This is an amazing store to find almost anything. The staff is very helpful, accommodating, and friendly. I enjoy spending time shopping here, especially in the wine section. I have found some hidden gems that are worth the price and time.They have the best prices on bottled water. This is my place to go. Thank you for everything.

They have great prices and you can find pretty much anything you want. The only downside is you can never get a good beverage recommendation from their reps. For me the recommended products have been 100% horrible 100% of the time and I have never asked the same rep twice

Amazing service and selection. Was greeted right after entering. I enjoy looking at the different wine and liquor and trying something new each time. Todays trip 2 94 pt. Vodkas and a few different ginger beers.

Ive been here before with no issues, but this recent trip was sub-par, mostly from being interrupted by sales floor workers offering to help with wine selection, which I do not need. once or twice is already too much, and it is arrogant to presume that every shopper is a halfwit. the URGE to interfere seems ingrained at this location. with store uniforms that are crisp and easy to spot, shoppers can make the effort to ask questions when they HAVE questions, like theyve already made the effort to buy alcohol.

It is huge and amazing! Better than Bevmo and let me tell you I like Bevmo... Everything is very well organized all section are stocked and theres staff walking around asking if you need help which is great!

Notice at the entrance says “All customers must wear face coverings”. Inside I see 4 patrons without face masks and checking out. No store employee stops them. Why are you not enforcing your policy ?

This was an unexpected bullseye 🎯I happened to be in the area and was on NY way to visit friends. On my way, I decided to get a bottle of my favorite wine, not necessarily found easily in just any store. It was Rapture by Michael David. So, I searched for a wine store. Google Map indicated Total Wine & More. When I arrived, I asked the first clerk I met whether they had this wine. He looked at his cell phone and within seconds told me that they had three bottles, for a price $20 below the internet price, and the location in this huge store. We found it right away. I bought all three bottles. Exceptionally great experience!

Huge selection of spirits from all over the world. People greet you and act like they are glad your here. Prices are lower then similar stores. The store is big, if you cant find something to drink. Your probable not thirsty.They have wine tasting on a schedule

Great variety in my case of beers sometimes i cant find the 3 or 4 trademarks that most like but i try other new and its good to have many more options

Decent store, but the website is good for telling you that items are in stock when they are not. Ive already wasted 2 trips looking for tequilas that they didnt have on hand.

Among all alcohol retailers, this one is by far the best. Better than BevMo and better than online websites such as wine.com.First of all, they have almost everything. Usually not out of stock. Second of all, great staff.And most importantly, the pricing is for most items there is the best you can find.

This is totally my new spot for all things alcohol. The store is gigantic, highly organized, and spotless. Every staff member was friendly, knowledgeable, and really helpful. As soon as I walked in, someone greeted me and asked if I needed help, which I did. I was looking for several specific wines and a few different brands. The staff helped me find each one, even if it meant going to the backstock or climbing on ladders. Overall my experience was fantastic and the prices were definitely competitive. This is the place to go for sure.

This is like a candy and toy store for adults. They have every conceivable beverage, alcoholic or not, and every possible tool and accessory needed for even the most discerning bartender or aficionado. One AWESOME thing I love about this place is that they have an aisle of singles. In this aisle, you can mix and match beers, ciders, stouts, ales, and such, without having to buy the whole 6 pack or whatever minimum quantity is determined by the beverage maker.Grab a cart and go up and down EVERY aisle, I promise youll find a hundred things youll want!

Wasnt expecting a response, but nothing that I can honestly say. We had a pretty good time there. Just shopping for some wine for my 29th birthday. All the employees where pretty friendly and helpful. They where good about keeping up with the mask rule. Have not had a bad experience here yet.

Two aisles of JUST Vodka!There is always staff in the aisles to help you find something and answer questions and make recommendations.I was very happy to find an Irish Whiskey Ive been looking for for years, Writers Tears and not only did they have it, they had it in a gift pack with glasses!They also have coupons, and are the only spirit sellers Ive ever found (besides corner liquor stores that carry half pints and pints)The only negative thing I have to say about this location is there is no sign on the driveway into the complex, so we drove right by it. But that may be because its a new store, and one will be up soon.Definitely the best liquor store Ive ever found!

Loved the online order option. Not sure how much more I wouldve bought had I walked it. Next time. I alerted the team member that I had arrived, and my items were promptly sent out. The only problem I had was on the navigation I used. Not sure if it was Google maps or Waze but I was driving all over the parking lot where Dollar Tree is and it finally occurred to me to check the other side of the street and there it was.

Friendly people, lots of choices, got 99% of what I need. 2 items I needed they didnt stock there, not their fault, they just didnt carry it.

Good selection, but their organization of beers by brewery location is ridiculous. They should go to a beer style organization to make it easy to find the kinds of beers we like. A lot of us have distinct style preferences, not so much region.

Total Wine is my favorite place to get liquor! Huge selection of items, for whatever youre into. The workers always seem to be very upbeat & helpful. This store is clean, well-stocked, and the displays are in top shape. The gentleman who assisted me today walked me over to the items that I asked for, which he went out of his way to do so. I appreciate that assistance. The other workers would say hi, with a smile, even though they had masks covering their mouths! I could here the smile in the tone of their voices. I will always choose this company over the competition because of the customer service and the selection.

I love this place! Their selection of wine, liquor and beer is impressive. I also commend their walk-in cigar humidor organization, cleanliness and selection. Prices are reasonable and I do recommend joining the free membership program.

Truly contactless pickup. Super easy and fast. Just show your driver license through your window, pop the trunk, in goes the alcohol, and most of the reps will ask if you want them to close the trunk since some people dont want others touching the trunk button in this crazy covid world we live in so theyre considerate too. In and out in about 2 minutes has been my experience multiple times.

Excellent selection of whiskey, rye, bourbon, gin, amaro and vermouth. Helpful, friendly, available staff. Ive been to quite a few Total Wine locations on both coasts and this is one of the best.

They had this Jackson Triggs ice wine from Niagara for $20 that Cost+ carries for $28. 5 stars for that! I normally get this around Christmas time & will get it from here going forward. Maybe Ill even drop by other times of the year instead of that other place.

Worst experience I called to ask for a specific bottle and the employee told me he would have it on hold for me at the guest services and after driving 1 hour to pick it up they told me they sold it and didnt bother calling back and informing me a waste of my time

This is my go to place for liquor purchase in the Tri-valley area. They are fully stocked with great choices for wine, cordials, whiskey, beer - let’s say, you will find here any staple liquor for your bar, minibar, party, gift :) And shout out to the great customer service here - staff who are knowledgeable, listen to your questions and help pick out the good stuff.

When I want all right ingredients for my alcoholic beverages this is my go to place. Always has what I need to make my favorites drinks.

The young caucasian girl working at the register was the worst. The cash register is for customer service and her customer service dynamic were not wholesome. I came to buy two items and place them there and its like she had a chip on her shoulder. The whole store experience was good, but for the worst register area experience I felt like it is unneccesary and unsatisfactory. Im going with my gut feeling.

Their prices increase regularly and sometimes as much as 20% a week, be careful, also a lot of their beer on the shelves has reached the end of a shelf life

HUGE selection of all types! They have everything from beers, to seltzers, to bourbon, and of course wines of many types, etc. They must have thousands of choices. If you cant find it here, it probably doesnt exist. I used to go to Bevmo, but thats pretty much a thing of the past after going here. I highly recommend shopping here. Visit and see for yourself!

Excellent service and reasonable prices. I needed help finding a specific item, staff was helpful and walked me right to it. Explained that products are in alphabetical order. Upon checkout, staff went out if his way to find me the right box to carry out my purchase. All staff I encountered were friendly and had great customer service skills. I didnt gave time to check out the entire store, but they have a lot to offer.

Its basically the Disney store for alcoholics but with better prices.The first few times you come in to one of these stores you will be hard pressed not to walk up and down every aisle taking in the overwhelming variety of bottles of booze. We used to enjoy visiting their competition to find cool and interesting new bottles to purchase for our collection and to drink but when the Total Wine franchise moved into town we havent been back to the other store since.Also hard to beat wine and beer tastings for a penny. Its nice to be able to try new things and discover new favorites.The customer service at this Pleasanton store in particular is quite friendly and helpful.
