After much consideration and research, except I failed to research the stores customer service, I purchased a set of Briggs and Riley luggage (over $1000). When demonstrated (empty) in store, bag rolls smoothly w/ 2 pieces connected. On first use, bag fell over in airport upon arrival & thereafter, as it it doesnt seem balanced once its packed with items. Also, told the 1 bag was able to be stowed under seat of plane...NOPE! Upon return from trip, tried to return the 1 piece to store w/ receipt in hand...NOPE! Persisted in requesting a refund to no avail due to the misrepresentation by same sales person. He agreed to call Briggs and Riley and get back to me...NOPE! Never again!

This place has horrible customer service. My husband purchased one of their very expensive bags and the manager told us these will last a lifetime.There is an issue with one of the wheels and we have called the manager many times. He has yet to call us backWe bought a bag at Macy’s. Has been on many trips and is great. We did not spend a fortune. And their customer service was awesome!!

Don’t do business with dishonest rip off store. The lying salesman sold me two under seat bags that won’t fit under an isle seat on any plane. When I went back he basically said sorry tuff luck no returns.

Have purchased multiple suitcases here, the staff is always helpful and very knowledgeable. They carry top of the line brands like Briggs and Riley, and Rimowa, plus other price point brands. Great selection of travel accessories as well.

One of my favourite luggage store, This Store has a very extensive selection of travel accessories. I purchased BRICS suitcases set the Salesman insisted that he carry it into my car himself. I checked online and the prices in the store were cheaper than the prices of other luggage retailers, highly recommend!

Seriously? I went to return one item that was in the original packing, never opened, no tags removed and they wouldnt take it back because I had no receipt? I used a Visa! Every store takes things back if you use a card. I will NEVER go back there again. Stay away from this place. They oversell you on things you dont need. There are plenty of other luggage stores to go to. Plus there is always Amazon. Places like this only bolster Amazon.

Small store. I never shopped in there but its has a lot of stuff and not just suitcases. Worth a look about when cruising the Pleasanton mall.

Good deals on Briggs and Riley products. Lots of inventory.

We dont know how they stay open all these years, all the peripherals we guess, must know the landlord, prices however are comparable with Kohls and Costco. Even better than mall.
