I love the dollar tree. sooooo much to choose from. I have a 5yr old and I let him fill up baskets with toys. everything he wants for about 30-40 bucks. beats the toy store.

Not a bad value if you find the items you need on hand at the time. Its hit or miss on inventory. Usually check out is a bit slow so dont be in to much to of a hurry. Normally stop by about every 2 weeks. Will always find something useful for a good price. Some bigger stores like WalMart might have a better value in bulk but for small orders or unusual items for $1 cant beat it.

Its a dollar tree. Am i expecting to spend $5? Yes. Did i walk out with $30+ of stuff? Also yes.On a more serious note, its pretty clean and organized. Lots of stuff to look through and always can find something i havent seen in a long time there. Cant really complain too much

The greeting cards section was great, with lots of cards for all occasions. The food items were disappointing., with very few choices. The checkout was fast & efficient.

It’s clean and organized. Has lots of great stuff. Love how they have the season/holiday stuff in the front. Every time I’ve come it’s stocked and has everything I’m looking for. Cashiers are friendly. Parking is a bit of a hassle some days/hours.

Ive been shopping at this location for 17 years. This store has evolved over the years from dirty green carpets with disorganized shelves, to a clean comfortable store with a nice refrigerated section in the back. I work and live nearby, i shop here at least once a week.

Great selection, terrible service, rude patrons. the savings are not enough to sacrifice my self respect so i won’t be returning.

Comparing to other dollar shop, this shop is better organized, and cleaner.

This is one of the better Dollar Tree stores in Contra Costa County. The only Dollar Tree I have been to that has frozen food. Cool...pun intended.

Its a Dollar Tree. Not small, but a good size. They have stuff back in stock after a while which I didnt see the last time I was there. The cashier said they dont always get what they need from the trucks. I saw the larger refill soap which they were out of stock for a while. Everything else I was looking for was in stock. They have hand sanitizer in stock and hydrogen peroxide too if youre looking for those items. This is as of 10/9/20.

Not my personal favorite place...but, the employees were very friendly and helpful. I got what I wanted from there.

Ive never experienced such poor customer service at a dollar tree before. The cashier (I cant remember how to spell her name. Beejaha?) Was very rude when I asked for help and seemed disinterested in offering her aid even though I was the ONLY one in there. I ended up looking for a stool and a stick so I could get something from the top shelf. Wont go back again

This is a very clean and well stocked dollar tree with brand names everywhere. Occasionally they have hard cider for $1 +crv

10/9/12To give three stars, or four stars, that is the question. I must be in a good mood, because normally I like to round my stars down if Im undecided. Theres nothing against this store, its really the other shoppers that are annoying. I feel like unattended children, and people who leave their carts placed inconveniently really make stores hard to shop in. The lines here take a long time if there are lots of people in them. And the last couple visits no employee has gone out of their way to make me feel welcome.BUT, it is a big Dollar Tree. It is well-stocked. They have 3-Liter cola bottles. Lots of neat holiday stuff... its not all bad. But maybe a refresher course on customer service would be nice. Too bad they cant give instructions to the customers as well - about how to behave when shopping in public!

Omg I love this store. Im there like everyday literally no joke. I can always find what I need and more which equals more money spent. 😁 But besides going to shop I like to go talk the employees especially the assistant manager Ms.Annie shes a doll. But Ill say the majority of their employees are great. I can say that I have never had an bad experience there!

Im all about this Dollar Tree for craft supplies! I always find something good. One of the more organized and clean DTs Ive been to.

Omg. I love this place. They always have a good selection of stuff, especially around the holidays. Its my go to store for Halloween decorations, etc.Its also near a lot of other places to shop and eat.

Fairly well stocked. They could use more stocking staff to keep the shelves full and tidy, plus they could use more checkout staff to get people out the door. An express line would be sweet, but their bread and butter is brimming shopping carts. This is Pleasant Hill so be sure to bring reusable shopping bags or pay a dime each for throw away bags. Their reading glasses display is usually picked over - because who can beat a buck a pair? No fresh vegetables here but they do have non-perishable food on shelves and in the cooler and freezer.

Functional, ran, well organized store. I think they had just reorganized their floor space. Found everything I needed. Good shopping experience.

I wish the Christmas decorations werent out already, but this is my local neighborhood store so I cant be mad at them. I never not find anything at this store. Its that good.

Sorry for my English.Today we with my wife went to Dollar Tree store on Monument Boulevard in Pleasant Hill. We live not so far from this store so I took my electric scooter to ride to the store. We were there like 5 times before and we took our scooter into the store with us with no problem nor comments from just anybody. This time, when we just entered the store one woman screamed on us from afar for the whole store if we have a lock for scooter and if not than we cannot go inside with it. Moreover, her request didnt seem kind nor polite and it was made in front of all of the customers and other people around. She looked extremely indignant and alarmed as if we tried to do something really-really bad though we are very law-abiding people.Because she screamed, I decided to stay next to the door inside to wait for my wife when she had to make some shopping choices all by herself. After that, that woman screamed one more time at me to go out. It insulted me and I couldnt do anything because my English is very simple now. I went outside to check if there were any prohibition signs not to enter with something (vehicle/food/dog/etc.) and I found NOTHING. There was no sign that prohibits me to enter the store with the scooter. In a while, I entered the store again but without the scooter - I left it in sight. My wife approached me before checkout and I asked her to tell this woman that it looks like harassment and it humiliated me. Though my wife only asked what was the problem and what right does she have not to let me in? To which she replied that such are rules and even with no signs outside it is a vehicle. My wife asked but why,it is smaller than their cart? And the woman said and so what? It is still a vehicle and it was on the street. And if someone let us in with it, it doesnt mean that its permitted. My wife just frozed up because she didnt know what else to say.So based on the logic of this woman, a wheelchair, a baby stroller, and a cart are the vehicles too because they have wheels and they were on the street as well. Will your store prohibit entering with them inside?? Should our kids in strollers stay locked outside while their parents are trying to shop in Dollar Tree? Can disabled people enter your store or people on vehicles are prohibited?But I am not a disabled person and nor a kid in a stroller. I felt very humiliated about her appeal to me. It is the humiliation of honor and dignity in the country from which I am. If she had more respect for other people, she could approach me and tell me in person those words based on laws of the state or country. I would understand that request. Now I feel scared about entering somewhere with my scooter. Though I had never had any kind of problems with entering any establishment with it including restaurants, clinics, other shops, etc. Everybody just helped me to hold the door.The womans name was probably Nancy and on the check sales associates name: Baheejah. She was a tall and loud woman. And later it turned out that she billed us one position extra that we didnt buy. We think that she robbed us. She added a snack pack to our bill. Dirty, extremely unfriendly, never zoned, always blocked aisles, deliveries stacked in aisles, always long wait at checkout, terrible parking (do not go after 12 noon & before 8 p.m. if you want to park close to this store. Hit & miss on products. Be prepared to find everything yourself. Appearance of employees just walking or standing around. Emergency visit once/twice per year.

This store is a very dangerous store. Dangerous to my wallet that is. I didnt spend as much as I thought I was and that is good. But also bad. Will definitely be returning to spend more money on things I want and not need.

Heinous experience- spent $45 for grade-A abuse. The store was messy and understocked, and most of the carts were locked (wheels wouldnt move) and no-one was doing ANYTHING about it. i finally found one that rolled, and started checking things off my shopping list. No-one who worked there knew where anything was! THEN- my cart, filled with items, locked! i asked a worker for help but she just shrugged and said Yeah...they do that. So i dragged the friggin cart for the last of my shopping- and theres only one register open and a huge line. When i finally got to the register, the cashier told me that they were low on bags so i would have to carry most things out by hand. i offered TO PAY FOR THEIR BAGS and they wouldnt let me! She put heavy cans next to stacked dishes and glassware, broke and bent most of my items, and acted like I was the biggest nuisance in the world.Not my fault you hate your job- go to another Dollar Store!

Although the store merchandise is being changed to different locations in the store, I found that my items were easy to find and as always stellar customer service.

I think its one of the best DT stores. The shelves are always stocked, the selection of merch is great, and for the most part employees are fast.

Is there such a place where everything in the store needs no price sticker, its all just a dollar? Yes there is. Dollar Tree fulfills childhood fantasies of such bargains. Makes you really wonder the obscene profits of stores selling the same cheap trinkets for far more, and why anyone would volunteer to pay more, like at Target or Walmart. Save your money, and save this location....stop n shop dollar tree if more slave waged produce, disposable Chinese junk is needed to fill yet unbuilt shelves in your hoarders home. Good luck. Its your typical dollar store with the typical type of workers & customers! Dont have high expectations & you will come out with many treasures! Great for party supplies!
