Tried leasing a car online for home delivery, though I’m aware that the lease cost might vary slightly from what the calculation online was, they tried quoting me three times the amount that their website had calculated. With excellent credit and literally no explanation why the estimate online would vary that greatly. Then they said they could get me a better deal if I bought the car. I know car dealerships aren’t known for their honesty, but really?! This takes scummy to a whole new level. Thanks but no thanks Stoneridge Jeep.
Pursuant to my first service at this location,I was immediately made to feel comfortable.I truly understand that car dealerships must charge high labor costs in order to cover their overhead but unfortunately not everyone can afford them. Along with minimum hourly charges, diagnostic tests are also expensive, especially since you have to pay again the labor charges plus parts and taxes.
This is a third-rate service department - I strongly suggest you take your business elsewhere. They did not write down why I was bringing the vehicle in, so I had to keep explaining the issues multiple times after I brought in the vehicle. Then they took multiple days to even get to my vehicle (I dropped it off on Tuesday evening for a Wed appointment, and they could not even LOOK at it until the following Monday). I escalated my concerns to the sales manager, who said the service manager would call me back to discuss. Of course, the service manager never even bothered to call me back on the matter. Ridiculous. When I went in to take my vehicle back, they had lost my keys and so had to wait for an hour while they searched for them. What a joke this place is. I took my vehicle and brought it to a more professional dealership. I suggest you do the same.
The service front desk and check-in folks were pleasant and helpful. Nevertheless one day after picking up my vehicle for service (tire rotation, recall notice for airbag and oil change) I got an engine light that was not there before. After calling the service department, I was informed that the soonest it could be seen again was 5 days later. Hence the reason for low rating.
Although the employees are friendly I am less then impressed. My vehicle has been parked here for over a month, the part they ordered for my brand new car (only 5000 miles) was incorrect and now it’s going to be at least 2 more weeks to get the correct part. They did give me a vehicle to drive but I’ve got a family of 6 and my 3 car seats do not fit in the back of this 5 seater vehicle.
I took my vehicle in to Stoneridge Chrysler Jeep Dodge for a recall fix and the timing, employees, and service was outstanding! I was very pleased and have decided to make this location my go to for my auto needs. I even received a courtesy car wash and would recommend this location to anyone.
I took our Jeep to have the driver side visor fixed and to do a 20,000 mile tune up. They were able to complete the work in under 2 hours. Great service!
Customer service is great in this service department-and my oil change was quicker than anticipated.
Fast, easy and reliable hospitality and service. Would take my jeep back for any future service.
Stay away from this place! Sadly, this is where we bought our Jeep in 2015 and first time there, so was looking forward to it. By far, the worst service experience I’ve ever encountered.Dealt with Roger, who’s impossible to get a hold of once you drop the car off on Friday. They didn’t get to start on the issue until Tuesday, my wife and I are always calling for updates, felt totally disjointed. The communication only improved after I spoke with the manager. My wife picked up the car and when I came home from work I found these little lovely additions to the color scheme... you would think someone would have mentioned this, apologize and find a way to fix the issue. Instead, no mention and sweep the dirt under the carpet and home no one notices?!This place is a joke and if I could give it minus 5 stars I wouldn’t hesitate for a second.
James in parts & services is top-notch. Knowledgeable, personable, helpful. I always feel like I get the job right and get great value when I work with him.
I had a good experience at Stoneridge Chrysler. I made an appointment for recall work to be done. The staff was friendly, organized and the service writer knew how long the repair would take. The waiting room was nice and everyone was following mask requirements. My vehicle was finished by the time they expected.
Rodger completed my service before the completion date and I didn’t even have an appointment. Communication is key at a dealership and Rodger kept me up to date with text messages. Thanks guys!
It’s hard to imagine how this place stays open and operates with the poor customer service and poor communication they have. It’s not just this one time that we went in for Warrenty work last week but dozens of times in the past. The service manager is super nice (not Rodger) but he can’t do it all on his own.If there was another dealer closer I would never go back here. They just have a culture of poor customer service and you would think they would change after seeing all their bad reviews.
I received great service here, I dropped my car off a day before my scheduled appointment and the Service team worked on my car right away. They were efficient and got the job done in perfect timing.
Roger McLeod at Stoneridge is my go-to guy and has been for years. I took my old truck and now my new truck here for service. Everything is done correctly and on time, when promised. Highly recommend.
Thank you Aria and fame!! Professional, and helpful. Looking to test drive to driving home was only about an hour and a half. Great service! Thank you!
Do not go to this place! I had been a good customer for years. Always felt everything seemed okay. One day they told me I needed an $8,500 valve job and that the diagnostic fee was $750. It seemed fishy because I just had a brand new engine put in a few years earlier and it only had 24,000 miles on it. I wanted to get a second opinion and the only way I could drive my van off the lot was to pay the $750 !! $750 for a diagnostic are you kidding?! In addition, I went for that second opinion and brought it into somebody who said my valve job will cost $4,500 if its even the valves. He found out it was two out of three of my catalytic converters that needed replacement and he only charged me $1,400. I tried to get my 750 back from Dodge but they would not give it back and they gave me a bunk diagnosis. Told them it was the catalytic converters and not the valves but they just wouldnt budge...They do not value their customers and their integrity is zero. I would never go back to this place. Its a scam!!
Everything was excellent! My daughter and her husband Luis P we’re very satisfied with the service. Thank you!
I was welcomed into the service shop on time. The waiting area was very accommodating with all the appropriate amenities. It all said welcome .
This entire experience was great, fast and easy. Aria is a great sales person, knowledgeable and lets you take your time. Everyone from the finance manager to the dealer manager made it possible to get our dream jeep on our terms. They fought to get us the perfect deal. I would highly recommended anyone who wants to buy a car to check them out. They did an amazing job. Now to many years enjoying our jeep outdoors.
Dealership was straight forward with a problem another dealership in Oklahoma City created. Bit a huge thumbs down from the corporation, they continue to try and DODGE the bullet.
Everyone was wonderful and accommodating. My truck was there for four days, James kept me informed every step of the way .
I took my Charger in for a small issue. It was fixed in a timely manner, and I got a call to pick it up. I will use them more in the future.
Great service today at Stoneridge CJD in Pleasanton. Very helpful staff and quick turnaround on an Express oil change and tire rotation. Thanks!
I took my car for Oil Change and tire rotation at the same time Engine light and flat tire light was on on my car and asked for check. Next day I got estimates of over $5000 for repair. Since it was not in my budget i define for repair . After paying over $600 picked up my car in my way home noticed the both lights still on, i understand the Engine light but i asked myself why flat tire light is on?.Anyway they didnt do oil change nor tires rotation. Onething drove me crazy, they didnt even adjust the Air in tires as courtesy to turn off the light in dash. Im not sure if Im expecting too much but communication and Cutesy of Service department is in question!!! I waisted lots of my time and money without completing anything.
Was able to make an appt. for oil change easily and when I came in it was done before noon.
Very satisfied great customer service. service I was in-and-out vehicle was fixed Very happy all the way around
The service advisors are so much friendlier and helpful at this dealership than the ones at my local dealership. Totally worth good a little further.
Service advisor was helpful, cost seems reasonable, work performed in promised time and seems well done, checkout process easyOverall good experience
I worked with Aria, he was super helpful and patient in finding the right car for us. He also helped negotiate a great deal with upper management. Highly recommended!
Easy to schedule an appointment, great customer service from James, my service rep, prompt shuttle service and my vehicle was ready in just a few hours. All positive, as has been previous service appointments which is why I continue to bring my vehicle to this dealership.
I have always been treated fairly at this dealership. I don’t have any complaints. Everything always went smoothly and with professionalism.
Excellent communication from start to finish. I was consistently informed of the progress of my vehicle and got the service I needed asap.
The people are polite but my car was dirty and greasy when I got it back. Steering wheel was greasy my mat was greasy. Greasy hand prints on my seats.
If I could give this place negative stars I would. Worst customer service I have ever had with a dealership. Management made threats and kicked me out after trying to have my car fixed that is brand new. finance manager acted like he didn’t even know me and said he doesn’t remember me buying the car at all purchased the car two months ago this is the worst dealer ever. every car there is marked up 10k more then other dealers. There is salesmen in there saying they are managers when there not and making broken promises left and right. I HIGHLY suggest going anywhere but stone ridge dodge
Great sales experience. Purchased a 2020 Tesla X. Aria & Amir were awesome. Aria delivered the car to us. 2 hr drive! Amir made the financing a breeze and was able to get us a great rate! Thx so much for all your help in purchasing our dream car. Will recommend my friends and family. :-)
100% nothing special. I will says its clean inside so thats something, right? Service Department is fairly big and they have plenty of staff. I recommend asking for Paul in Service. Hes the most trustworthy Service advisor Ive known.
I dropped my car off to be serviced for 2 recalls first thing in the morning. I was told it would possibly take all day and would be texted when the car was done. I called them around 3pm just to get a status with the understanding that online they close at 9pm. They said that there wasn’t anyone available at that time and they would call me back within the half an hour. After I didn’t get a call back at 3:50 I called them about 6 more time between then and 5:30. No one was able to help me or my call wasn’t answered at all. I left another message and was told again that I would be reached out to. I waited until 7pm with no call back and decided to call them again to find out that the services department was closed and I wouldn’t be able to pick up my car until the next day. This is my only means of transportation. I have worked in customer services for almost 15 years and I have never treated anyone the way this Jeep dealership has treated me. If the services department has different hours from the dealership that would be stated somewhere on the website or the emailed appointment confirmation. I was not even given the option by the dealership to come and pick up a rental car so I could get to work. This is the absolute last time I ever come here. I’ve never been so disgusted at the service provided by an establishment in my entire life.
THIS PLACE HAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would never buy a car from this place. Any problems you have with your car warranty they won’t honor it because they tell u it’s normal operation. Save your self the time and money and don’t buy a car here. I would give zero stars if I could. To much time has been spent on the phone, getting transferred to a voicemail, on hold on just flat out “there in a meeting” HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They will just take ur money and run !
Called about a vehicle that they had and told me it’s +$10k markup over msrp “because you can’t find it anywhere” when I see tons of them online around the area. What a joke. Do your business elsewhere where they actually want to make a deal, not just screw you over.
Excellence personified. Nothing but praise for everyone, especially Roger Mcloud.Roger was professional, honest, and very accessible throughout. I cant recommend him highly enough. Thanks Stoneridge Chrysler Jeep Dodge, for a job well done.
Parts department is great people behind the counter know what they are doing.
Highly recommend, thanks to Oliver and the team we were able to drive out with a brand new grand Cherokee, they worked around our budget and we’re very negotiable !! Great service!!!
My terms of purchase included free oil changes for a limited amount of time. So, I called to see if they were still taking oil changes on a first come first serve basis and was told no so I scheduled an oil change a week out. I broke up my work day so that I could be sure to make the appointment. When I showed up at the time of my appointment I was told it would it would be a few hours. They should not need a few hours to complete an oil change - if understaffed that is a management issue for not being able to hire/retain service techs. Poor customer service. I hate to give negative reviews anywhere, this is probably the first negative review Ive ever posted online but in this case they genuinely wasted my time.
DO NOT GO HERE! These people are only looking to take your money and run. i have brought the vehicle in for service and refusing to repair vehicle on top of that service manager Richard and jason were extremely disrespectful and very unprofessional. my vehicle has been to a different dealership and it was confirmed that there are issues with brakes, and stone ridge refuses to fix anything and says that there’s nothing is wrong with it. They have done nothing but waste my time with endless phone calls, being put on hold for hours, and making me drive an hour to get my car fixed just to turn me away at the door. I’m getting very frustrated and i’m going to have to involve corporate at this point because this is getting a little too ridiculous. Regardless, don’t even waste your time with this place, they only want to take your money.
They did a great job and the vehicle was ready ahead of schedule.
Friendly staff and funny animal videos in the lounge made for a pleasant wait.
Terrible dealership! Service department won’t return any phone calls (I have been calling for about 3 weeks now) and then requires a minimum of $250 diagnosis charge for something that I can do myself! Then when confronted about it they aren’t even apologetic and start giving attitude back! What happened to customer service?
So I brought my 2016 challenger SRT 392 6 speed manual 13k miles in for a noise it was making in the drive line. Still under warranty so I wanted to get it addressed. I’m the original owner and have babied it since new. When they got back to me they said they couldn’t duplicate the noise. Test drove it with the mechanic and sure enough no noise. Then the service manager hits me up for $125.00 and said since they couldn’t find anything wrong, I needed to pay for the mechanics time.Well it’s 2 months later and the noise is back.I’m betting if I bring it back they’d fined something wrong and would want to charge a lot more than $125.00 to fix it.I don’t know why they couldn’t say what they did the first, but they’ve lost my business for good. Shame on you Stoneridge Dodge.
My experience is always a pleasure at Stoneridge Jeep. Excellent service and excellent customer service
Ive tried to schedule an oil change on my RAM TRX 3 times and they never pick up the phone or return my messages.
Haven’t have any issue with maintenance services, but the shuttle service is TERRIBLE. My appointment was at 11 AM, after waiting for a hour, I went and asked the cashier how much longer do I have to wait, they replied the driver will not be available until 1 PM. Worst I have EVER encounters.Following up on the shuttle service. After waiting for 2 HOURS, I was informed that the shuttle won’t go to the city I live in. Very unprofessional, avoid if you can.
I have never had a good experience here. I have had issues with service, sales and financing. The sales people are pushy. We came in to find a cheaper commuter car and they were trying to sell us something way out of our price range. Telling us we could afford it. They didn’t pay off my car I trade in until I called and had to keep pushing for them to pay it off. They told me it must be my bank not them. Come to find out it only got paid off after I had to call multiple time. I was only days away from having a late payment on a vehicle I didn’t even own anymore because of them. My wife had to take her vehicle in for a recall issue. They would not talk to her. They would only call me about the car even though we told them multiple times it was my wife’s car and they needed to talk to her. I wish I could give 0 stars..
Oliver was very responsive and found me the deal I was looking for! Michelle was fast and efficient on the paperwork. The bosses stepped in and made it come together. Great experience! Nice job everyone.
They have really bad customer service and are always transferring you and never answer or return your phone calls.
Awful! Awful! Awful! Stay away! I write awful three times for a reason. Take your worst retail experience and multiply by 3. Youve been warned. Oh, and as far as the service department is concerned, just go ahead and pour gas on your car and light it on fire and I guarantee you you will have a better maintenance experience than engaging with anyone in this service department.
This business lacks in courtesy and urgency when involving customer care. New to the state and ready to service my brand new Jeep recently purchased back from my home state. If I can’t get a hold of the service shop after asking kindly then asking kindly for a manager when I was left to a voice message box and not even getting an answer at all from the original number I called to the secretary. What makes anyone think I would even visit the place. No excellence or proper decent phone service is available for a place well known. Sad.
My service representative was kind and knowledgeable and really helped me to understand what was going on with my car.
Hate this place will never purchase a car from them again horrible experience with finance and sales was very condescending
The BEST ERIC AND MICHELE WERE GREAT!!!
Roger is fantastic! Always knows what to do with major services and scheduling routine services as well. Always informs of concerns or issues. Would recommend him any day of the week! Thank you.
I went this past weekend to look at cars and I made it clear I was just looking. Malik helped us and was super friendly from the start but then he started pressuring me into buying the car. I told him I needed to wait for my fiancé to get into town and he was pressuring my parents into co-signing. He then started getting frustrated and told my parents and I “dang your fiancé has that much control over you guys” my father did not go off on him because his little daughter was at work with him but I thought that was very unprofessional and he proceeded to tell us how we wasted his time and that the dealership needs to sell 10 cars a day and so far they had only sold 8 LOL who does that. Worse experience of my life at this dealership I would not recommend going here.
Had an awful experience with a sales person at this dealership including being told no other dealerships had inventory, being whistled at to come to a car he had opened for me, and then being told we are wearing masks because covid-making point that inventory is limited. I didnt mind what he was saying but the way he said it was rude and unprofessional.Update: I went to the Jeep dealership in Walnut Creek and was treated great by the staff there. I also found the Jeep I was looking for and they had several models on the lot for me to look at.
Roger is the best! Always takes good care of me and my Jeep!
Really unfriendly. If you are there for service they treat you like they are doing you a favor.. expect to wait too, for no good reason.. while they sit behind a glass window talking.
Snooty and overpriced. Just give us your money and we will take care of it.Nonsense.They want ignorant customers with fat wallet books.
They kept my vehicle all day, no offer for rental. I had multiple recalls and I appreciated the work they did. However it is unacceptable that once the work was completed I was not notified that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. How does the entire service department clock out for the day with nobody noticing the only truck siting in the service queue.Once they manged to answer the phone, the operator was very helpful.
Terrible dealership. I always have low expectations concerning dealerships but Stoneridge Chrysler Jeep Dodge has found a way to be even more of a disappointment than most. Their customer service is terrible. I had a service on my 2020 wrangler and less than a month later my power locks aren’t working. When I call they keep redirecting my call to the sales department who gives me the run around. Communication is an absolute disgrace. Do yourself a favor and find a better JCD dealership.
Amazing staff! They all worked hard to make us happy!
On time and pretty well done! However, mechanic left some grease on the door frame of my van!
I rarely post reviews, this place is excellent. Look for Eric he is awesome very helpful. When signing a document Michelle Finance manager is great she is nice, professional and helpful. I give 5 star for both of them.
I wish to give them negative 5The worst and unfriendly dealership everI met with the sales manager, a guy with a long hair he told me that any car had an over price of 15K and in a very bad and unfriendly way, he is describing whats going on with the car marketAll the other dealers are doing the sameWhen I asked I have been told that this is not trueDont buy from them, they are scammers!
This review is for the Sales Department. I had a great experience, low pressure, informative sales associate. I got the exact Jeep i wanted, at the price I wanted. Sales Manager listened to me and helped me figure out a payment plan that could include the options I wanted. Both men stayed late to sell me my Jeep, and I appreciate it. Thanks guys.
I am very unhappy with the service at Stoneridge Dodge. We are on our second Durango and we also own a Jeep. The Durango has had many problems. The woman in service who answers the phone is curt and unpleasant.. We have had a safety recall open for two weeks for a fuel pump relay and they still dont have the part. Very poor planning. We can not drive it while we wait because it could shut off while driving! Maybe we will try Chevy or Ford for our next SUV.
Great customer service.
This place marks up the Wrangler 5 thosand dollars. Do yourself a favor go to walnut creek jeep or tracy jeep or berkeley jeep. Way better deals on wrangler. These people are like thieves if you dont do your homework.
How do you charge $250 for an inspection and then cant even diagnose a bubble in the tire??? Thank God for Big O! Not to mention severe lack in communication and un-returned calls 🙅Will never come here again!!
I went to dealership in November and buy carThe whole process was quick and efficientBut got confused for few things in pricing and understanding few things because of my not good understanding of EnglishI spoke to finance person name AmirNice person and explain me the thingsA good experience turn into bad and then after talk to them everything ok, end good everything goodForget to mention the Sales person Jacob he is really nice sales person make whole process very quick and easyStrongly recommend to this Dealership
I purchased a Jeep Compass North Edition 2020. 7636 Miles later still happy with purchase. Amir was very professional during the purchase. I would recommend a friend to purchase there next car here.
There is a sure reason why this place has so many 1 stars. They have THE most rude people from the sales to management. They say one thing and then come back with something totally different. Full of BS double talk like I have never seen from any car dealership. Really too bad such a horrible business is trying to sell quality vehicles and in doing so giving the car brand a very bad reputation. You are better off traveling a longer distance to avoid this business, if you can even call it that.
LOW BALLERS. Went to trade in my truck and they found a mistake on Carfax. Tried to offer half of value of my truck! O sure, I would love to give you 25K off my perfect vehicle Mr. Manager....Wish I would have checked reviews first!
I went to test drive a car and they wanted to appraise my car. The used car manager named Fawad got into my car and dropped my into a ditch half way. Them and their insurance did not take responsibility for what they did and i got blamed for the accident. I would have never thought that a big dealership would do anything like this. When the incident happened they kept repeating themselves that there is nothing wrong with my car. After i towed my car which i paid for to a shop it got totalled. I am still in shock for ehat did to my xar and still cant beloeve they did not take responsibilty for what they did. I am in thebprocess of hiring an attorney to take legal sction agaisnt them. Plesse avoid this dealership. They will total your car and then tell you you did it.
Great service.
Not supported staff
The dealership abs team was fantastic!! They were able to conduct the entire transaction remotely and exceeded expectations in every category!
I called to get an oil change and they scheduled me immediately and I dropped off my truck the next day. It was done within a few hours!
If you are looking to sell your car DO NOT GO HERE!!! They will give you an offer and then lowball it on the contract without even telling you!!! Very shady operation being ran here!
Have only dealt with parts department.
Beware. Sales people and management are like vultures. High pressure environment and harrased/followed me to my vehicle because I tried to leave.
Service department is better than most
I had an amazing time at Stoneridge Chrysler. I want to especially thank Eddie for his excellent customer support. We felt very taken care of by him.
DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!Bought a hyundai elantra was sold and promised packages that would NOT be honored at any other dodge. I had requested a refund for services unrendered and was told we can only do refunds at the first of every month and arent sure if itll process this coming month or the month after that was AUGUST 2020.... ITS JANUARY 2021 and Im STILL GETTING THE RUN AROUND but mazda of Vacaville can over night a refund check and give you a tracking number boot? Be smart and buy ANYWHERE ELSE!!!
Part 2 of 2 please see Part 1 of 2 for beginning of review this is a continuation. On Monday after that call, I started to do my homework. I called my original dealer where I purchased the vehicle and spoke with the finance manager as well as the service manager making them aware of the issue with my radio. I emailed them images of my radio and explained the process of when I started to notice the issue overtime. They confirmed that I had a platinum warranty and that it should be covered. They took the liberty of calling the Warranty company and confirming as well. They then asked for the contacts at the Stonebridge dealer to call and have this worked out and was unsuccessful. They called, I called and all we got was voicemails and transfers. I left a detailed message on the Service Manager Dennis Millers voicemail and he still has not returned my call. After expressing my issues with James Shaffer on Denniss voicemail, I received a call from James on 12/8 at 1530 saying he was told I had further questions about my radio and he was calling to check and see what I needed. I instantly got upset because not even the manager respects the customers enough to follow up himself and he just sends the same unprofessional, rude and disrespectful person to call me. I told him all about how poor of a job he did on Saturday and how I have the issue resolved and under warranty coverage he still didnt apologize and thought he was right. On Monday evening after no success with reaching someone at this location to assist myself or my original dealership I was advised by my purchase dealership to go to another location. At 1600 on Monday evening I did just that, and the customer service I received was nothing short of AMAZING! They listened to me, they took their time and assessed my radio unit and discovered that in fact it was not a crack, it was an internal issue that caused the screen to bubble up from the inside out and affect the touchscreen. They removed the entire unit and called the warranty company and confirmed yet again that it was COVERED by warranty. The claim has been made and the replacement part has been ordered and my unit will be replaced on 12/21 at 0900. I shared all this to say that I would have spent almost $1800 if I would have listened to James who never even took the time to listen to me. If he would have listened to me and actually assessed the unit in great detail and not with just the look of his eye this could have all been taken care of at Stonebridge. This service department will lose many customers if they dont do something about James Shaffer. Everyone is going through a hard time, be kind to people, take the time to listen and understand the customer’s needs.
The folks at the service center are polite, thorough, and competent. They processed my service request, a recall, without any issues.I received a call letting me know the work was complete within 45 minutes after I dropped it off.Good jo !
Service department is crushingly painful. It has to be hurting business. The owner needs to dump that entire service desk staff and start over with folks that would be happy to work there. The curmudgeonly old guard needs to change. I dread coming here everytime, and try to avoid at all costs. These guys do not have the customers best interest in mind, never smile or even greet you upon entering, for that matter. And to add, be prepared to wait at least an hour.Good luck retaining repeat customers. The owner is not maximizing potential profit opportunities. Would give 0 stars if I could. Next car will not be a Dodge
I was pleased how nice and professional the staff is. They text you updates about your car and I didnt even wait long to get my car done! Very happy customer right here!
DO NOT BUY CAR WITH THEM!!!Go to your car branch website and check the store.Dont hold fluke about 5 stars review, thats what I thought before.UNPROFESSIONAL and dont follow the contract. Do whatever in their convenience and DISRESPECT customer time.Writing on the contract that I will have remote control car key. But end up get ONLY manual open key. And (hopefully) get my backup key after MULTIPLE times visits. They are ready for the lawsuit and not expect you to win.
