Well kept store and extremely helpful and nice sale associate. Some of the shirts were low on stock.

Don’t ask me to wear a mask in your store when you don’t understand the science behind them…which is, they don’t work. Masks don’t block aerosols unless they are properly fitted N95s, this virus is aerosolized, therefore you, blond girl working at the store, don’t understand what you are telling me to do. You are simply telling people to mask up because it’s a rule, and because you have a power trip, not because it’s backed by science, and I don’t follow dumb rules. This store will no longer get our business.

One of the clearance racks was by the door & I couldnt look bc the bell kept ringing and even after I told the lady I wanted to look at it she just told me there was another one in the back. There was just a clearance section not a rack of shirts so I was disappointed. Other than that the store is beautiful & organized, prices are on the expensive side but they do give you benefits with member ship & something is always on sale.

One of the best places to hunt for those hard to find items that you have been looking for.

The staff was cool, clearance sales were pretty sweet but youd have to dig around to find goodies. Lines can be long but its because of limit of customers in store due to standard protocol with covid-19.

I loved it but some old looking worker kept going in the back constantly to see what I was doing and made it seem like I was about to steal something. I didn’t feel comfortable. And when I went to try on the shirts she told me to show her which ones I was going to try on and she then grabbed them from my hands. I’m sticking to my local hot topic.

Wonderful store with amazing employees. The managers Brittany and Daniel are some of the sweetest, nicest most helpful people I have ever met. Their selection of clothes is very nice and the employees always help me pick out the best deals. If i cant find something in the store, they will order it for me and have it shipped there. Very neat and organized. Music is great (play more Blink!!!).

I have not been going to Hot Topic much since I was a teen. My account was still active and got some pretty nice sunglasses. Everyone loves them.

This is just a fun store to visit. The staff is fun and theres a lot to look at. Your not gonna find their goodies in any other store. It uniqueness is what give it its charm. I do miss the shoes though.

I online shop the plus sizes. Pick up at the mall is the crux of my expierence there. For the most part, its store run by teenagers. It is what it is.

Not a huge fan of hot topic, but I gotta admit, some of the products especially the clothings are awesome! Been a huge fan of KH so I was so happy seeing them on display! Great for people that are huge geeks like me :)

I have been to different hot topics accross the country, and this one has full options for fandom gear and collectibles and graphic tees, not to mention the awesome deals they have on a regular basis for shirts and jewelry.Best hot topic in the US.

Crazy to see this place go from goth store to pop culture store. They conformed. Very un goth but i love the selection of anime/video game shirts that i can purchase. Dont generally like buying things online because you never know what sizing they use. I wish i still had my tripp pants i bought there way back in the day and wore them proudly at school.

Woman in black who works there is so fantastic. Took her time talked and showed my daughters a lot. Great costumer service.

I wish there was less cliche stuff sold, and more actual alternative music/subculture merch. Music is eh. Staff are fantastic though.
