Received excellent customer service. Due to COVID-19 - the two sales reps had to do a bit of juggling to help the few customers in the store. But Thom was very apologetic, and gave stellar and attentive service while helping another walk in. He was extremely knowledgeable and I never felt neglected. I also appreciate that he wasn’t pushy. Buying a mattress is now a daunting task with all the options and how big an investment it can be financially, but more importantly in how it will play into your personal wellbeing. My GF and I have been sleeping on a budget brick of foam from BigLots for the past five years, and knew there had to be better. We were ready to spend money, yet apprehensive at the same time, its alot of money for a quality sleeping arrangement. We went to quite a few different places to try mattresses and we chose MF in Pleasanton due to their wide selection and especially due to the man working the floor there, Tom. He was informative with personal anecdotes and industry information, and steered us through different choices we were considering. A very nice guy and a pleasure doing business with. He also saved us a substantial sum of money and we got the exact mattress we set out for. Very refreshing in this era, where everything seems rushed and bottom line driven. A very good experience, no regrets, and would buy again from this location. We ended up with a Purple 4, very excited to do some sleeping!!

Shopping experience was great. However, i was told i would receive a call the day before delivery to confirm a delivery time. When i called the store 15 min before closing the salesperson very hurridly said they will call you by 7pm...click. well, no call. And now, store closed until 10am. I will have to take day off of work (i am a nurse) to wait and see if the mattress shows up.

Came here to purchase two beds for a new house and was helped by Eduardo. He was very helpful and showed us the different sized mattresses along with the firmness. We tested several different mattresses and finally picked ones we were happy with. We had to run over to another store to look at bed frames before we purchased the mattresses and Eduardo was very accommodating and waited for us to return to finish our purchases (the store was closing soon). A few weeks later, we returned to purchase pillows and again, Eduardo was there to help us pick out the perfect pillow. We will definitely be coming back for any mattress related purchases.
