Awesome place. I go there to get gas for my car and they are always providing get service and fast and professional. They have good and affordable coffee and great snacks to take on the road. It is great.

Horrible horrible horrible!!!! I purchased a car wash at a shell station in Fremont. On the receipt it says it is good for 31 days. I tried to use the car wash code at this station and they refused to honor it. PLUS they were super rude about it. No refund. No car wash. I will NEVER go to this station-- or any Shell station again!!

I got 10 gal of gas and wanted a car wash. Key pad at pump was not working so I went inside to pay for car wash and get discount for gas with car wash. Cashier charged me the full price for the car wash but would not give me the discount for gas when getting a car wash. I explained that the key pad did not work and there is even a sign on it that it is out of order. The cashier said that if I dont push the button for the car wash before I get gas that I dont get the discount. I again said that the buttons dont work and I could not get the discount or a car wash before fueling. She said that was too bad that I had to push the button first. Is the cashier clueless telling me to push a button that they know does not work?

Please don’t pick your nose and stock the shelves.

I dont know what some people are thinking? If you buy a car wash at another station you have to use it there at the station you purchased the car wash, the wash is not transferable.And yes the cashiers cannot leave the store unless there are at least 2 cashiers there, duh! This is normal protocol no matter what gas station, Shell or otherwise.
