Very slow customer service. Walked into the store and took the staff a long time to finally ask what I needed help with. Go to another store. Youll receive much better treatment
I’m a Kaiser patient with an allowance for glasses but hadn’t been satisfied with the selection or quality of their products. With several other choices we decided on Lens Crafters. We weren’t disappointed at the professional help and selection of frames. It was the right choice to make.

I am known for being a stickler especially when it comes to my eyes. Working in microsurgery and eye surgery, and also flying as a pilot, my eyesight and prescriptions need to be precise. This Lens Crafters location with the help of Chris the Optometry Tech, Dr. Rozanne Fratto and Dr. Barbara Mostardi as well as the manager were excellent! An abundance of patience, friendly and the highest degree of professionalism, and most of all world-class customer service that is second to none. Service that is so rare in todays business world where everyone just wants to give you just enough good service to get the sale with no follow up. Everyone took more time than I would have ever expected to ensure that my prescription, glasses were exactly what I needed and more importantly what I expected. They genuinely went out of their way to guarantee that Ill be a customer for a long time! Definitely will return a 10/10 business!! Thank you!!

Good overall experience. I was coming in for an eye exam. I don’t have issues with my sight but I shoot competitively and wanted my eyes checked. The check-in process was great, smooth, timely and no issues.Dr. G was informative but the appointment felt a bit rushed as she had others waiting in the lobby. She provided information from the exam but my expectation was that it could have been more thorough, considering I’ve never had an eye exam before. I came away with some information about astigmatism. If they weren’t so busy I think Dr. G would have spent more time.Overall, it was a good experience. The ladies who assist Dr. G were awesome, especially the check in and initial testing person. She was great.
Will NEVER do business at the Lens Crafters in Pleasant Hill again. Doesn’t look like staff knows what to tell customers because every time I called to ask about where my prescription glasses were; I keep getting different answers. The manager told me initially that my glasses would be ready in one week; it’s been two weeks now and nothing still. Worst part is that only the manager can track a shipment so the rest of the staff is pretty much useless and doesn’t look like the manager is in the store or she’s always “with a customer” so you never hear back from her. Wish I had never gone here. Spare yourself some major hassle if you need glasses in a hurry and go somewhere else.
This place is awful. It takes FOREVER to get anything accomplished....not a surprise considering how very disorganized they are (see pic). For example, went in to pick up a pair of prescription sunglasses and it took forever just to locate them...never mind it took them longer than 2 weeks to fix their own bad work in putting the lenses in. Go somewhere else if you can.
The lady that help me FAITH, she was really rude and my visit was really unpleasant, they must train properly this technicians how to treat costumers. She make me feel like Im taking or stealing something from the store. REALLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Not the type of customer service I expected. I will not be coming here.
I’ve been coming here for a few years and the doctors and staff have always been very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this LensCrafters!

My wife and I have a vision insurance and we even had our vision prescription from our doctor. I think it was expensive on my eye glasses when we went to LensCrafters. However, we end up paying a higher price than expected. My second visit there to pick up my new eyeglasses at LensCrafters, just made me realized that the person who sold me the eyeglasses did not care about helping me but just selling the most to me and doing sales talk. Telling me about unnecessary and expensive protection of the eyeglasses to make sure I’ll be convinced to purchase all the protection. go figure
I was reluctant to come here because of the reviews I read but I decided to come and I loved it! I came here for an eye exam and was very satisfied! This was my first time at a Lenscrafters and I was really happy with everything!. The front desk was very helpful and quick. The doctor was incredibly helpful and professional. I felt that she really cared and spent a great time helping me and answering my questions. She was really knowledgeable and took her time with me. By far the best ophthalmologist ever!! Also my lenses came in really quickly. I would definitely recommend!
Great service for my kids and wife, Im still without glasses a month later, and have now completely cancelled my sunglasses order. Lets see how much longer it takes for my regular glasses. Probably end up cancelling them too.
Doctor Gee was fantastic and the staff were very helpful. Glasses were done quick but had to wait till next day.
Walked in and was greeted by a friendly and outgoing redhead who asked how she could help me. One of the tiny screws that hold my lenses in the frame had come loose and needed to be tightened back down. She fixed the problem within minutes, cleaned my lenses, all at NO CHARGE!
I only called this location to inquire about a few things, but the receptionist was so nice and helpful

Only wish I could give NO stars! I had an appointment at 3 p.m., after half an hour I asked how much longer and was told - another half hour! No explanation, no apology so I promptly walked out! The people who work there are disgusting!
Great prices . but the reviews are so true . the doctor sanitized the chin rest at least but when doing my pre testing I had to sanitize the machines myself and there were used sterile wipes on the floor in every part of the building I went into . and yes the counters were cluttered and messy and the color blind book test need to be wiped down after each customer and it wasnt wiped down before my use(still makeup from the last clients nose) nor did I see her wipe it down after . now I know the eye doctor doesnt puncture the skin but my face gets put on those machines and I want them wiped down after each customer . the assistant didnt throw a fit when I wiped them down myself before I used them so that was nice . I came for the cheap frame prices . but only expect that . the staff couldnt answer any of my insurance questions and wouldnt stop to call vsp for me . in fact when I told them i have vsp thru United, they just tried to send me some where else until I demanded she run my insurance, I was right of coarse . . dont expect more than a good price on tiffany frames .
