Capo w/ engraving arrived very quickly. So much attention to detail in everything. The packaging was outstanding; just opening the box was a great experience. Very happy with my purchase. My only complaint is that the drawers on the bottom of the box are a bit difficult to pull out. Other than that, the capo is awesome and sounds great. With my older capos it was a trial and error experience to place them exactly right so that there was no buzzing. With this capo, you can quickly throw it on without thought and it sounds great.

I bought a sampler set of wooden picks, which work very well, and give a warmer sound than plastic. A couple of days ago, I purchased a Koa wood design capo. This is a beautiful capo!! I have also thought of capos as strictly functional - but Thalia has figured out how to make them functional and beautiful. Highly recommended.

1st: The packaging had a problem it got to me in 2 pieces and was warped was told it was from your first run of the new packaging . But has now been fixed.2nd: I contacted customer they was a little slow because of the holidays but that is understandable. They got me fixed right up. Thank you.3rd: I love the capo its the best I ever used and to anyone reading this review invest the $15 for the gift box they are very nice you wont regret it.
