Jose our Service Technician was very polite and courteous. He wore a mask inside our office which was appreciated. He also informed me what he had done with regards to the maintenance service to our machine, what he replaced and what we need to look for in the future to prevent paper jams and such. Showed me the parts to clean so we always have a jam free machine. I am very pleased with his service.

Our tech was very nice. Everything was done the same day. He didnt have the part he needed, but went out and got it and came right back and got my machine working. Tech was even nice enough to make the machine usable while he went to get the part, and I was impressed by his quick thinking. Very friendly service.

Emailed our rep regarding an issue with our machine. He got a service call set up in minutes of sending him the email. A tech was out to our site in about an hour, he worked quickly, safely (wore PPE) and fixed the issue with ease. Then he told me what the issues were and went on his way.
