I had a GREAT EXPERIENCE throughout my time storing in here.The management is awesome and very friendly.I really appreciate the help that I was given over the phone to cancel my account.I would recommend Pleasant Grove location anytime.If in the future Ive got to use it? I rented space here for a few years. It was always clean, I always felt safe, and I have been there at different times, morning till late at night. The office staff were always friendly and helpful. I know this sounds like they’re paying me to say this, but unfortunately they are not. The only negative might be that it’s a little pricey, but well worth it for the convenience, safety, and help when I needed it.

The online process was fairly smooth, I really appreciated the graphics to show how much space each unit had! After renting my unit online, I received a phone call/voicemail from Bill who was extremely friendly. He welcomed me to their facility, let me know an email/text would be coming to me with access code and FAQs, and let me know my unit was ready for me whenever I got there. Overall a super smooth and friendly experience!

Very clean and secure. I was happy with their services while my belongings were kept there. I would recommend it to others who are looking for a place to store things in if needed.

We just got our storage space. The process was very simple and Bill was wonderful to help get us into a unit that fits our needs! Excited to be customers!

I’ve been using Extra Space for about a year. In January I was told that the military discount only applies to active duty, not retired veterans so my bill went up 10%. That was fine. Five months later it was increased another 5%. Ok, market price increase, I get it. And then this month I get notice that my bill for a 5x10 unit is DOUBLING. from $50 to $100. I can sign up online right now and get the same unit for $82. I’m done with Extra Space. Go find a locally owned storage company.

Super quick and easy! Have been speaking with Bill over the phone and he has been extremely helpful! The day I went in to sign the lease Coral was there instead of Bill. Coral was super friendly and has amazing customer service skills! Extremely happy with my experience here & I’d definitely recommend this storage unit to anyone and everyone! :)

Renting storage is never fun. Bill, the manager, is friendly and easy to work with and makes the experience a little less horrific. And while this unit is quite a bit further away from my home, the price is literally a fraction of other places near where I live, making it quite worth it. The units are good quality and climate controlled. I like this place. Would recommend.

I love this storage unit. A few minutes after I paid and signed the contract Bill the owner called to welcome me and then sent me an email on how to find my unit. He is so nice. This is my first storage unit ever and it’s the best experience ever. It’s super clean also.

I rented a unit at the Pleasant Grove facility about 3 years ago while my home was being built in American Fork. I was very happy with the quality and cleanliness of the unit as well as the professional service provided by the onsite staff. It’s now time for us to move again and I couldn’t be happier to be renting not 1 but 2 units at this same facility while our new house is being built. Bill, the site manager is very courteous and promptly answered all of my questions. He knows his stuff! Closing the contracts and processing the payments were done in a timely manner.

I just needed something small and Bill helped me figure out the best size of unit within my budget, he walked me to see the unit before making a final decision. They are very nice and clean I love that they have flat bed carts to help transfer boxes it made things so much easier. When signing paperwork he explained everything so I understood. I also appreciated that he followed the social distancing guidelines and was very respectful! Wonderful service!

Bill is a customer focused manager. Very responsive, he followed-up immediately with our online registration. Everything was set within 20 minutes. Lastly, the facility is well maintained and immaculately clean.I highly recommend Extra Space Storage. This is the 3rd time we’ve used them. Great service every time.

I recently leased a climate controlled unit from Extra Space Storage in Pleasant Grove. I had planned on checking a few locations to compare but found the Location Manager, Bill, to be so pleasant and helpful that after checking out the space I signed up immediately. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the facility, the ease of entry, and the price. I was also impressed by how seamless and easy it was to sign the lease, all done in about 5-10 minutes before I had a lock on my unit and was all set up. Great experience and great customer service!

The old manger was way better. I had no problem. This new management wasnt friendly as the first one and I dont trust them anymore after messing everything up on my account when I did pay my bills on time when I couldnt get my stuff telling me I didnt pay. It wasnt my fault. I paid in person every month.

Such great customer service! Its been easy getting one then a second unit. They make it fast and simple and since I only needed the units for a few weeks I was able to get my first month free, so I only had to pay for the service free and insurance. What a deal!!

Mark is so kind and easy to work with! I filled out a form online to rent a unit and he phoned quickly after. I couldnt take that call right away so when I called back he knew who I was and was eager to assist. He stayed late because I only got off work a half hour before they closed and had to drive there. He showed me the unit, carefully explained entering the site, said if I needed anything to call.When we began bringing items into the unit, there were pull carts to use that made it so much easier to haul things to the unit. I am beyond impressed with this unit. The cleanliness of the facility, the customer service, everything, I have never had such a positive experience with a storage unit. I would recommend them to any and all!The unit I chose is a climate controlled unit. My first month of rent was free, I only paid a nominal administrative fee and a fee for some additional insurance for my belongings. Mark texted ti make sure I was happy with the unit and to ask if I needed further assistance. Family and friends helping to move things in were duly impressed as well.Thank you for making this so easy and enjoyable.

Horrible! They raise the price on you every few months! I’m now paying $36 more a month for the same unit! Plenty of units, if you too want to randomly have your bill hike up!

Marc was so helpful in finding us the right size storage space for what we needed. He showed us around and explained the awesome security they offer here. The facility was clean and well lit. I have used several other storage facilities in Utah county and this is hand down the best I have found.

I was helped by Jonathan and it was great! The site was clean and they had taken precautions to ensure the safety of the employees as well as the customers. They have masks and gloves as well as plexiglass so we had minimal contact between us.

The facility is always clean and when they claim to be Temperature controlled, they truly are. I have had a couple of different units elsewhere where I have lost everything due to Negligence of the staff. Speaking of staff the guys working here are are amazing! This company is hands down the best storage rental facility out there! From the moment we walked up to the door (in which was opened for us) to the time we left, we were treated so well! Jonathan went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable in the rental process. I absolutely loved the fact that the first months rent was FREE! These guys, Evan and Troy, are have been great to work with over the past two months. Even coming from 1000 miles away, they were accommodating and welcoming. Pricing is spot on. I would recommend them for short and long-term storage.

My experience at Extra Space was phenomenal! From the moment I pulled in to the moment I pulled out I felt comfortable, informed, and important. When I pulled up the manager on site, Jonathan, was already at the door, he greeted me, and walked in with me. Although I havent gotten a storage unit yet, I wouldnt go anywhere else. He answered every question I had and made sure I understood and felt comfortable. He made me feel like I was all that mattered to him at that moment, was helping me get what I needed. Ive never rented a storage unit and was a little intimidated at first. Im so glad I chose Extra Space Storage because they have a very knowledgeable staff, the lowest prices and a very clean and secure facility.Jonathan, the manager, is so friendly and helpful! He was the reason I chose this place over any other. He set up a meeting for me to check out the storage space. When my husband and I arrived Jonathan showed us the grounds and the specific storage unit we would be renting. He was able to answer all of our questions and even showed us a larger storage unit. He was very professional and kind, we never felt pressured.My main concern was to have a climate controlled storage unit that was secure. After researching several storage facilities in PG I found that this place had the lower prices and best value. They offer a free move-in truck (all day use, but you have to pay for the gas you use) and they have seasonal specials. They are currently advertising a free first month or half off your first month depending on the unit.Seriously this place is 5 stars all around. Great people, location, PRICES, facility and security.

We had such an amazing experience at this storage facility. When we first moved our stuff in, we were coming from St. George and were behind schedule during our drive. The manager checked in with us periodically to see where we were at, and worked with us to get the paper work signed, even when we didnt make it before closing. Our unit was clean and the area was well lit. We loved having an indoor unit so that we could stay warm while we moved. The free carts and move in truck were extremely helpful and we were glad to be able to use them. Our move out process was wonderful as well. The staff was very friendly and personable, making the entire process as smooth as possible. We will definitely use Extra Space Storage in Pleasant Grove if we ever need a storage unit again.

We had a fantastic experience using Extra Space Storage!! The moment I first walked in to the office and spoke with the manager, I knew this was a place that took customer service seriously. We unexpectedly had to store our personal belongings for several months longer than expected, but each time we came, we felt that things were secure and clean. I have been at other storage units where the feeling is the exact opposite. The service we received when we left was as great as the beginning. Classiest storage unit on the planet!! Best manager as well!!

Jonathan Hyde is the reason this location is the best of all storage units around. He brings customer service to the next level. He gets things done and is so respectful and goes above and beyond to make sure that you have a better experience than what you could have imagined. Their rates are very fair and affordable. The facility is the cleanest that Ive seen. Jonathan is the cherry on top and is the reason I go back year after year.

I highly recommend this storage facility. Braden was extremely nice and helpful. We were in the process of closing on a condo that we wanted to get furnished right away so we only needed the space for a month and they still let us do the first month free promotion knowing we only needed it for that month. No contracts and it was easy to cancel. I really appreciate how easy they made everything and if we ever need storage space in the future well definitely look here first.

WOW! All I have to say is that Johnathan goes above and beyond taking care of customers... whatever he makes, it is not enough and needs a raise! This is the first time I have needed to rent a storage unit and was dreading it, but he made it delightful! I took my daughter and son in law with me and they were amazed with Johnathan and the service. The facility is very clean, nice and convenient!
