Stayed for the weekend with my husband and loved it. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Loved the Cafe table and chairs outside the room to watch the sunrise, the butterfly garden maze and the firepit/seating area to watch sunsets all at the hotel. They had a hot breakfast each morning and the owner and his daughter were very friendly and accommodating. We will be back.

Great place to go if you like saving money by buying in bulk. They have fresh meat, vegetables, fruits, and most things you can get at a grocery store. They also have clothing, electronics, and basically everything. Oh, the gasoline is also a great price.

Got it! Ive been checking the last few weeks and they finally arrived. Costco has a 24 bottle wine advent calendar. 24 bottles with 24 different flavors all in one convenient case. Its a must have. One a day to keep the winter blues away. Its only available for a limited time. Once theyre gone, theyre gone till next year. For those that favor a good beer, they also have a beer advent calendar. I got 3 wine cases, two to gift and one to personally enjoy. These also make great gifts. Started my holiday shopping early. Cant wait till December 1st to crack open the first bottle. Yum.

Even with supply issues they managed this year to increase the number of items that were in great demand last year. Impressed!

Excellent location, parking on site (paid), clean, nice view on the city. Pool is indoor very small and was crowded, very good omelet for the breakfast. There is also bar inside but didnt use it, oh and they have some soda, water and snack in the room free of charge.

One of the best Costco stores I have been to. Yes, they are that good. I was able to find items I couldnt find in other Costco stores. They still need to find a way to shorten the lines, but worth the wait.

Or television broke last night. Went to the Costco. Guy helped me and my son select a good tv. He explained all I thought I needed to know in order to select a proper television. So far so good. He recommended the all state insurance for the television set and I did purchase it. Hope I dont need it but glad its there if we do. Our last set lasted just past five years. So Im disappointed in the longevity of our last set. Its great Costco had such a big selection to choose from.

People should know and their employees especially should know, You Do Not have to be a Member to shop at Costco.If you have a Costco Gift card, the only place you can use the money on the card is at Costco. They must allow you to shop and pay with the gift card whether you are a member or not.I had a $200 gift card given to me by a member (only members can buy gift cards), the fine print on the website explains you dont need to be a member to use the card. Not all the employees know that fact. I had to argue with the cashier and supervisor until finally a manager came over and told them just 99 it, whatever that means.So, there ya go people, make friends with a member, ask them to buy gift cards for you and shop the good deals at Costco without paying the membership fee.

This is absolutely my favorite store to shop as an adult. Great gas price, great food options at discount, fantastic customer service. The membership does pay for itself if you shop smart.

We always love coming to Costco, great deals and 200$ will save us at least half of our grocery spending with better quality food. Theres also surprisingly good deals around like my shoes for 25$, our new AC unit for 200$, the air purifier for 150, dehumidifier for 125 ect.

Nice store. this is the first time going in a Costco. I am not a member but they let me look around. I dont have one in my area but wish they did

I have a love-hate relationship with this I love the store the prices, all the features that you get with a membership but cant stand the fact that every time I go there I spend a minimum of $400.. too much temptation. Great prices on meats

Our favorite store for quality merchandise with terrific return policy. Last year I bought some peaches possibly contaminated with salmonella, Costco phoned, texted, and mailed me a warning to return the peaches.To late, peaches so good, we ate the whole box next day. Nobody got sick.

Clean store. Never super busy even on weekends. Can always shop and find a place to park. Helpful staff. Costco does it right. Great gas prices.

Covid, what covid? Don’t believe the covid protocols listed above. 2/3 of the customers do not wear masks. No cleaning between customers and I didn’t notice any cart cleaning either. Got a few things to get out quick. Went to the self checkout and the employees wanted to touch everything I was buying. What the heck Not a safe location!

Got to the check out with a large box of merchandise for purchase and after I paid for it, I saw the bottom of the box had been damage. Not wanting to take a chance the merchandise was damaged inside the box, the Costco team member went and got the same item in an undamaged box for me. Excellent customer service.

The pharmacy at the pleasant prairie wi store sucks. No idea what they are doing, waiting 1/2 for a flu shot and they are not busy at all

The kirkland brand of toilet paper was out with charmin the alternate brand at 23.00. Sooooo went back there on thursday kirkland brand was there along with paper towels. This toilet paper is GOLD the two trips in gas and to buy a substitute brand goes up to almost 60.00. What the heck is going on . Listen to X 22 report. All the containers shipments are setting outside the ocean. You dont believe me well listen to the reports. SOMETHING IS GOING ON AMERICA!!!! WAKE UP. SOME OF US ARE AWAKEN AND SOME ARE AWOKEN!!!

This place is a great place to shop because the people are very nice and helpful and I would tell everyone about this place and you have so much to offer if I was to go to any other grocery store I wouldnt find half the stuff I would like to get like I can find here I find everything and more here

When I used to live in Michigan, Costco used to have the best produce and the best women clothes, but here in Kenosha I dont see that. Always I try to find a good pjs or underwear, but always you are out of stock.The produce for the last few months was bad..most of it has no good taste ..the strawberries and the watermelons are not sweet.the clementine also bitter. I always buy from Meijer and their produce are always good.pls take action and taste ur produce before you sell it to us.

Ive shopped at a few Costco now and the staff at the Pleasant Prairie, WI location are dialed in. Theyve happily resolved all my issues and made me a happy customer. Have always preferred this store to the ones near me.I am an elated customer.

Classy warehouse membership store with huge quantities of products piled to attract your attention. Nice collections of certified organic items at very attractive prices. Kirkland is the house brand which meets or exceeds quality standards for equivalent branded products. Cafe sells popular food items. Pharmacy service provides prescription drugs for humans and animals. While there, get your flu shots and other innoculations. Photo prints and other products, tires, eyecare etc. And, of course, under $5 rotisserie chicken is the loss leader but to get it, you have to walk through the store will plenty of impulse buying opportunities. Beware, visits here can be habit forming.

Do your best to stay away from Costco on Sundays, its a mad house. Saturday mornings though, its pretty quiet. Very clean, most of the checkouts are always open, and staff is super friendly.

Very crowded, so there were some shelves messed up, but, when I asked for help from one of the employees, he took me right to where I wanted to be. Prices have been raised a bit, but so has every other store.

First time Ive been here. Extremely clean, neat, brightly lit and well organized mega store that has something for everybody. Better quality and I like that they do have organic food here. Am impressed 👌

They didnt have ketchup, the most basic kitchen staple, but otherwise a painless shopping experience with friendly staff. I feel so bad for the folks who cant give out samples anymore. A few have mentioned how much they miss it while Im there with my kids. Hurts my heart for them to not be able to watch the joy of kids getting samples.

I lost a envelope with $1000 dollars in it inside the store. They wouldnt even check the store security cameras. Almost everyone coming through the door uses an ID to get in. I definitely would of had great odds recovering my money. Our family will not be renewing our membership in April.

Best gas prices around. With construction on Hwy 50 there may be a bit of traffic, but well worth the savings.

Not as much variety as Sams Club, but Im not sure if thats due to the pandemic. It also seems like theres an item I love one week and its gone the next, again unsure if due to pandemic.Employees seem to be mostly good about masks, though not enforcing them. Carts get cleaned, parking is good.

Had everything I needed. I love the Butter cinnamon loaves. I hope Costco continues making them throughout the year. I feel the same about the Raspberry crumb cookies.

You dont have to show up the first day of a new month sale starting, I am not saying they always have enough to last though the end of the month if it is a high demand item (although they usually do), but what i am saying is that the lines and crowds get quite long the first few days of a sale and the stuff is on sale for 3 weeks and they rarely run out.. Take this from a long time Costco Member. Their Kirkland Brand is top-notch and inexpensive, their selection on every category is fantastic and their sale prices are beyond belief.

I dont mind shopping at Costco and appreciate their efforts to allow social distancing. The lines are much longer for all areas from checkout, tires desk, customer service and even exiting the store. Offer a decent variety of available products, with pretty consistent pricing.If only they allowed for online delivery or curbside pickup! Theyd get a higher rating.

Please look through your food in the store as well as at home. So far Ive found bakery fresh muffins, mushrooms, berries, and salad mix that all had mold in it, but I didnt realize that until I had already eaten some of the product. Its a waste of money, time, and physically could make someone ill. Do better Costco.

Costco has excellent quality items with good pricing and a terrific return policy.

Who doesnt like to save money? At Costco you also buy most things in bulk. Since I started shopping there, it really helped my husband and me when the pandemic hit. I always buy Clorox wipes in bulk. When none were to be found, I had them stored away. My son and I go together. We both buy paper products in bulk. Boy, did that come in handy. Costco has everything. My son had a tire fixed there which we picked up when we were done shopping. Youll find everything from major appliances, electronics, clothing, jewelry, furniture, orchids and houseplants, fresh fruits and vegetables, fresh bakery, razors, gourmet items, and last time I bought some premium ribeyes for dinner. It was one of the best steaks Ive ever had. Im hungry just thinking about it. The items change every time we go. Be prepared to part with a good chunk of dough! My husband doesnt mumble about me spending more than few hundred dollars at Costco. You really save time and money shopping there. You do need a membership to shop there, but its not That used to irk me, but its worth it. They have great people working there. Friendly and helpful. You can even eat there. They have excellent hotdogs. My grandson assures me that the pizza slices are awesome. Now Im really hungry! Have fun saving shopping! I should coin that phrase. Plenty of parking. Im wheelchair bound. There is plenty of handicapped parking. The aisles are really wide so if you or someone you know is handicapped, they will not have any problem. For you with legs that still work, watch out below. People dont notice us until theyre on top of us!

I go here and sometimes Metawa. Ive had a good amount of spoiled or turned wine however you want to call it from this location. I have also had some produce that is not as fresh as they claim it to be. Not sure that this location staff checks quality or shelf time as often as they do in other locations. The most issues Ive ever had at Costco or from this location.

I will admit this had been my first visit in a long time to Costco. I did get a membership. However, once I got it in I was not at all impressed with the selections. I will try again. However, I suspect I wasted my money on a membership. I have it 2 stars because the staff was very friendly.
