My long time pool service recently had some staffing issues so I figured I could handle it for a while with the Costco Chlorine... Not a good idea! I reached out to Pool Time and they came the same day. Tony was so knowledgeable and informative. He spent a lot of time to get everything back in order. Pool Time built our family a beautiful energy efficient pool this summer (2014). We had several competing bids during our selection process. We were looking for quality, vast experience and expertise in the pool field. Pool Time was not the least expensive in fact they came in on the higher end but when we compared what they offered that was different--that cinched it for us!What we found: They have been in business for over 30 years, they really knew their installation technique. We have been pouring over internet information and calling everybody we could to educate ourselves about the process. They do things much different then the others to make the system as a whole much more efficient (energy #1 and also water movement). We got a lifetime warranty on our pools pebble surface and an extended 3 year warranty on the Pertain equipment. We talked to random pool service companies that DONT build pools and 3 out of 5 told us to call Pool Time. All in all it was a pleasant experience all the way through. What we wished we had know is they do landscaping but we had already had that done by a less than desirable company. You cannot go wrong with them!

Pool Time does our full pool service. The last company did the chemical only and it was never right. The best thing about pool times service is they send out an e-mail detailing what they did and what time they did it! Very slick and an excellent pool service company!

They do my pool service, any repairs or other maintenance for the pool and I get me portable spa chemicals in their store. They always give me the best service and advice! Thanks Pool Time!

We had pool time out to bid our major pool renovation last summer. They were not the cheapest but we felt they were the most qualified of the 5 companies we had bid our project. What attracted us most was the fact they were licensed landscapers as well. This fact made us much more comfortable with the removal and replacement of the current landscape as part of the project. Another important factor for us was the zero pressure and non-salesman type approach Jon took when meeting with us. Then the real important item was the huge amount of experience Jon displayed when walking us through the project. Many items other companies wanted to do were really not very beneficial for us and Jon set us straight! Thanks again to Jon and the entire Pool Time staff for great communication, follow through and work completed on time (earlier than we expects actually).

We are glad we hired them to complete a job a local and supposed to be reputable company abandoned! I just wish we hired them in the first place! People--WATCH OUT FOR THE LOW BID!! Friendly and great customer service

Their personnel is inexperienced but ready to sell, and their “gallon” chlorine bottles come notably low. Their water results are inaccurate, inconsistent, I was skeptical about results and we try the test again, the results came out very different the second time, however the person was ready to sale more chemicals.

We have used pool time for our pool and spa for the last 8 years. I could not imagine having anyone else do repairs on our pool. They found a leak that even a well known franchise leak detection company could not find!

We use Pool Time for pool service at our home pool in Pleasanton could not be happier. Our old company charged $125 to clean our filter and Pool Time has that INCLUDED in their service!

Had the part I needed laying in their shelf. They were packing to move but the guy walked over and dug through fittings for me.
