Horrible, unprofessional, and not worth going in. Walked in the store today at 3pm on a Saturday by walking thru a conversation between two employees at the entrance who don’t greet. The conversation was not one for the work place. Walked the store and did not get greeted or asked for anything even when I grabbed a shoe. All the employees were gathered at the front while the store was full. There should really be a self checkout option added here to make up for the lack of help other stores thrive in providing. Walked out, and thru the conversation between employees as one with goofy hair was standing on some rack or whatever thing is at the front. Do better please.
I know its the Holidays but whats the point of providing a telephone number and not answering it. Called a few times and it keeps on ringing. I understand Christmas is just around the corner but either staff up or get with the program, we are in Silicon Valley so you should have some automated response set up which can then transfer you to an associate. Do you want my money or not?
The shoes my son wanted for his birthday were the last ones his size and were the display model. Normally for being a display, most stores give out a 10% discount. Not Champs. Not let me see what I can do. Poor customer service. I still purchased the $120 regular price shoes for my son. Then the lady asked if I wanted a bag. I thought I did but then realized I could put the bag in the one we had so I said no. She said too bad I already charged you for the bag. The worst customer service experience ever! How sad to know that these kids have never been taught how to give the customer the pickle.
Not happy. No one knew the online policy and kept saying no no no. This is a terrible way to do business. Train your empolyee and empower them to solve your customers issue instead of passing the buck to the next store/person. Dont post that you can return online items at any if your associated stores when the empolyees at those stores dont know the policy and aggravate your customers! You lost half a dozen customers for life in the one hour spent on a Saturday to do a simple return!

I bought Lebron 11s for my son last month and bought the shoe protector cause I was told it will keep it from getting dirty so I sprayed the shoe twice and it still got dirty at least the fabric part did and couldnt get the dirt off today I went in and we ordered jump man pros and asked if I can exchange the shoe protector for a shoe cleaner and the manager refused to exchange it because it was used after he made me look for the receipt...his name is Eric ...very unprofessional ...I spent over $200 within a month and he could not exchange a bottle of cleaner which it will cost the company a $1 ... I am very disappointed ...I own my own business and I would never treat my customers the way Eric treated me ...I will not be shopping at champs any longer !!!
