I have been trying to get in touch with the Pleasanton store since 8:00 am this morning 7/19 and have been on hold -now it is 11:24 and no answer -have called back a couple of times but always on hold. Would not recommend this store. They left an arrangement on my doorstep-ion a hot day if they would have knocked they would have known no one was there I was gone for the weekend-the sender didnt know that . They could have taken back with a note on the door to call for delivery. Still on hold

Save your money. They charge an arm and a leg to give you spoiled fruit then don’t answer your calls. Their customer service is non-existent, I called their call center only to be transferred to the store who don’t answer my calls. I don’t live in California otherwise I’d visit the store. This store is disgusting and should be shut down.

If I could give this experience a zero star I absolutely would I am absolutely outraged at the gift that my husband got for his birthday the cookies were burnt I paid for bouquet of balloons $13 for three balloons and not to mention the chocolates were spoiled... I was hoping that the experience would go well so that I could buy two more for next week but I will never be buying from this company ever again

Ordered flowers and chocolate covered strawberries for my mother for Mother’s Day. The order didn’t arrive until after 7pm and when it came there were no flowers just the chocolate covered strawberries. They didn’t even knock on the door they just left them on the door step. Extremely disappointed. When I try to call I just get left on hold before they hang up the line. Still have t been able to get in contact with them. Spent over $100 just to have some strawberries show up on the doorstep. This was supposed to be my moms Mother’s Day surprise. If I can rate it with zero stars I would. Horrible service

Ive been ordering from this location for a while now. Today i Spent 180 on a birthday arrangement with box of strawberries and bouquet of balloons. Only received the edible arrangement, no strawberries and no balloons. Waste of money and spoils the entire purpose of gifting someone edible arrangements. not worth it here.

My experience was TERRIBLE! I ordered the day before Mother’s Day and they took my order and said it would be delivered the following day! It has been 3 days and my order still says it’s being arranged. I cannot get in contact with the store because they never answer the phone and customer service also never answers the phone. I stayed on hold with customer service for 3 hours that following Monday and hung up without speaking to anyone! Pls don’t waste your time or money they are extremely unprofessional and uninformative.

It has been 4 days since my order was due for delivery and as at time of writing this it has still not been delivered. I already filed a complaint Sunday night and the next day, I received a call back from this store saying that I will get my partial refund and that my order will be delivered that same day. However, it never came and I never got my refund back. I was not even sent a confirmation email about the refund as promised. I tried contacting the store through phone but, no one ever answers. Horrible, horrible customer service.

The order I sent in on May 4th was not delivered. I tried calling the store today May 10th during their business hours and I was hold a really long time and multiple times the line dropped. It sounded like some one answered the phone then hung up.

The owner woman is very rude over the phone. I Didnt get her name anyways; her husband is very nice. Spoke to a wonderful red haired girl to pick up my Bday order yesterday. It was refreshing to actually see a nice lady working there. Owner should learn some pointers from her on great customer service.

I live in rialto Ca, and had an edible arrangement delivered to a family member in Livermore ca, I was a bit nervous of making the purchase but the excellent customer service here changed my way of thinking really fast,they exceeded my expectations, I highly recommend this business, i will definitely use their business again, the arrangement was delivered on time, beautiful and fresh .

I had arranged a birthday delivery for April 18 and the driver was unable to get access to Camp Parks. Not only did they allow me reschedule a time and address, but the driver was nice to wait a few minutes for my friend to get home. They were super nice when we spoke as well. Thank you so much for helping me make her smile.

Bought bananas covered in chocolate....they are all brown, mushy and rotten. Unbelievable. $75 for rotton bananas.

This business is AWESOME! The staff go out of their way to ensure everything is *perfect* on every single order. So much better than flowers: unique, healthy, tasty bouquets that leave a lasting impression.
