Is this the best shaved ice in town? No. Its missing that Hawaiian fineness that you would find at a Hokulia.It does win in two area, size options and Dole whip. They have low priced options for smaller serving size starting at $1.50 (you dont see this at other shops). This is perfect for smaller kids that want their own.They have Dole Whip. Besides being good by itself, it is fantastic mixed in with your shaved ice orders.

Their prices were better than the place up the street, but they didnt have a sugar free syrup option.

I think the ice cream added in would work out better if maybe you put a little bit of shaved ice in the bottom, then a little bit of ice cream, then more shaved ice, then more ice cream, then top it off with shaved ice. Other than that, it was good! Ill be back!

Love coming here - the dole whip is amazing! Plenty of seating and the staff are very friendly and courteous.

Horrible would not recommend the people working were disrespectful and they said the machine was turned off at 5 in the afternoon we wanted our money back and we couldn’t get it do not go here.

Got there tonight, no coconut whip and they closed the window half way through our order because the girl serving “just needed a break”Very sad that poor service impeded on a potentially good location.Got the pineapple dole whip, ate some to reveal the hollow inside of the cup. Paid good money for the outside of the cup to be lined with whip and a hollow inside. Not fun to find.

Great place for Dole Whips. I recommend paying the extra dollar to make it a float. The staff was very courteous.

This place is under new management. The shave ice used to be so good but now its not great. Only 1/2 of my shave ice was flavored with syrup, the rest was bland ice. Stop skimping on the syrup! They also got rid of a bunch of tropical flavors, which I believe made it more authentic to Hawaiian shave ice. To top it all off, they got my order wrong.

It’s a holiday, and they have 1 very young kid working. I am now getting close to waiting for 1hr, and STILL do not have my order. It’s not the kids fault, it’s crazy that on a nice day, which happens to be a holiday, they have one 14 year old kid working.

If you want dole whip this is the place to go if you want Hawaiian ice this is not the place

Had more ice then shaved ice in my snow cone. They dole whipped is probably the better option.

They are not open 11am on Saturdays they open at noon. We had to wait until they opened but the shaved ice was delicious.

They were busy, which I get but they were very, very slow. It took about 20 minutes to get our order. And someone that ordered after us got one of theirs before us. Even that wouldnt be so bad, except that the flavoring only made it halfway through the ice. We had to dump half of it out just to get to the ice cream that we paid extra for.

Dole Whips are the best, especially the Twist- Coconut and Pineapple.

This place used to be amazing. Now not so much. The ice was chunky and hard the flavors are all gone. The shaved ice was honestly bland and lacked syrup. Not good. What happened?

Service can be slow if they are busy, but they have great, soft shaved ice. The coconut/pineapple twist Dole whip are also really good. Nice eating area with lots of shade.

Good. A little slow when we were there, but only one person manning the Shack. Good flavor choices and pretty good shaved ice quality.

I found it nearly impossible to believe their was a way to ruin shaved ice... here its chunky, flavors are bland, and juice doesn’t even reach the ice at the bottom!
