I bought a console from them few years back. It lost the gaming controller and was out of warranty. Danial was cooperative and professional when discussing what happened and how to solve my problem. He managed to get a new gaming controller and charged a reasonable fee. I have to say that they have earned my trust and I will be contacting them with all my future computer and gaming needs.
