This is a decent store yet I like the choice and format of the Walnut Creek Brighton area more. You actually discover all that you need and would anticipate from Brighton. There are neckbands, arm bands, shades, keychains, hoops, and so on The representatives are incredible and consistently answer the entirety of my inquiries. I suggest looking at this store in case youre searching for quality adornments at a mid value point.
Total Bohemian wear and decorations! I found MY Disneyland ladies. Best damn boutique I have ever been in!!! Loved it!!
This is a good store but I like the selection and layout of the Walnut Creek Brighton location more. You still find everything you need and would expect from Brighton. There are necklaces, bracelets, sunglasses, keychains, earrings, etc. The employees are great and always answer all of my questions. I recommend checking out this store if youre looking for quality jewelry at a mid price point.
If you feel like spending exorbitant amounts of money for normal silver items with the Brighton name on it. Please visit. Bonus item : One free reusable bag with a $100+ purchase. Woo hoo...
Wonderful customer service 💖
Wonderful finds. A great team!
Buyer beware! Bought a pair of $160 sunglasses online. They were too heavy for my face. I tried to return them to the store and was told by the management they could not return purchases made through PayPal (the only option on their site). Horrible customer service for a so called luxury brand. Recommend avoiding this place.
The have jewelry that appeals to the womens taste and style.
The sales team at this location is awesome! Very helpful all the time I stop by their store!
I spend money, but it keeps the wife happy
Great stuff for Mothers Day some of the clerks to be really pushy and I know when to back off but there was an amazing lady that helped me and allowed me to have my space and make my decisions.
I love Brighton so much and I love their perfume called love
Awesome store for your wife or girlfriend.
Jewelry
Awesome service by the sales persons !
First off, I want to say that I am a HUGE fan of Brighton! I have so many beautiful pieces and cherish every single one. Whenever I have a birthday or holiday my family knows that they cant go wrong with a Brighton piece. If I need a gift to give, my first thought is always Brighton.I usually make my purchase at Main Street Design in Livermore because it is a small family owned business that I like to support and I am always treated with such respect and appreciation.I was looking for a charm bracelet that I wanted to give as a very special gift. Main Street Design had all but one charm that I wanted so the owner called the Brighton store at the Stoneridge mall and they had the charm I needed to complete my gift and would set it aside for me to pickup. I was supposed to pick it up on Sunday but was not able to. I called today to make sure they still had it and was put on hold for over 10 minutes, I thought maybe they forgot about me so I hung up and attempted to call back, my calls (4 of them) went unanswered until finally on my 5th attempt someone answered. I was told they were very busy and they were helping customers(the employee was clearly irritated that I called back) . The woman was very short with me and rude. I am a customer too, just because I am not there in front of them does not make me less of a customer than someone in person. The woman seemed to dislike me without even knowing me. I tried to be kind but couldnt help but get upset, although I was not rude but I was crying. What the Brighton employee doesnt know (and I wouldnt expect her to know) is that I was having a bad day...I recently lost my 21 year old daughter who was killed by a drunk driver while riding her bicycle home from the school library at CSU Chico where she was a nursing student. The charm bracelet I was buying was for the mother of a 1 year old baby that my daughters liver was donated to when she died (my daughter was an organ donor and saved 5 lives with her gift of organ donation). My point is that you never know what someone may be going through and should always treat people with respect, kindness and dignity even if your not in the customer service business, its just the right thing to do. This is why I support Main Street Design, because the owners put their heart and soul into the store and it shows. I am always greeted with a kindness that is genuine. I hope that this will be addressed and that employees will remember to treat everyone with kindness, even if that person isnt so kind....you just never know what difficulties that person may be facing.Sincerely, Sandra Chesterman
