This place clean and the people are friendly if you can get their attention. Especially if you dont know anything about make up and trying to get something for someone. Brie a employee at this establishment was very friendly and very knowledgeable of the promotions going on.She made shopping enjoyable hope some of the other employees take a page out her book. Especially for a person that is out their element. It was great to know that there is many vegan make up. I never knew it even existed.

The woman who helped me was amazing. Service oriented and friendly. The right products are never too expensive.

I highly commend the employees for the informative help they gave me. A lot of them have experience using a ton of products the store sells. I ask them what kind of finish the particular product will have and they describe it to me and they will give me their own opinion about the product. Some stores, the employees will just give you a broad overview of the product and will push you into buying something.Also, the checkout is fast and employees are nice at checkout too. Always willing to call another checker to the counter when it is busy unlike other places around the Bay Area.

Sephora has a nice reward program. I went in to pick up my yearly reward and decided it was time to refresh my lip color. Sephora does have a nice selection of make-up and skin products. They are my choice over Ulta now.The service is always friendly and helpful. This time, the staff helped me patiently while I was trying to find a new lipstick color. I found several I liked in Sephoras creme lip stain line, and I came home with one to update my collection.

My mini makeup help on the spot or detailed by appointment. Fast paced & fun store. Great travel size make up and gifts by register. Lines on holidays and weekends can be long but move quickly. They do have a points system in place. Handy at sales. All major brands!

I always have tons of questions! Every time I come here they are so helpful with all of my abstract questions, like what setting powders dont have talc in them. The ladies here are super sweet and knowledgeable on the products!

Took my daughter 13yr old for a makeover so she could learn how to apply her makeup and have it look natural. She looked amazing.The prices are high and I feel there should have been some deals, but the store was clean, the staff was friendly and they had great selections.

The employees at this particular location can make or break your experience (mostly break). They essentially make you feel like youre burdening them by asking for assistance. The last time I was here I bought a Fresh moisturizer, concealer and mascara. When I got to the counter I told the employee ringing me up that I had a 15% off coupon. She asked me for the code and straight up LIED to my face saying the items I picked out didnt qualify for the promotion. I was flustered so I just bought the items. When I got home I read the fine print I realized I could have gotten the discount. I had every intention of going back to get a price adjustment but after reading the reviews I figured its just not worth the hassle.

Stoneridge mall is convenient to access from the 580 freeway. It is easy to find parking here. The Sephora is upstairs, and has a helpful staff and a wide variety of products to help us all feel morebeautiful.

I personally love Sephora! This place always has the latest label/brand of makeups and skincare lines. The staff are very skilled with their makeup. They are professionals, and very informed about Sephoras products. I love going to Sephora because they have everything a girl needs!

When I arrived, asked for help to one of the womans that work here, she looked at me serious and nothing friendly. Then I requested for help to test some products, because was first time buying them. She answered if I wanted to try those on me, in an unpolite way, I answered yes. of course I wanted try the products on me. Then she called another girl to help me. The other girl was totally different, more friendly and polite. I like Sephora, but Im not sure if Ill come back to this specific store. There are other stores where the employees are very polite and friendly.

OUT OF 6 ITEMS THAT I BOUGHT, TWO WERE USED and EMPTY.I bought Diorshow lash primer and mascara from Sephora on July 31st, 2019. I decided to go check out Stoneridge as it was suggested by my aunt(also closer to San Ramon). And also Im a tourist. I had few make up products in my mind. Firstly, at Sephora, no one tried to help. I had to repeatedly call them for help. They asked me to help myself, lol. One lady seeing me struggle came forward to help me. Guess what, I shop for $200 and out of 6 items that I bought, two were USED(wish I could attach photos) that is diorshow maximizer 3D primer and mascara. I got back to India yesterday and my enthusiasm was shattered when I found them empty and used. So CHEAP of your executives to do that. Never visiting Sephora in the US. Ulta beauty is so much better. Even sephora India is way better than the US. Please teach your employees how to behave with customers and to not loot tourists!!

YOU WANT AMAZING, ASK FOR ALYSSA!!Alyssa made me feel like she was there just for me. She was very sweet and professional. I am an older women who has been feeling old and tired. I had been having the worst time trying to figure out how to make my eyebrows, or lack of look fuller. THANKS ALYSSA!!!I feel so confident now. She took time to really explain and went over several times to make sure I really understood the how tos. She even taught me the fine art of contouring and blending the color pallete to make sure I had the right colors for my skin tone. She also made some other really great skin care recommendations. I would definitely wait for Alyssa to help me in the future.

At first I was not going to write this review but the service here continues to price terrible in all my experiences. The staff has been rude in person and over phone. I have been accused of stealing and been swarmed while trying to look for makeup. Even had makeup that Ive purchased taken from me because they thought I was stealing ( unfortunately though I did not have the receipt). My experience was uncomfortable and I felt purley discriminated against.

Terriable service, today I went into the store to return the Sephora Play Luxe I purchased online. They lied to my face saying I cannot return this item in store. When I told them my friends have successfully returned the same item in store, they told me it is a new policy just established yesterday. I then called Sephora customer service and I was told there is no such thing. I will not come to this location anymore.

I honestly would not suggest coming here . Workers are super paranoid and hassling, I felt as if I was being discriminated the whole time I was here. I could not go five seconds without having someone in my face offering me a basket or walking by talking into their mix. Me and my sister had to leave because of the treatment we received here.

There was this one plus sized man who kept badgering me with questions probably assuming Im about to steal the $8 face mask I was looking at. Also, I had a H&M bag with me and he felt the need to look inside my bag to see if I had concealed any products. Many of the workers followed me and every time I moved theyd say something into their headphone things about me walking into a different section. Then in that new section, a new person would follow me. The man I mentioned before wasnt wearing a name tag and looked like some sort of owner or manager but I had a few questions on hydrating masks and he kept looking at me like Id grab a bunch and bolt. Usually when I go shopping for makeup and skin care Id grab a basket and fill it with many things that captured my interest. Dont other people do that too? Well the people at sephora assumed I couldnt afford anything in my basket like the becca champagne pop highlighter. They kept asking about it and making sure I knew how much it costed. In the end I left because I simply dont like being suffocated because I look sketchy. Also my clothes werent even sketchy or dark either

I was aggressively harassed & forced to leave the store all because I am a former employee who quit because I did not appreciate the verbal abuse I recieved from the very same that harassed me today. Shes blonde, plus sized & has a cock eye so try to avoid her for your safety.
