Called to ask if they had a certain firearm in stock and the lady I spoke to was very rude and snobby. A simple yes or no would have been fine, but she proceeded to bash the firearm I inquired about and acted like theyre to good to carry certain products. Glad I never stepped into that place and I surely never will with customer service like that. Also, if shed do her research, shed see that firearm has great reviews, has been thoroughly tested and has been determined to be very reliable. Price doesnt always determine quality.

I rented a uhaul truck from here to get myself back to Michigan and they helped me out so much. They worked with me on my budget and I was able to rent a truck that got me safely home. If you need a uhaul this is the place to rent it from.

Sales lady told us come back later system is down your truck cant pull the car Ill deny service we had to call U-haul 1-800 number for her to rent us a dolly. She then helped us fast and apologized.

One star only because I cant write a review with out a rating just bought a tac 14 12 gauge most places 100$ less academy was 200$ less. But worst of all was pricing on bullets 16$ for 5 rd box then 4$ per hundred spent on card. But won’t buy ever again or recommend anyone to buy there.

First time there and last. The old lady said they dont do gun shows and why would i buy something there when you dont see them again. I said that would depend on what you buy. The old fat man who had a customer then told me to go back to the gun show with an attitude like a pit bull. I didnt feel comfortable when i first walked in and saw a T-shirt with no price and after sizing me up the old lady said $25.00. Anyway, I left quickly without saying a word. What a relief i felt driving away, I felt like i had just left from the gates of hell.

Worst experience ever for a gun shop charging $46 for a 20 round box of 7.62x39 went to academy right after and picked up 200 rounds for $50. The worst part is they sit here on the internet and argue with someone that was a customer in their shop about how they are the only true local gun store just for the record there is 5 locations in Pleasanton that sell guns Ezpawn, trading post, gun boss, primos feed, and Atascosa wildlife and feed.

Dude is awesome, I ordered an upper/lower off gunbroker that he didnt have in stock, so he offered to refund my money or make me a sweet deal on another lower!Super great to deal with, especially after dealing with a company like black rain that will send you the wrong item in lieu of the item you order and ask you whats wrong with the one they sent because they didnt have the initial one you ordered! They took advantage of my wife and charged her $75 for a transfer from a gun from buds guns, buds Guns shows last transfer in record was $20 which is in line, I have never paid over $30 for a transfer, also couldn’t find the gun for 20 minutes, I have been to the shop before it a small mom and pop shop. But taking advantage of someone that does not know the gun business is terrible, even Durys in San Antonio (High overhead) charges $50

I swear people and business around hear are so shady I went and paid around 2000 for my gun and my wifes gun to begin with it was all to expensive didnt even get receipt paid cash for all of it even bout a dam extra clip cause you would think after paying over a thousand for two guns they can come with more then one clip for it on top of that I had to wait for a hole dam month for my gun to come In and now Ive been waiting for 5 months for a dam clip Ive done good business with these people at gun boss but now she cant refund us not even 45 $ and stay off premises why cause I said the truth so be aware of gun boss shady ways!! Be smarter then me!! I get it yall are about making money but try to make honest money not rip people off they need to learn how to treat people!!

Rented a uhaul week before Christmas gave us a set price 111 dollars charged us for 98 dollars at the time. Owner(woman) said we will give you a phone call if there are any additional charges since she gave us a discounted rate for the uhaul. Never received a phone or text stating otherwise. Two weeks later a charge of 38 dollars was applied to our card no reason, no phone call or anything giving us a heads up about the transaction. These are fraudulent charges to our debit card and since the charge was already posted and the owner (woman) specifically told us she would give us a call if any additional charges were needed. I did the math and the only charges shouldve been 14 dollars not 38 dollars since we did fill the tank back to its appropriate mark between 3/8 and 1/2 a tankVery disappointed with the way she handled business very helpful at first but now with fraudulent charges and also additional charges Id recommend to anyone who seeks service to be clear and upfront before signing any contract with these people.

Ive only had one experience at this place a few years back, I was looking for a decent imported AK. This place had a decent selection of milsurp rifles and interesting semi autos that arent just AR-15s. The old man and lady were nice as well, even though they wouldnt let me take a picture of a horribly Bubbad Mosin Nagant they had on display.But the reason for the rating was the pricing. I saw a WASR-10, which at the time ran about $550 - $600. This thing was priced at $1250! why? because it had a set of Romy G furniture and a Romanian drum mag.after that I just went home and got a WASR-10 for less than half the price with the same furniture.The WASR was the only thing that had ridiculous pricing, I was just using that as and example, expect to see horrid pricing on most of their stuff.

I called over there to ask about the $499 AR deal they were offering. All I wanted to know know was the brand. But the lady who answered refused to tell me. That is extremely shady.

Awesome service, great friendly be people, and very knowledgeable about their craft and the laws. I will definitely recommend and refer friends and family to this business.
