Got a chip drop from your company a few hours ago, and I am more than pleased with the service. Called me about an hour before they arrived, they were very polite and followed my instructions to the T. And were also very polite to my mother and grandfather who were home at the time (Im at work). On chipdrop you dont get to choose your arborist but if I had a choice I would use A Plus every time!

I was talking to the manager at our park and I was letting her know what a great job your team did at my home. My home is located on a corner and your team was outstanding maneuvering the boom truck, onto and out of my front yard (missing everything but an ugly juniper branch). They were able to get all the palm trees on the side of the home trimmed professionally. The team was fast picking up the cuttings and getting them shredded and out of there. Nothing was left behind - they did a phenomenal job.Thank you for a job very well done,HOA President

Manny and his crew did a great job pruning growth arching into our property from the 4-story, much-neglected poplar next door. They were VERY respectful of my small garden, which is unfolding in its spring bloom right now....so it is not easy to navigate.They did the work by hand (no chainsaws) and worked together to lower the debris over the fence for removal. Nary a twig was left behind between the garden and street because their debris clean-up was so thorough.Manny also did a great job shaping two small smoke trees that needed a skilled eye and hand to tidy.

Topped trees hanging over our house and removed 2 trees. This is the second time we’ve used them and we have been very satisfied with their work. They work quickly and are thorough. We highly recommend their company.

Excellent team from san jose pge who were all friendly and professional. Anthony is very skilled when removing a dangerous large tree that had an electrical pole in the way. Tree was overhanging to neighbors yard and they were able to cut without damaging the neighbors fence or cars. They even offered woodchips! Anthony made sure they were VERY thorough in cleaning up anything on neighbors side and my side after as well.

A Plus is the best tree care company you could hire! I am the manager of a large apartment community with over 700 trees. Their customer service is outstanding. The crew that cares for my trees, come into my office to let me know they are starting and they return to let me know when they are done for the day. They are also very courteous and respectful to my residents.They way they manage the care of my trees and the tracking software is incredible! Employees performed a very difficult job with precision and professionalism. They were very concerned about what I wanted and discussed with me my expectations and requirements before they started the job. As important to me was that they cleaned up after the job. I highly recommend these guys and the company. Great work!

The CO was hired by the HOA, for tree trimming. The charged 15.360 dollars, cut a few branches, left not touched dry trees, branches, almost falling trees. Very unproductive CO. The worst job. Would never hire a irresponsible CO like A Plus.tree.

This crew was hired by our HOA to trim the trees in our front yards. They came and trimmed the trees last Wednesday and left branches all over, one of which fell and broke a fence post and caused my gate to not open properly. My neighbor and I had to clear our own yards to get our trash cans out to the street for pickup. The crew returned today to clean up their mess, but they claim they didn’t break my fence post. How? One of the branches was still leaning on the post as it lay from falling when I got home to discover it.

Yesterday and today the A Plus Crew trimmed our Park trees in our area. What a terrific crew, quality and professional staff. Great job ...thank you.

They did a very good job the price was good they cleaned up well even took some of my loose stuff in the yard that I had piled up and got rid of that for me so I really appreciate it have passed on info to other friends and definitely will have them do some more work for me

I had 1 tree the needed 2 big branches removed and they have a $1000.00 minimum so we called Elis trees and paid $250.00.

These guys are amazing, super professional and nice to work with. They do apartments all over the bay area. Great job!

Adrianne has been more than helpful with my HOAs. She is very knowledgeable and explains everything very well.

They removed trees that didnt need to be removed and didnt clean up afterwards and didnt consult with homeowners about removing trees, they trespassed onto property to remove trees, and they shouldve replaced trees that were removed. I would not refer or recommend this company to anyone.

No idea how their tree services actually are, but if the way their drivers drive and represent the brand, i would stay far away.Reckless and endangering pedestrian lives.

Theyre butchering and grinding trees at 10 pm in our apartment complex right now making really loud noises, are these people out of their mind??? People are sleeping already!!
