Just got done with working with Sander Jones. Very friendly, efficient, and quick. He’s educated in the processes of banking and gets the job done easily with no hassle. Friends. Nice and clean, well organized. Understaffed, long lines. Very sad and dismal energy; no personality, eye contact or willingness by staff to help customers. I guess if you drink because youre depressed this place would feel right at home. But if youre up for a party this place is going to be a downer.

One of the newer and well kept buildings. Probably the closest liquor store in Utah Valley area from the off the freeway and still stays open until 10 pm which is extremely convenient since many stores had started closing at 7 p.m. when Covid-19 hit.Usually not much of a wait at all as well, very friendly staff.

Decent selections but not very organized. Was able to find what I needed to cook with the wine I was looking for.

I think its a pretty good liquor store. Wide selection. Staff are helpful, but you may need to ask.

Typical yeah liquor store, ok selection and not too busy. The guy that was at the checkout counter when I went through was very personable and interested in chatting while I checked out. He sed to be a good read of customers knowing when they enjoy the chat and when they are down to business.

I visit this store every week and have for yrs. When it comes to common sense and hustle. This place has none. They Id everyone everytime, even if they are clearly old enough. Even people who come in all the time. Slowest moving workers Ive ever seen. T

The staff have always been kind and respectful. Im of shorter stature and look relatively young, but I have never been harassed or carded at the door. They treat customers equally and dont hawk-eye you as you browse.

I love coming to this store, I only come to this location. Don is my favorite employee he takes his time with helping me and recommending different things. The conversation is always positive and I leave with a smile and feeling better with my day.

Shelves are always stocked and kept so. The associates are pleasant. Even with a crowd, they move check-out quickly & kindly. The store is clean & secure.

How could you go wrong? Pennelton wiskey, grey goose vodka and every thing in between! The best cashiers you could ever meet!

As far as Utah state liquor stores go this is a good one. I generally prefer this one or the one in Draper just off 14600

Nice, big ( for DABC store) and still well stocked. Easy to see and understand social distancing increments on floor. Was there Fri afternoon ( 2pm)and there were 4 cashiers on duty 😷 masked up and safely tucked behind plexiglass barriers, for your protection as well as thier own. It is a state liquor store, what else need be said 😉

It was really busy, line was super long, but the cashiers kept the line moving at a pretty even pace, so we werent standing and waiting too long. They kept it stocked and very polite.

Not open when they say they are. Pulled up 2 minutes before 7 and the lady wouldn’t let me in. She was incredibly rude about it as well. Staying away from this store from now on 👎

Great selection. Blonde customer service lady could use some customer service skills from when I went in today, 5/20/2020. Yelling at customers to divide in to 2 lines and not clearly asking for a birth date. The machine wasn’t working for my card. Everyone know every debit card machine is different. I selected credit and slid my card. It didn’t work. Then I tried debit and it didn’t work. She rudely told me and abruptly pointed to read the sign of how to use my debit card—a sign that was half covered by a mat. While I understand it was semi-busy and I’m sure she has to repeat it multiple times daily, snapping rudely and telling me to read a sign that it half covered up was incredibly obnoxious. Funny how my card worked the 3rd time after she made her assumptions and I followed the instructions of a covered up sign. How about just telling the customer what to select and which way to place their card. It would have saved us all the hassle. I’ll make the trip to Draper or Provo to avoid her arrogance.

Super friendly staff

The personal here are very rude, my husband has been buying here for years and every time he show him ID ...the last time he went into the store and they ask for him ID him show them 3 types ID and they said it doesnt work . They ask for him birth certificate and passport.

Dabc needs to turn liquor sales over to the private sector the state makes too much money off of liquor and nothing gets back to the people

While I dont come here for the customer service, some basic decency/maturity would be great. Checkout consisted of a little bald guy grumbling under his breath at me then waiting for him to finish gossiping with a co worker and bag the items.As another reviewer said: the DMV of liquor stores.

Great customer service (excluding one employee) and good variety. The only reason Im knocking the 2 stars off is because any time I deal with an employee who is heavier set and balding, I get one word responses and feel like Im dealing with someone who hates life. Staff is always nice. Store is clean and orderly. Staff takes precautions by wearing masks, gloves, and has a partition for separation.

The store is large, the variety is great and its clean and well stocked. Employees are friendly and helpful and its in a good location. Great addition to the area! The lines were pretty long and only 2 registers going. One more register going to move the lines would have got that 5th 🌟!!!

This location is clean. Well stocked. Had a good selection. Staff are friendly, helpful. This place can get busy at times but the checkout lines move pretty fast. Can usually find something I like or something new to try. Great for a quick pick up of something for the weekend.

Similar in size to Springvilles but seems newer. Very typical layout, has decent selections (considering some of the more backwards way of doing things in this state). The only downside is I never have enough cash to try new things and buy things I know I will enjoy.

The wine selection is good, quite a bit to choose from. But I couldnt find a corkscrew. Strange. The liqueur selection is okay. You may not find what you want, but you may get what you need. All other criticism is more towards the Utah laws, rather than the store itself.

Probably the iquor store on this side of the point of the mountain with the best selection! Theres not a lot of places to purchase alcohol in Utah County so naturally this location gets really busy, especially on the weekends, but they always manage to keep the lines moving and check you out quickly!

Got just what I wanted.

Its not the stores fault we live in Utah and our liquor laws are dictated (yes I mean dictated not decided) by those who dont drink. The people here are generally helpful and usually staffed accordingly for holidays and such. Lines are long before holidays because no one plans ahead but they usually have every till manned and ready to go.As Utah limits what alcohol comes into the state if you have a specific request they will special order it for you just be prepared to buy a full case. They arent going to order 1 bottle of something for your birthday

Fantastic place best prices and quality and selection

The people here are so friendly. They are short staffed some days but I feel like anyone that goes here we can accept it. Depending on the time of day I recommend to go in earlier vs later. I have found every item I need when its not on the self. Be nice if they had a license to sell other items ad wrll thr miniature bottles.

If less than one star was a thing I do it.It has the worst customer service ever, if it all possible try a different liquor store even if you had to drive to Springville you be doing better.

My boyfriend and I went to this location tonight. Tyler assisted us and did an amazing job, while helping a long line of customers he assisted two separate customers that came in to ask questions. He did an amazing job we will definitely be driving here in the future.

This is one of the new corporate type stores. They are conveniently located near no neighborhood and have no personality. They dont make any special effort to carry items the local people want. That may be one reason it took so long for this place to get a review.The carry more merchandise than the local, but dont carry the same mix. Normally, Ill go to my local place. This is a last resort.

I forgot my wallet and asked if I could have my wife give them our card number over the phone... they were jerks so I had to drive back home to get my card. I live an hour away... Great booze supplies. I dont recommend the beer if youre used to a fresher beer selection as would be if youre from out of state..If you want higher than 5% alcohol, you have to buy beer/liquor at one of these liquor stores in Utah as per Utah State laws. The Utah police officers guarding the booze you sometimes see while frequenting these state liquor stores may possibly growl at you while walking out thr door, but I havent been attacked yet by oke of them.(Their beer is stored in a warm warehouse called the DABC warehouse and is never in a cold climate, nor is anything here such as wine climate controlled other than the stores thermostat)

Pretty standard to all Utah liquor stores. Just avoid Friday nights. As the lines can get a little long.
