Very small store within JC Penneys. Set up is not customer friendly. Nice young girl at counter. No one available to do Mini Make-over. Advised me to go to the larger store further into the mall.

I was trying to avoid the crowd in the Sephora at the mall. Turns out the Sephora in JCPenney doesnt carry Chanel products.

Went in today to explain that I purchased a mascara at another location but it was dry. I did not have my receipt one associate explained she would be able to look up my receipt with my debit card. I had to get my purse and come back. When I got back the associate was not at the register. However the other associate with the blue glitter lipstick and pixie cut was chatting with another customer so I asked if the other assiciate was available. She said she would call her in a few minutes and literally stood there chatting. I only went asking for advice initially but now Im upset that this associate was rude. I could have neen rude and made a scene but I left went to the Sephora inside of the mall snd was taken care of with no problem. Maybe Miss blue glitter lips should work on her customer service cause shes politely rude and her service sucks.
