely be using Smith in the future!

We received several quotes for our euro shower door. They were over 15% less than all other quotes. They installed it in less time than expected and we love the quality and the results. We confidently recommend them to everyone. We will be using them in the future. High end quality at a very low cost.

I came in the other week to look around at all the beautiful cabinet hardware and door hardware Smith Hardware and Glass had to offer while I waited for my daughter to end her dance session. I was greeted warmly by the female employee at the front desk and told me to ask any questions when I had any and was very knowledgeable about all the hardware.They werent hounding you like sales people do or follow you throughout their showroom. They were awesome to deal with and when I am ready to upgrade my hardware, I will definitely be coming back to their showroom!

I highly recommend this place. We used them for all of our door hardware, bathroom towel holders as well as the beautiful shower glass doors in our new home. They were one of the few contractors who didnt hold up our schedule. Cory was always responsive to my inquiries -- and I probably had more than my share. But the most impressive thing was after the work was done. Our metal doors were probably not from the most reputable place -- possibly a little inferior quality. A few months after we moved in, the hardware came off as the screws seemingly stripped off from the door as theres not much for the screw to grab. Cory sent someone out to fix it as part of their guarantee. And in talking with him, I explained I had all this gooey stuff still on my door I needed to remove (from the plastic covering to shelter the door from the construction). He grabbed a can of spray from his truck and showed me it would work if I used that. Okay! That is beyond his line of work. That shows they value their customers. Theres a reason they have been around for years. Might I add, we used their company on the first home we built over 14 years ago as well.

Did a good job for us. Only recommendation is to have pricing on displays and have information available for clients when they come in. Once we ordered our glass shower door, however, they did a great job on the installation at a fair price.

My wife and I walked into Smith Hardware and Glass on 06/11/2018 at 1:00 to purchase hardware and door knobs for our new home, based on a recommendation from our builder. We had been there for about 5 minutes browsing, and really liked the items we were seeing. I went to one of their spinning displays, and like Ive done hundreds of times to spinning displays in the past, I spun it (shocker). It came apart as I did so. The Lady at the desk in the most demeaning, condescending voice loudly blurted out, Please, dont break our displays!!! Like that was reason I entered the store was solely to destroy it. I dislike being treated like an infant or animal. I left immediately. I will shop anywhere else for these items, even if I need to enter the very bowels of Hell to do so if it means I am treated like a human and not an animal. If I owned this location, I would invite the vile less than human female employee sitting at the desk at the aforementioned time and date to spruce up her resume by seeking other employment. I mean, no biggy. I was only planning on leaving you a few thousand dollars, but I guess no big loss.

Friendly staff with great communication. Order took awhile for some of the pieces to get in but it was accurate and good quality hardware.

Make sure to call the showroom before coming in. We arrived at 12:15 on a Wednesday afternoon to find the doors locked and lights turned off with a sign saying they were gone running errands.
