I had a wonderful experience at Stanton Optical. It was my first time visiting one and it was a hugely positive experience.The staff were friendly and welcoming. The store was very clean and well kept. The exam itself was simple, professional, and fast. They gave me a copy of my prescription on request when the exam was done as well.I didnt feel pressured to pick out glasses. They just encouraged me kindly to look. And when I found a pair that I liked, they were really willing to work with me on the price after my insurance so that I could get the pair in a price range that I could afford.I will gladly return there in the future for eye exams when they are needed and would recommend them to anyone in the area.

Eye Dr was very informative, let me know about the condition of my eyes. Being a diabetic I must be extra careful about my eye conditions. I also bought my glasses from them. People are very helpful, dont be shy to ask question they want to answer any questions you have. They want you to be satisfied with your eyewear. Overall very pleased with my experience with them.

Kudos to Chris Hofius, Brand Manager at Stanton Optical in Pleasant Prairie, WI! I purchased my glasses at the Stanton Optical in Santa Fe, NM six months the ago. While traveling through the area, I broke the frames. I happened to notice the Stanton Optical location close to my hotel here and decided to stop in to see if they could offer me any options. Chris was able to locate the exact frames that I had broken, swapped the lenses and I only paid 20% of the original cost of the frames. Stanton’s warranty covered the other 80%.

Ive worn glasses since the 2nd grade and never have I been more pleased with an exam, the results, and new glasses. Dr. Tristan Begotka took time with the exam to get it right. He is very professional, yet friendly. I highly recommend Stanton Optical and Dr. Begotka.
Made my appointment, no problem. Went in and after my exam was told that they were not able to get me to 20/20 so I would have to see the doctor on site which is only there every other Friday. Still had to pay for my exam and had to reschedule for two weeks later to see the eye doctor. Fast forward two weeks I get there 10 minutes late due to an issue at work and when I got there I was told that because I was 10 minutes late I would have to reschedule for another two weeks!!?? What, no way! So I’m supposed to wait all together six weeks to get my I prescription while the whole time you’re holding my money but you can’t let me slide for being 10 minutes late??? Nope never ever again and my whole family wears glasses so guess what Stearling, you just lost at the minimum three customers because of your employee with a bad attitude!!!!!
The team was able to assist me with what I was looking for. There was an issue with the lab making my lenses to small. But the team at the store did everything they could to make it right. Jade helped me and it was nice to talk with her and she was able to keep me update to my order. I will be sending my recommendation to this store. Keep up the great work team.

It’s a scam! The customer Service is rude! They require payment for services they don’t perform. Instead of a doctor you see a Tele optometrist who charges and then tells you you have to come back in a week or two with a doctor. They won’t release your prescription

I ended up at Stanton Optical, because they take my companys insurance. I had expected the usual service and results.I picked up my new glasses just a couple of hours ago. Im 51 years old, so Ive been wearing glasses since 1983. This is easily the best prescription Ive ever received. I cant thank you enough for the friendly and very thorough examination and service. Im sitting outside at the moment, just staring at scenery. Thanks!
I rate this place at 5-stars for customer service. Jade went above and beyond to assist me and even gave me information about glasses that I hadnt known for decades of wearing them. I only dropped a star because the offers are misleading and our first visit there a couple months ago took hours when they were short staffed. Overall very pleased.
I have never needed glasses, contacts, or anything. I scheduled an eye exam to maybe get an idea if my migraines are caused by eye strain.I got to my eye exam appointment early, checked in smoothly, the lady doing the machine tests was very friendly and informing about everything.I went into an exam room and had a video call with a refractionist, and that was fine. I was told to wait for the doctor to review my prescription.After waiting a lady came over to me (I don’t recall her name), and she walked me over by the glasses and told me I can pick from 6 pairs of glasses...that I need glasses.I was extremely shocked, surprised, and I don’t know anything about glasses, frames, lenses, etc. She took a step back, and explained the form to me and said that I have astigmatism and my eyesight is very poor and bright lights hurt my eyes at night (they don’t)...I then said that I wasn’t entirely comfortable purchasing frames or lenses or anything today, that it was all very shocking and overwhelming...A man was walking by (didnt catch his name) he very rudely said, “If you don’t get your glasses today, your migraines will not JUST go away..so your choice..”At this point I went from surprised, and shocked to frustrated and angry. Not only did they not thoroughly explain anything to me, they basically told me I was blind and that my problems wont go away...at that point I paid the $45 for the exam (my insurance isn’t accepted there..) and I left.I got a second opinion and they thoroughly explained everything to me, showed me the photos, and said I was 20/20 vision.
This was my first time here and wont be the last. Every employee was very personable and a pleasure to work with, especially Jade. I highly recommend Stanton Optical if you are looking for contacts or glasses.
I have been having some changes with my eyes and decided to try this location after my regular doctor retired. Staff was nice but I was unimpressed with the eye doctor doing exams. I was having issues with the first set of contacts so they re - examined my eyes which was nice however the doctor disconnected from the appointment in the middle of me asking a question to why Im having the issues I was having. No attempt to reconnect which was frustrating. Staff does the best they can. Not sure I would recommend for the exam itself. They had a pretty decent selection of glasses.
Michelle Erickson made my visit extremely comfortable. My eye exam at Stanton Optical was a good experience over all but Michelles professionalism and sweetness is the reason Ill continue business with this establishment.
This was my first visit and I will definitely return. Conveniently located, ample parking and extremely clean facility. Employees were friendly, welcoming and professional. State of the art exam equipment and great selection of glasses and contacts! Michelle gets a special shout-out for assisting me with the check-out process, insurance, etc. Also love the online appointment booking! What a great place!
I recently moved from Chicago to Florida and was looking for a place to get some nice glasses. Upon going into this place I noticed how clean and friendly the staff was. The one employee who really assisted me was Alex. He was extremely nice, friendly, funny and knowledgeable. Thank you for all your assistance and for your patience because I know I can be a little difficult.
Best place ever for eye care! The store is constantly being cleaned and sanitized for safety. Felt reassured that I was in perfect hands. Chris was amazing and offered multiple options. Definitely recommending Stanton Optical to all of my friends and family.
If I could give you zero stars, I would. I went in expecting to get a full service, meaning I want my prescription. They dont have a doctor in house, its virtual exam. They put my prescription on hold and I will not he able to get it until I see the real doctor and his availability is ridiculous. Im self employed and im furious that you make me waste my time, and still have the audacity to charge for an incomplete service l 😡😡
The staff was super friendly and very helpful the entire time of my visit. I haven’t had that great of service from any business in a while they went over the top especially the worker who helped me out she was great! I previously booked at visionworks and they were very rude and canceled on me 2x. Definitely recommend here to everyone looking.
First off, only book your eye appointment with the real in house doctor. I made the mistake of doing the virtual doc and had to come back 2 weeks later to see the real deal. There were 5 other people that day waiting to see the real guy. They had all done the virtual.Next to the glasses. First pair, one of the lenses was to small for the frame. Sent back. 2nd pair came back with scratches on the frame and a big chunk of rough glass on a lense. 3rd pair came in and they sent back for a defect. 4th pair due to arrive mid March. I started this fiasco in December and paid for them in December. So very unprofessional and no quality control. I did go in for a refund for the glasses only. After all my troubles, I seriously should have gotten a TOTAL REFUND.I hope their management reads this.Seriously, go somewhere else.

This is my 2nd time back to Stanton Optical. 1st experience was really nice and quick. And the woman who helped was very honest as I was picking out my glasses. That Definatly prompted me to come back again this year. The staff was again AMAZING. They did not make me feel rushed while I was trying to pick a pair of glasses and their HONEST opinion of what looked best on me meant the most! Its not easy when you are by yourself and they were not afraid to say NOPE NOT THOSE. Lol I needed that and they definatly didnt make me feel like they were just pushing me to make a purchase. Thank you guys for making my experience so enjoyable today! I will see you both again soon! And if anyone is worried about going because of covid right now, DONT! They take temp at the door and any glasses you touch to try on dont go back to the rack until they have been sanitized! They have a good system.

Very knowledgeable and friendly she helped get me into good frames for the right price. The manager I didn’t catch her name was also great she helped get me the best deal as well! Terrible service. My 9 yr old got the wrong prescription twice and both times the glasses were on back order for over a month. Meanwhile he cant see. They are unwilling to give me a refund and ive gotten absolutely nothing but attitude from chris. Do not try to save money going to this place. Extremely unprofessional.
I have purchased glasses at Stanton Optical, not only for myself, but for both of my daughters. The quality of what you get for the value is amazing! I was able to get a complete set of glasses for myself with another set of prescription sunglasses, for less than I would have paid for just my daily glasses at my eye doctors office. After my experience with Stanton for myself, I took both of my daughters back after each of their eye doctor visits to pick out glasses. My oldest daughter has a fairly high prescription, and we were able to get her the thinnest lenses available with protective treatments and a warranty for about half of what I usually pay. My youngest daughter got designer frames and protected lenses, again for half the price. The best part is that the customer service is wonderful! They spend the time to help you find frames that fit your face, and for myself and my youngest our glasses were ready in an hour. At our eye doctors office they take a week! Their staff also made sure we got the best possible pricing and put together packages that gives us even more savings throughout the year with their frame club! I highly recommend Stanton Optical for anyone who wears glasses because youll save so much money!
Stanton optical is very similar to any other optical store. Lets face it, most of these places charge ten times more than they need to for glasses.Hence the 3 star rating.The telemedicine approach that Stanton uses IS the way of the future in order to reduce health care costs. At first I was a bit uncomfortable with it, but it does make sense given the technology available. And it does work.*I did have my own optometrist do my eye exam before I went to Stanton Optical. So I didnt use their free eye exam offering.Jade and the other staff member were very friendly. My glasses work better (visually) than any other glasses Ive ever owned. They were shipped directly to our place in Nevada keeping things nice and easy.If their pricing was much lower.... I would have given them a 5.
I looked around for the best price for trifocals & cute frames. They have the best prices around. I get so many compliments on my 2 new frames. Theyre so helpful too. Other places ignored me when I walked in but not there. I dont remember her name but she picked out frames for me that were the right size for my lenses & fit my face which saved so much time & she did pick out the best ones.
The service was awful. I understand that COVID19 is bad and going on and there are procedures to follow, but dont screw me over. I drove 30 minutes in a hot car with no AC before I got there, and rather than letting me have a few minutes to cool off in the AC and drink some water, the lady at the front took my temp right away told me I had a fever. Of course my temp is going to be high. I just spent a long time in a hot car, but i was refused. I wasted my time and gas and I wouldnt even think to go there again.
Didn’t expect to have my doctor be a video conference with a thick Indian accent. Would give it 1 star for that and not having a personal hands on experience, along with waiting easily over an hour for the video conference to work. But if it wasn’t for the amazing staff and their dedication to give me a great pair of glasses that I love, and saving me money, and even volunteering to stay open late to have them made the same day I was there after waiting for so long just to have the exam. Would definitely recommend only for the friendliness of the staff!
I went to Stanton Optical and got an eye exam with a in-store optometrist who was professional, thorough and who didnt rush me. The store staff helped me to pick out some nice frames and measured me accurately for a good fit. My glasses arrived within ten days and look good. The price was quite affordable even though Delta Dental was not in their network of providers. The lenses are focused, clear and I can see with accuracy. Glad I went to Stanton Optical. Thanks to Shanon and her staff!

Very bad prices and behavior. I spent about $500 discounted price on 4 pairs. One frame cracked. They replaced with $10 charge. Now the replaced frame cracked again on the rim.They said we cant replace the defective frame. The behavior of the person talking, Daniel, was really un professional too. Dont buy from Stanton at all.
Great service, great glasses! I brought my teenage son there to pick out new glasses. We are able to get two pairs for less than the price we would have paid for one pair at our old optician. Hes picky about what he likes and there was a great selection to choose from and we never felt rushed. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly but not pushy. Shanon helped us and she was always right there to answer questions or give suggestions when we needed them but we never felt like we were getting the hard sell thats so annoying at some of the other places. When the glasses were ready, they made sure the fit was right for my son and that he was happy with them. Id definitely recommend.

Im very pleased with my new prescription, the ladies helped me find glasses that rock! Nothing better when you have the same name Shanon. Im new in town, and Im happy to say I have my go to place for all my optical needs!!!
Run dont walk to anyone but Stanton. I went for eye exam the 1st week of June. Picked up glasses 2 weeks later, told the associate the reading part of my progressive lens were too weak, couldnt read small print. Was told to try them for a week then if still not happy scedule appointment with actual human Dr. which I did. They canceled that appointment 3 times always rescheduling 2 weeks later. Finally saw the Dr., got the exam and sent glasses off for new lens. 2 1/2 months later I finally received my replacement pair which are still useless. I frankly dont know what to do at this point, Im out $188 after insurance and totally frustrated. Please go somewhere else for your eyeglass needs cuz Stanton aint it!I have since tried contacting this place for the last 3 days on the 877 number and the local number NUMEROUS times and no one has answered the phone on either number. My next step is the BBB and writing reviews anywhere I can to shine a light on these people. Being a senior on a fixed income doesnt leave room to throw away $188 and be left with a useless pair of glasses. Guess I have to make a trip to the store yet again.
I’ve been all over the place trying to find the best place to get an exam AND a pair of glasses- on a Saturday - Stanton optical is and was the best decision ever made. They got me in the same day which was very convenient for me because my glasses were trash. The staff was very friendly the service was top of the line. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and affordable frames/lens. After seeing the doctor on a digital screen I got a pair of glasses no more than an hour later. 10/10
Stay away, they said my glasses would be ready in 7-14 days, called on day 7, they said to call on day 14, called on day 14, they said to call on day 20, called on day 20, they said to call on day 30, called on day 30 and they transfered me to corporate, corporate tells me there is nothing they can do and to call the sotore, called the store again on day 30 and asked to speak to a supervisor, they left me on hold for an hour an a half. I still do not have my glasses and this is buying glasses with a prescription already.Stay away.
This place Rocks! Customer service was phenomenal from start to finish. I had the pleasure of working with Angie by the way She is amazing. She was very patient with me because I had to try on almost every frame in the store. The variety of glass was way better than I expected and the prices are very reasonable. I left there purchasing 2 pair of glasses and 2 pair of sunglasses. Highly recommended.

I recently had an eye exam and then bought a pair of eyeglasses at Stanton Optical Kenosha. All staff was friendly and welcoming. Becky actually suggested the pair of frames that I eventually purchased. My prescription is so bad that they had to ship out my order (rather than make them in store) but the glasses arrived well ahead of the guaranteed arrival date. The lenses were more expensive that other places, but Stantons frame selection was much better for me.
From the moment I walked in with my family we were greeted and felt welcomed. They have a huge selection. I took my time, a long time might I add, to narrow down my favorites. Dean was more than accommodating and patient with me and my 4 not well behaved children. He even laughed at my jokes! They have awesome customer service. He was guiding his assistant in a very polite patient manner. Ill be back for the other 2 frames Dean! They have multiple packages for every budget. He showed me my options and didnt try to force me to spend more than I wanted. Also, for most glasses, you can get them made for you SAME DAY!!
Do not recommend. Everyone is correct when they say your appointment is OVER 2 hours long. I had the first 9am appointment and left around 11am. Ridiculous and the glasses are NOT my prescription. I’ve had the same prescription for 15 years and now they tell me it ‘may have changed’. No in house doctor.... some person in a cube did a virtual consultation. Do not waste your time - you’ll have to come back guaranteed.
Someone stole my glasses the day before I go out of town. I walked into Stanton in a crisis. These people that work here are absolutely AMAZING. Kristina was so helpful and quick to hook me up. Definitely recommend this place!!!
The new Stanton Optical in Kenosha is Brilliant! The team there, Dean, Angie, and Tony assisted me in choosing the sharpest styles in glasses that I couldnt even find for myself. They were so accommodating and enthusiastic on what was best for me. Incredible team and store. Frame choices were amazing and Im now a glasses addict! Thank you to you all!
Great service and great prices. I gave four stars instead of five because the eye exam was done via video chat. I think they called it telemedicine. It would have been nice to be in the same room as the person and the system was a little slow which caused problems. But in all it worked out well and I think I have the right prescription. I got 4 pair of glasses two regular and two sunglasses for around $470! Thats with the higher quality lenses and extra anti glare coatings. The normal glasses were ready for pick up that day but the sunglasses took a week or two.I will add I went during the grand opening sale so that may have impacted the pricing.I think the lenses are covered for like two years and the frames for a year too, something like that anyway. So if something happens and you still have something to bring in, you pay a small deductible and get them replaced. Im not 100% sure on these details though so ask them.I feel like I tried on half the glasses trying to find the right ones. They were patient and helpful I even changed my mind after I sent pictures to my wife of what I wanted and she persuaded me to go in a different direction. I would recommend checking them out.

I bought my glasses in January they are a strong prescription, by September I noticed a film was starting to peel apparently the transition lens is a film. Stanton’s policy requires a 20% charge even when it’s a manufacturing defect. Not happy with Stanton’s customer service.
I liked the nice selection of frames they have with reasonable prices. The staff is very friendly.I do prefer a live optometrist over a via Skype one.It would be good idea to let the patient know the steps that going to be take place when checking the eyes, especially when they turn on the air pressure “a heads up would of been nice”.Oh one more thing not sure why they have you fill out a health form but no one asks you about the concerns you have.
Brought my mom for new glasses. Personnel was very friendly, but the service was absolutely terrible. The 1st appointment we waited 2 hours. Finally finished, they called with her glasses, picked them up. Took them home. She could not wear them. Set up a new appointment to find out what is wrong. The appointment was for 10 oclock and were still waiting to see the doctor, 1-1/2 hours later. Their service sucks. There have been a total of 5 other people here for the same reason.. glasses you cant use.
Excellent customer service. I went in with a budget and got a pair of Rx Sunglasses and Rx glasses within that budget. They were awesome to work with me on it so I could get the frames I absolutely loved. It doesn’t look like they’re open yet bc of the construction but they are and are eager to help you. Give them a try and be open in your needs with them. They’re there to help.
What a wonderful experience! In a little over an hour I was able to pick out two frames (from a large selection) and have glasses made. Everyone was so helpful and the prices were great! I will definitely be back!
My glasses were done 1 month after they were supose to be. When I called and inquired as to what was going on NOBODY seemed to care.All they kept saying is there was a problem with the web site.... prices were nothing that was advertised either. Would never RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
Tried to refill prescription for contacts through phone call. After “verifying” my information, they sent me to another person only to have them “verify” my information again. Then, when I thought we were finally getting somewhere, the lady told me they would call me back while they confirmed some things with my health insurance and never called me back.
I went into the Pleasant Prairie location because its close to my house. I had gotten glasses the last 2 times from a different doctor in town but felt like he was a little expensive. I was surprised to find that the actual optometrist was done via a kind of Skype and not actually at the store. I wanted to try contacts this time so the eye exam was more than it was for my son by about $30. When the contacts came the prescription was the same for both eyes which is weird because my left eye has always been worse than my right eye. They had no intention of giving me any directions on how to use contacts. I had to ask how do I get them in and what do I need to do with them. They were never able to tell me if they should be worn for a day, week, month or what. I was not able to see clear for reading or distance so it was a bad exam. I think maybe they dont have the staff trained well yet. I had to return my contacts and decided to just stick with glasses. I tried on my glasses and they seemed okay when I tried to read stuff in the store but today when I got to work I cant read the computer. The never took the time like my previous eye exams did to find out details about when I need them most and stuff like that, which previous places did. My previous exams asked if I used a computer and approximately how far is the monitor from where you sit so they could make sure the glasses were going to work for me. This is the first time I have had glasses with the little pads on my nose but there really was no time given when picking up my glasses. I am going to go back today because to get an appointment with a real optometrist to get the prescription fixed I have to drive 50 miles. The staff was really nice but I think they could use better procedures. I didnt like the idea of giving a negative review because I did spend a lot of money and they were really nice but my experience was not that good. It would have also been nice when sending me out with the contacts if they had a bag or something not just giving me all these boxes to carry. They used the excuse of being new as to why they dont have anything.
I went to Stanton optical on a Saturday. I didn’t have an appointment but the saw me right away. And I was only in there an hour. The service was great. Michelle and Dean helped me pick out my glasses and my exam. I can’t wait to get my new glasses!

I went to the Pleasant Prairie location to replace one lens for glasses previously purchased at another Stanton Optical location. I was told that I would have to buy both lenses because the computer system would not allow them to order just one lens. The price they quoted me for the lenses was almost as much as much as the price that I paid for the two pairs of glasses that I purchased in the first place.

As one whod never had an eye exam prior or even had a need for prescription glasses, my experience here was of superb quality. The prices were fair and affordable, even without the help of my insurance. The service, as well as the two pairs of glasses I obtained, are unbesmirched. Angie, Kelly and Michelle were all very helpful in answering my questions and helping me choose what was best for me while staying in my price range. The pre-test was also quick yet thorough. Highly recommended.
Went in for an exam. When my glasses came back, the prescription was completely wrong. Come to find out, the person operating the telehealth system isnt an eye doctor.They collect the data (obviously not well) and send it to a doctor who then writes the prescription. I lost hours of work coming back in for re-exams for my son and myself in addition to somehow paying way more than the promotion for our glasses.When I called to complain, they actually hung up on me. Im not altogether surprised though – every time we were in the store I overheard the staff grumbling to each other about one another. I wouldnt step foot in this store again for anything.
I picked up my glasses today. Not very happy with them or the staff.I went there on Oct 21st and ordered them. Today is now Nov11th. Never got a call from them saying they were in. Nothing! I stopped in to see if they were in. They were. The lady showed them to me and asked if I like them and then had me sign for them. Thats it! Nothing more didnt asked to see them one or adjust them. When I went to Wisconsin Vision they always did that. Not them. I guess you get what you paid for! Never again. I will be going BACK to To Wisconsin Vision from now on. I do have a issue with the glasses. Everything is fuzzy close up and fuzzy far away. I see better without them. Back to using my old one. Now, going to file with BBB.
When I showed up I had absolutely no clue what I wanted, what my prescription was, what frames I needed or how much it would cost! I should have called ahead of time. The three girls there Angie, Kelly, and Tamara were so helpful and positive! And young! (Which was a nice change not dealing with snooty know-it-alls like the people from vision works!!! My experience was so quick, helpful, and AFORDABLE that I’m headed back down there to get those girls some pastries! Kelly was great! Pay raise? Excellent customer service! “Life is so clear now!”
Still have not recieved a phone call to pick up my trial pair of contacts. Probably a good thing since my normal eye doctor told me today that it is not the correct prescription
Although the staff was very pleasant, and Becky was a huge help, overall our time there was a terrible experience for myself and my daughter. We were there for over 2.5 hours!!! Had a brand new, untrained employee doing the pre-exam, that alone took over 40 min! She had no clue what was happening, and although i appreciated her trying, it was very frustrating for my daughter who was trying to bear with her and redo every part over and over. Once moved into an exam room, they couldnt properly adjust the machine, causing my daughter to have to kind of slouch/lean in to be able to see out of it to do the exam. We are hoping this prescription will even work for her with all these problems. Picking frames was okay..but didnt get any time to browse without her being overwhelmed with questions or suggestions (some appreciate that, but she just wanted a few minutes to look without feeling pressured) we did however appreciate that Becky was more than happy and patient enough to try to get us to a price point we felt comfortable with, and but i dont think we will be back after this...lets just hope there isnt an issue with her prescription!

I went to get glasses for the first time. The ladies helped me from the beginning of the process to the end. then after I payed for everything I actually changed my mind on a lens. They stayed after hours to help fix what I wanted change. They were truly gracious about the whole thing. And in my opinion went above and beyond what they needed to.Thank you Brittany,Susan, and Michelle. It was a pleasure and would recommend your Stanton Optical center any day off the week.
Today my strong willed 7 year old broke her glasses. I was so upset because it was a preventable situation but regardless, I went to Stanton to just see if there was anything they could do to fix the lenses, since I managed to fix the cracked frame. While there, I was informed by Dean and Effie that I had the warranty (good for the 1st year) and it would only cost me 20% of the cost of the frames and lenses!! I was SHOCKED!! I didnt know I even had that coverage!! Im sure they told me when I bought them in September but honestly, I didnt pay attention. Needless to say, from when I came into Stanton in September and dealt with Tamera and Tony and now my interactions with Dean and Effie, Stanton has a FOREVER customer with me!! When you have four family members who wear glasses and no vision insurance, you truly cant find a better place to get affordable, quality eye care. The customer service Ive received from ALL their employees has been nothing short of stellar!!
It was a different experience from what I am used to but a good one. Staff was very professional and personalable. I am a penny pincher. They were very patient going over options while keeping a good sense of humor.i cant speak for anyone elsese opinion but as for me I will definitely recommend them.

Had an appointment at 10:30. Didn’t get an exam until 12:30. walk in was helped before me even though I made an appointment. Was no actual doctor but was done via video chat? That wasn’t mentioned while making the appointment. They ended up apologizing and giving us a discount which helped overall make the experience a little better. I wouldn’t recommend them until they get a doctor on site.
I’ve NEVER written a google review before this. Honestly, worst experience I’ve had purchasing glasses. I got designer frames, no glare lenses. With my half off lense deal they were 315$. That’s fine. They are half rim glasses and the bottom of one lense has a ridge has a bump on it. They have attempted (and failed) to fix it 3x. The last time they shaved it down and the ridge WAS gone but the lense fell out ONE day later because The manager told me they needed a new lense to be cut in order to smooth the ridge. Then denied ever saying that. Finally realized she has said it and told me to come back later they would be cutting a new lense. Just picked them up, they look the exact same as day one w the ridge in it. And now the girl giving them to me said no they look perfect to me over and over. I’m fuming. Not one person in there extended an apology, understanding, a HEAD NOD. Nothing! The manager being the rudest one of all. Everyone else looks at you blankly. When everyone I’ve asked in my life sees it and literally feels it when u run your finger over it. Are they wearable? Yes of course. It’s not horrible. But the customer service here was atrocious. Anyone who will listen is going to be hearing about my experience here.
If I could leave less than 1 star I would. The eye exam is done via skype with doctors. The doctors are people sitting in lab coats in a cubicle doing exams. I ended up with the wrong prescription, and will absolutely NEVER go back there. Not only did I end up with the wrong script I waited over an hour and a half for this pretend exam. Worst experience I have ever had.
