I havent bought a new bed in many years. This purchase was for a 2nd home. I was impressed with the selection at Mattress Firm. Many sizes and styles to try out. I learned a lot about current trends in manufacturing and materials from my salesperson. After I made my choice and picked out accessories, I was able to Choo between delivery and pick up at the store. I choose pick up and in 2 days my hed was there as promised. They helped me get it into the truck (that reclining base section was heavy) and off I went. The first night on that bed was great. I highly recommend this store, service was great, pricing was right there and I am happy with the experience.

Staff here are good people. They got me a better Purple mattress then the one I wanted for the price I was looking to spend. They also were able to get it delivered next day so no complaints here.

Staff was very nice and helpful, looking for one of those rolled up mattress in a box things as its for an upstairs apt, with tight stairwell. Of course we waited till the DAY we needed it, and not a lot of inventory on hand...so opted for traditional mattress as it was in stock. Reminder to give yourself more than an hour before you need a mattress! 🤣

Now it’s 2021, and we went back for our next mattress. Mattress technology is way beyond what we looked at in 2015, and manager Eric Cardoza made it all clear in a concise way, which made the selection easy for us. Every aspect of the transaction, from the moment we walked in the door of the shop to the professional, on-time delivery, was flawless.

I walked into the store specifically to buy a purple mattress. I spotted it immediately and laid down on it and knew what I wanted. Eric approached us and asked what he could do for us. I told him I want this. He had me lay back down and showed me the automatic box frame which I had no knowledge about whatsoever and he sold me one that had just been discontinued and discounted almost 50%. While he was running my financing he had me sit in this awesome massage chair..!!Two days later (today) the 4th of July the delivery contractors came and set up the bed and explained how to use the automated remote system. Overall I am highly satisfied from the time I walked in to the store to the delivery and installation..!!

I can not say enough about the experience I had at Mattress Firm. My husband and I went in “just to look” with no intention to buy and we walked out with a mattress and adjustable bed frame. We had an unusual product defect after two years with 10yr warranty. Mattress firm corporate lacking greatly regarding customer service procedures. If you need service beyond the sales experience, buyers beware. You cannot reach live person, web site not user friendly regarding product input and was unable to complete warranty request. We are hopeful mattress firm will take care of our defect issues. Most likely a rare issue but defective nonetheless. A huge thank you to Ben for doing all he could to help at the Pleasant Hill, CA location.

My niece that’s 23 had the worse experience there, she was looking for a twin bed for her daughter and she was greeted in a rude way, and she was racially profiled because she was Hispanic and telling her if she had enough money. She cried after she left the store and still purchase the twin bed because she needed it. I’m so upset the fact that my niece still purchased the mattress and I’m applaud. Will be making some calls and I hope the can find better staff people to work there.
