I do not think In n Out needs any introduction from me Ill only say this location is spotless, very conveniently located, and Maddie took my order and she was most gracious, thank you.As usual the burger was extremely good and the fries atrocious but that is a characteristic of how they make them, so no fault. In any case, very satisfied for a quick lunch.

Its In-N-Out burger, you already know youre going to love it before you go in. Enough said.

Always consistently good burgers. We got the odd-menu animal-style fries. Unless you eat it hot, it’s messy and a coagulated mess. Don’t recommend getting it if you’re driving yourself. Same with the double-double - you need two hands to handle it and even a Tesla won’t help you. Luckily my son was in the passenger seat to help me unwrap it progressively and eat it.

We had a great visit here! Having move from In-N-Out territory to the east coast, we always visit one when we come back to their turf. This was out first time at this location, and it was a good one. The staff was very fast and friendly, the food was great as always, and the pace was really good.Our family says that this shopping center is always crazy busy and hard on traffic, except for Sundays when another fast food shop in the complex is closed. Today it was fine.Thanks In-N-Out! Now you need to keep heading east.

First time visiting this location at 12:30 am. Employee was coming near to our car, taking the order while I was doing drive through which is good. He has asked if you want to To-Go or for the car and we chose To Go. Wait time was around 15 mins during midnight which shows the popularity of their items. I felt ordering in person was quicker than drive thru at that time.Ordered Double double with Animal fries. Paid in the first window and collected the food from second window. Fries was very soggy and not my taste. Burger was good. Overall my experience was good.

The fact that this team is able to crank through as many cars and line waiters as they do is amazing. My food is consistently good here and Ive never had a reason to complain. Thank you!

It’s In N Out. It’s delicious. But what’s special is that I walked in and just asked them for a vegetarian option. And that was it. No explaining the complicated ‘leave the patty out’. Lol. Love it. Delicious!!! kids love it.

Every time we come here, its a delight. Even if there is a long line of cars for the drive-thru, it goes quick as In-N-Out is a well oiled machine. I appreciate that they read the order back to you. Weve never had a wrong order and can feel comfortable driving off without frantically checking the contents of the bags they hand us. Great location and perfectly consistent experience each time! I dont get it. Ive gone to a few of these joints now because my friends like it, but the burgers and fries are bland and just not tasty. And the fries are always undercooked and rubbery. Youre way better off going to your local diner for a burger.

In N Outs website states the following Health & safety guidelines: Staff wear masks, and that customers are required to wear masks.However, the drive-thru staff member that was talking over food and handing it to customers had NO mask and NO gloves. Their toll-free Customer Service said that they had the option NOT to wear masks. I guess they also have the option to extract spittle all over food, and handle it without gloves too? Great!

One of the best burger joints ever! We were on a father and daughter road trip and we were really hungry. In-N-Out is the first place my dad suggested and luckily there was one nearby. The line was long so my father thought it would take us about 20-25 minutes, but it didnt even take us close to 10 minutes. The customer service is wonderful and the order-takers take the orders fast and accurately. We were full after having eaten one of their combos. Never disappointed.

When they make your order right, everything is great!Although if you say something is wrong with your customized order than when you receive a replacement it isnt up to high quality standards. This usually means charcoaled tasting meat, over heated buns that you might break a tooth on, and it was lacking in sauce.So for warning, if your order is wrong... At least you didnt taste burnt charcoal for an hour afterwards.

Quality of food is good, as always. However, since pandemic, accuracy of the order has been a little off. For example, ine of our burgers was for extra lettuce, extra tomatoes; got the extra tomatoes, no extra lettuce. But again, the food quality is still good.

The rude old lady Maria, I always go to this location to get French fries for my son. He is a picky eater he wont eat any fries or sandwich from any other place than In -N-out. There is an older lady there, her name is Maria. She is very rude once I told her I want just a fries, she said what? just a fries! then started laughing and making jokes. I got upset and called corporation on her. Since then every time I go there I get burned to black point fries. If I order sandwich they would put a soggy lettuces on my sandwich.

I am normally very picky with customer service, and there is barely any nice customer service around this area specially in dinning business. I would say staff in this shop are doing so well, even tho I can tell they were supper busy but they still dont forget to greet you and being so polite, definitely a role model for a great customer service for fast fast food business, keep up the good job guys .

The food is sub par, compared to a Wendy’s or Steak n Shake but those two places are far better. Must be an acquired taste. Staff was friendly, bathroom needed tending too.

Pretty good but they hand out catsup in little bags of 3. So 2 bags will not be enough for 4 orders of French fries. Now 2 people will not get any so they no longer enjoy their meal and may never return. Its very important to supply the minimum required amount of catsup to the customers or they will be disappointed and may never return. This sub-minimum was provided when asking for extra catsup. So this will jepordize the future of this business.

The lines were long inside and drive through i went inside and was out fast. The service was a fast as it could be and staff were polite. A staff member actually asked if i needed help to my car as i had a lot to carry i come from sonoma county and hadnt had the staff cater like this!

Food was great but there was no line that day and I still felt really rushed when I was ordering. It was pretty rude. He was cutting me off and finishing my sentences. Weird and unpleasant for sure.

1) Be sure to check your bags before you leave they have a habit of forgetting straws, condiments, and extras. 2) hot chocolate is inconsistent so besure to check and taste it too. 3) Managers: you need to learn how to pull employees aside, even if you are clarifying whether they are on break 10min, 15 min, or lunch. This is more on professionalism matter, but yall are still young.Food: next time a customer says we have an egg allergy STOP putting the special order burger with the rest of the order. Have you ever heard of cross contamination?Last but not least, (only because they have BIG huge oprn windows), your staff really need to learn how to properly wash hands. Once your hands are washed, DO NOT touch the face!!! No idea how many times I watch staff do this while I was in drive through waiting to pick up my food.

Its hard to give a bad rating to any In-N-Out. Friendly and professional staff, outside is clean. I like that its close to the freeway, but is still a few blocks away so that the long lines dont interfere with the freeway traffic. The location is conveniently located near other places like a Home Depot and FedEx. In case you are short on time and dont want to deal with the lines, there are other places nearby to get food from. BTW, if you have a Tesla and need to charge, there is a Tesla supercharger station with multiple spots across the street.
