Very easy process to rent online and access our unit with a lock without needing assistance. The facility is very clean and nice. The unit is a little more expensive than others may be but it is worth it to have a temperature controlled environment and secured access with cameras.

New facility, super clean, easy access (very convenient one way in/out access doors), convenient location, close to highway, reasonable price, I cant think of anything that was wrong about this place. I was very impressed with this facility; it was so clean. The staff there were very nice, especially Steven, in particular. He toured the facility for me, showed me several units, made sure my key worked, answered all my questions, and was so patient and kind when I was trying to make a decision and throughout the paperwork. He provided top-notch customer service and was beyond kind; an absolute pleasure to work with. I would recommend this facility.

This is an amazing facility. It is in a nice area and is kept really clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful as well. I worked with Rebecca and she was very helpful and took care of any and all questions. Pricing is also very competitive and allowed me to get a unit that was twice as big as one that I had at another facility for the same price every month. I will definitely be keeping my stuff at this facility for quite some time.

I needed to rent extra storage space for business. Rebecca was super helpful and friendly. I was able to get set up quickly without a hitch and started moving things in right away. The facility is very clean with decent lighting and great ventilation. I can pull my truck in through huge oversized doors and pull up right near my rental space. I installed free standing shelves and look forward to using thus space quite a bit in the coming months and years.

I was looking for safe and secure place for my property when preparing for a military move. The staff are professional and kind answering question and helping me get the proper storage unit.

I rented one of the smaller units was a 5 X15. Was originally 88 bucks I thought that was fair. Climate control, indoor and clean warehouse . I would have rented it for longer if they had not jacked up my price to 100 bucks for some reason., luckily I was moving a month later so I just paid it. I don’t like it when I get charged extra without being informed beforehand that the price was to go up. I called the front desk and asked why, the guy said all the storage places do that . I don’t know if that’s true or not since this is the first storage unit I’ve rented .

I stopped in this past weekend I was shopping around Kenosha I had already went to 3 other places cubsmart barth and another one before coming into extra space I met Anthony I explained I was shopping around and he said that this was going to be the last place I was going to look for storage he said they are very competitive at the pricing and he was right the cost to rent was cheaper then everywhere else I stopped at prior and the facility was way cleaner then the others and to top it off the customer service was top notch. I highly recommend this place. Save the time from going anywhere else just come here like I did.

This particular location has been by far the best and cleanest storage facility that Ive experienced. Even during the hot summer months, the air conditioning worked really well and there was even music playing softly in the background. The entire place is absolutely spotless unlike some other places where you have to worry about rodents and bugs getting into your things. Anthony, who is the person who helped me, is a pleasure to work with and explains everything very well and makes the process completely seamless. The price of my 10x30 climate controlled / drive up unit was less than other places. I almost hate to give it up but its not needed any longer. I would highly recommend the Pleasant Prairie Extra Space Storage. You definitely will not be disappointed.

He and the guys (Aaron, Matt, and Hunter) were polite and respectful the entire time. Wow!! They really know their stuff and cleared my two car garage and upper condo in record time, all the while being very careful and protective of every single item! Off to the storage location where they neatly and logically organized the space again in record time! I will use them when our home purchase is finalized, to move from storage to our forever home! They will also be my go-to when I’m able to bring my elderly mother from Sheboygan to my home. Warning: I was pleased with how everything was handled initially upon move in. Unfortunately only FOUR months after move in, they hike up our rent by 20%!! And I was informed it would likely rise again in the next 5-8 months to get close to market value. Beware, the rate they “get you in the door with” won’t last long and will continue to increase... very disappointing.

Update: We have been with this facility for 4 months, and my perspective has changed a bit. I still feel this is a very clean facility, but I would be “cautious” of this place.. We were told increases were done once or twice a year and increases were usually around 3-5 percent. After the third month of paying, the price was increased by 20 percent!! I would also like to add that my sister rented the “SAME EXACT” unit as we did at the same time and they increased her price LESS THEN HALF of ours. So apparently, they pick and choose who they increase and choose to charge some more then others.. In my opinion, this is unethical, and poor business practice..

I was able to reserve and rent on the same day over the telephone. When I arrived, check in was contactless and swift. Storage space was clean and in mint condition. Our unit is big enough to store our necessary items. Climate inside the storage facility is neutral. It’s never too hot or too cold. The only negative thing I can say is the $24 fee to rent is new to me . I’m used to just paying the monthly fee plus tax and that’s all. But other than that, it’s a nice facility.
