Tatiana is a knowledgeable and helpful employee. She was so helpful last weekend with so many needs I had. She was also juggling multiple customers all at once and doing a great job. I overheard a mother and daughter commenting on how helpful she was for them as well. Anyhow, thanks Tatiana!

Nice, quiet, and clean store with a friendly staff. Pretty much everything you can think of for men and women. Im a guy so they have many types of grooming supplies, body washes, shampoos, beard and facial care items. They have a decent selection of colognes as well. Prices are a little on the higher side of retail for comparison but may be able to score a decent deal with a coupon which they have on their website.

New to the area and stopped in mid morning Sunday. Store not terribly crowded. With purchase in hand proceeded to register. 5 customers waiting between 2 lines. Took my place in one line and just as it was my turn the clerk, without explaining, left and went to far end of counter to attend to individuals there. After observing them for 5+ minutes I surmised these were staff getting a health screen before their shift that day. As a nurse I understand the process. Upon completing that health check the clerk came back pass to help the other clerk with a register problem and again walked passed with no acknowledgment. She went over grabbed her mobile phone proceeded to text and then went out onto the floor. Not once offering any instruction or even an apology. I happily returned my purchase and took my business where customers with cash in hand are the priority.

I have heard great things about Ulta so finally decided to check it out. When I walked in, there was no one greeting, and it looked pretty barren. I waited for more than 5 minutes before looking for help. The person who first spoke with me had a headset on and kept interrupting me to say she trying to find someone to help me. When the salon manager came out she seemed bothered and was rather rude. I’ll stick with Sephora where people actually seem happy to see you and there are lots of staff ready to help.

Was just at the Pleasant Hill Ulta,Beauty and the girl who waited on me was so much help. I wish I knew her name. Very nice

They are so sweet. Im not big on makeup at all, but getting my makeup done by one of the artists there was refreshing. Id recommend women there

I got my hair done there, and the girl that was going to do my hair, said it was going to be sixty dollars. I had to reschedule my appointment, and the girl that answered the phone, named, Rhonda said she would color my hair! She didn’t say she charges ten dollars more when I rescheduled on the phone with her! I looked at my receipt, and that’s how I noticed! There was no communication on the phone or in person about it! I think this is bad customer service! Communication is the key to getting situations right ! No one helped me with this delema, they just said, that they understand how I feel, but did nothing, they tried to make me feel bad, for their mistake, by kicking me out of the store! I asked for my tip back, and they didn’t charge me for the hair color! It takes a lot for me to do this, I don’t want to shop there again anyway! Everyone that worked their, that day, did not help me, although they said they understand my situation, that’s called two faced! I would highly recommend to not go there, Their communication and customer service sucks!

I purchased an eyeshadow palette for a friend who lives overseas so went to this branch with my niece. My little niece lost the receipt and I need it to show it to my friend so I came back to ask for a simple copy of the receipt. They said normally they could print it but this time was impossible. They suggested me to send a email requesting it. I sent several emails and have no reply. I didnt think it would be so difficult to get a copy of a purchase. Customer service is horrible and 15 days later I still could not get a copy. The rewards system is a mess and it never recognizes my user. I will never go back to Ulta again. I prefer Sephora now.

They dont greet you when you walk in or acknowledge your existence when you are there. Will never return. Very rude employees. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
