Love shopping there. Great caring staff!

We have bought 5 items from them in the past an all are running great. Easier to by from them if they have it on their sales floor its your. Better then all the big box stores!!!

I called on Christmas Eve asking if they were open, and if they had any dryers in stock, spoke to a young man that was very helpful. I drove to the store, compared 2 models, bought one, they helped me load it right up, and was back home very quickly. Great customer service!

We have purchased 2 riding mowers and 1 gas grill in the last 15 years at this store. And the several times I or my husband have been there we have never experienced great or friendly service like others have reviewed. Last week I went in for a mower belt. Walked around for 5 minutes while worker was on phone, finally went over next to her to get attention. Do you need some help? Duhhh yes. She was on the phone with customer. A young man came to help. He looked and said, we dont have it! Not sorry or we can order it. So i left. I have always tried to buy hometown.....and gave you more than 1 chance.....but i will never set foot in there again.

Never again. Nothing against the repairman, but it cost me $96 to tell me it would cost me $536 to repair it. $320 of that would be for labor, and I would have to go to go to the Sears store to buy another. Sear is not what it used to be. Good by Sears no more dealings from me!

I have bought several items over the years from this store. I have been very pleased with every purchase. The service after the sale is awesome. Something you cannot get from online purchases.

Needed a craftsman socket to replace it broke none in stall but had the new set so I bought it.

Everyone is funny, the owner is super friendly and helpful. They help me get the washer and dryer i needed and baby do they deliver 😉. The delivery guys are super cool, even the short one with the tattoos. I recommend this place to anyone that lives locally to hit this place up.

This place is a rip off, uneducated employees, over priced and the only reason I shopped here is because its local. I spent over $1500 here and they delivered me a FLOOR MODEL. When I called back about the issue, i was given an unprofessional response and everyone pointed fingers and would not take responsibility for their own mistake. I will never make a purchase at this place again, I will inform all my friends and family in this town about the awful experience Ive had at this store. Next time I will drive to san Antonio where I also received great customer service and employees who know what their products are
