These folks are WONDERFUL CARING PEOPLE! Other places wanted ME to measure the cushions & then they’d give me a bid. How in the heck do you measure curved cushions? But Tri Valley Upholstery “said” bring a few in & they’d measure. Anne helped me pick out a beautiful red & then a great striped for the patio dining chairs. Maria the seamstress is AMAZING! Ali kept me updated. All looks brilliant & just what I wanted!!! Thanks Tri Valley Upholstery for creating a happy patio’

I brought by a couple of nice Ethan Allen full sized couch back cushions, which had completely lost their shape due to age/wear. (~15 years)The staff was friendly, patient as well as knowledgeable and gave me a couple of options to best restore these cushions shape and extend the life of my couch, namely by replacing the cushion stuffing.They did a great job and did it very fast. The cushions look great and feel sturdy.Wasnt cheap, but if you have nice furniture, then definitely worth it.

Ultimately an untimely experience, staff seemed too busy to handle my questions and in the end unknowlageable in regards to my project. They judge people by thier cover just like a cushion in a state of disrepair. Although Id normally be inclined to give them the benefit of the doubt, I still say this would be a great place to find a cushion Karen if you ever needed one (let me know what circumstances you would, curios).

I had a very high end leather couch from Roche Bobois that needed new filling on 4 large pillows as the couch was sagging. I brought it in 2 weeks ago and Tri Valley did an amazing job and was ready in 1 week!!

Would like to give a positive rating but since I have been trying to get an estimate since October and have spoken to 3 different people and still no estimate I dont feel thats fair. Ive done everything asked, sent measurements, verbally agreed to pay half up front and still nothing I guess I will have to try and locate another vendor.

This establishment is OUTSTANDING! The two men who work here are kind and helpful. Their work is very good and the time frame for jobs is excellent. They offer as much or as little help as you want in the design process and they have a wide selection of fabrics. I highly recommend them.

The perfect professionals. They do exactly what they say and sweat the details. My vehicle looks great and they were a pleasure to work with.
