Today 10/25/2021 It is 8:50am and store has not opened yet. It says on their website that they open at 8:30am. People are lining up outside the door waiting for them to open...

I would give zero stars if possible. The guy at the counter was training two people, they seemed to have several questions but he couldn’t answer them because he was busy flirting with the girl trying to ship something in line ahead of me. When i finally did get to the register, my total was $11. I’ve mailed the exact same item several times at other locations and have NEVER paid that much. I would love to know how it costs $11 to mail three scrunchies at this location versus $3-5 at any other. Don’t waste your time, there are so many UPS locations close by and this one isn’t worth the hassle.

Im here at 9:30, a while hour past opening time and the doors are locked. I really depend on getting shipments for my job. This is unacceptable. I will be switching stores.

I’m not exaggerating here… this is “at least” the 10th time I’ve shown up to this location at 8:45am and the door is still not unlocked. What ever happened to opening at 8:30am? C’mon. People are busy. We have things to do. I get it if it’s once or twice sleeping in. But this is getting ridiculous.

I came in to make copies from a flash drive and there was only one guy working the counter. I told him what I wanted to do and he said I needed to do that from the self help computer. No further instructions - he was too busy and it wasnt very clear how I was supposed to do that so I walked out.I stopped at another UPS store closer to home in American Fork and the counter person was extremely helpful. I didnt like that I would have to pay for computer time plus the per page copy charge. The minimum time on the computer is $1.50 so I walked out. I guess Ill continue to go to Office Depot where I can plug my flash drive into a self help copier to make copies

Always helpful. They work as fast as they can, considering. I definitely wouldn’t want their job. Always kind and patient.

Not very friendly. But there were no lines so it was easy to get in and out.

Terrible service! I did a pack and ship to get a flickering monitor issue fixed and they broke the screen (terrible packing)! Now I have to pay to fix the cracked screen, too. The staff was clueless when I called to start an insurance claim. I went into the store and filed the paperwork, but have heard NOTHING! Ive spent the last 30 minutes calling the store and no one is answering! They dont have an answering machine either, so I cant request a follow up. Now Im out over $200 and I have to take time off work to go back in AGAIN to see if I can get some help. I will never come here again. Id give zero stars if I could.

As a UPS regular, I’ve always enjoyed the kindness of the staff at this location specifically, and I appreciate them even more considering the types of tough customers that they occasionally have to deal with from time to time who simply just don’t understand the way the shipping industry works, and who then go on to leave undeserved bad reviews. Nonetheless, the PG UPS Store is a good business with even better employees who, over the years, have constantly shown me that they do their best to work efficiently and to resolve conflicts with customers, even when faced with apparent challenges from corporate higher ups. Highly recommend.

Went in to scan a document, They could not co-sign it because all employees there were under 18, It also cost $5 to scan a document. With poor customer service and high prices I recommend going anywhere but here.

Called three times today. No one answers, no voicemail, just rings and rings and then disconnects.

Super friendly staff. Easy experience. In and out in a few minutes. Would have been less time without the indecisive person in front of me in line. However I am so grateful for the staff that was so friendly respectful and accommodated according to the customers desires.I dropped off an Amazon return and it was so simple. Just scanned the code from my phone and left the boxes. I love their service at this store.

I didn’t go in, but I tried to call because I had a quick question. Online said they were “less busy than normal” so I figured someone could take my call. I tried 8 times and it rang and rang and rang and then just hung up. No voicemail, no option to wait on hold, nothing. Switched to try the Lehi store and they answered in one ring.

No one is answering the phones at this location. Ive tried my cell, my work phone, and my husbands cell. There is no outage and I know they are open because I visited this location just this week. I had to call the American Fork store for a simple question.

I know that I could’ve planned my day out better to arrive earlier than 10 minutes before this location was supposed to close, but when I arrived at 6:20 PM the doors were locked and the lights were off. Attached is a picture of their business hours as well. It seems like they closed up early to get somewhere without letting anyone know they would be closing early.

Great customer service at this location. Can stop by on a terrible day, and they will put me in a great mood with their speedy service and no-nonsense approach.

This location never opens on time. Ive been here 4 different days weeks apart at 8:30 (opening time) and it has never been open on time. The girl is usual 5 to 15 minutes late opening up. Its pretty annoying.

I use this UPS store all most daily for work. I have been sent away the last three times because the young man trying to help me can’t figure out what to do. Sadly I will go elsewhere.

Ive been using them for my business for the past 6 months, and they are wonderful! Ive given them some tough jobs to do that they have always done earlier than promised. The quality has been better than expected, and they are always willing to go the extra mile. I just gave them another tough job with a pretty impossible deadline, and they hammered it out with time to spare and no complaining. Kudos to these guys!

Staff is very lazy. Shows up ten minutes late when store is supposed to open at 8:30. Literally watched customers walk away because of this. This is bad business. No apologies for being late. Smackikg on gum and texting instead of having a sense of urgency to open the store. Really poor customer service.

$2.00 for them to print a label. One sheet of paper. Not a typo. $2.00. Thought it was funny so I had to share. The girls were nice though.

Came to drop stuff off on 11.11.20 at 8:30am Website said store was open on veterans day. Watched 6 groups come up to the store and then leave in the twenty minutes I waited for the doors to open. They never did.

I love this place. I go here all the time. I no longer go to the Post Office because they lose my mail and theres no accurate way to track it. Everyone at this place is really cool to work with. Happy customer here!!! :)

Great experience! Went in on the last few days before Christmas and had a deadline to mail off 25 of my companys corporate gifts. They helped me label them and had me in and out in around 30 minutes! It was so nice to have such fast and accommodating service. Happy customer!!

This UPS store is clean, and the young woman employed there is friendly and prompt and efficient with getting packages ready to be shipped. My visit to that UPS store took less than fifteen minutes, and the cost of shipping what needed-be shipped was less than expected. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for an ideal shipping place!

Do NOT, absolutely for no reason, do NOT take any UPS package to this store. On Wed afternoon we dropped of a packaged to be shipped out immediately for repairs in hopes we would get it back for Christmas (it was my 8 yr olds Christmas present that was received broken). The package never left this building. I was treated very rudely each time I called to speak to someone and hopefully find the package. It was a small package, we were hoping it fell behind something or off a pile a down a counter. We were willing to give them every excuse. She even told that my husband and daughter didnt take it in to that store. As of Christmas, the package is still listed at the store, when it should have been to California and back. My daughter is now unable to open her Christmas present (1 of 2 gifts) and the location may not even be able to replace the present. We dont know. We have to wait 8 business days for them to investigate. Thanks for ruining our Christmas!!We will NEVER come here again and we will make sure that everyone knows not to go there. Just drive the extra time minutes and go to the hub.

Terrible. Never going here again. They mislabeled our package a MONTH ago, this whole time we were told theyre looking in to it. They said it would take about a month to resolve. Went in yesterday, and they told us there wasnt a claim for it, meaning they havent even started the process. I would rate ZERO stars if I could.

If any UPS store deserves your business; this is the store. The people at this store are the nicest, most helpful, and most accommodating people Ive ever met in the shipping business. Do yourself a favor and check this place out!

I printed one sheet of paper because my printer was broken. The regular charge is 12 cents. I was charged $1 because it was a mailing label (regular paper, black and white, no extras). I asked the employees if I would not have shown them what I printed would the charge have been 12 cents. The answer was yes. Extremely dishonest practice.

Walked in with an Amazon return and Jaydin (the manager) immediately greeted me. I looked at her with the hapless eyes of a novice, and she immediately grabbed up my untaped box of return, as well as my printed but uncut labels, and ushered me to the counter, where she cheerfully boxed and labeled my return as I looked on with fidgeting, useless hands. Jaydin was awesome, is really what this comes down to. 5/5, 11 outta 10, 150 out of 100, etc.Literally one of the most stress-free customer service experiences I ever had. Did I mention she also told me about getting a drop-off receipt to protect me in the case that Amazon didnt receive my return? Yeah, she printed that for me. Cant glow enough!

Service can sometimes suffer if they are really busy but otherwise theyve always been very helpful and quick in their service.

Dont take your recall items there. The store owner refuses to ship any of the factory recall items that UPS signs corporate contracts for. For example - The Dyson recalls. Youll just end up having to drive to a store without a lazy owner.

Painfully helpless staff. They told me that if I wanted a shipping quote (on UPS Priority Express Envelope) that I would need to visit the Orem store. Huh? May I have my time back, please?

Ive shipped a few packages here and they usually do a great job and are very helpful.

Trust? Sounds like I was funneled to UPS even when it was not what I requested or was the best option. The story: I took in a box to ship to Pennsylvania via regular parcel post. I was told that regular parcel post was $25. I was quoted $12.46 for UPS ground. I opted for the cheaper method. This sounded very odd to me. So, when I got home, I priced my package on the USPS web site and was quoted $7.84 with delivery one day earlier.
