Where do I even begin!! Janet and her staff where the nicest professional people I’ve ever dealt with. Janet took the time to listen to my vision for my kitchen and made it reality! She knows her stuff. She built me a huge center island mind you on my budge a magnificent beautiful kitchen. I wanted a black island witch was custom but she found me the closest black for my budget and made built in cabinets for storage underneath! Janet became my good friend because I trusted her and she was there for me when ever i needed her advice even on weekends! From cabinets to countertops she helped me threw it . She does it all! I will always look for her to get my house done professionally, modern and absolutely beautiful! My kitchen is beautiful.I can’t wait to make wonderful memories and cook wonderful food for my family in my beautiful kitchen! If I could give more stars I would thats how good and honest she is!

Janet is fantastic to work with. She cares about her customers and wants them to feel satisfied with their purchase. Janet was patient through all the design evolutions and the final product turned out exactly as planned. WhileJanet has several product lines to choose from, I purchased Yorktown Cabinets.

They have quality cabinets at a good price and offer countertops at a good price too. However there was a lot of confusion, and too many billing issues. Had I not been on top of the billing, I would have been significantly overcharged. I was told repeatedly were not in the business of ripping people off. At 1 point $200 was removed from my bill for my troubles. I typically give people the benefit of the doubt, which I did in this situation, thinking maybe her billing skills are horrible. Then the final bill listed an item that was not installed in my kitchen. When I pointed this out I was told maybe you dont know what it is. Then it was referred to by different names. After going back and forth, I finally indicated I dont care what you call it, its not in my kitchen so take it off the bill. I obviously did not pay for the item. I would not recommend using this business.

We worked with Janet on our kitchen and the experience was excellent. I made a few last minute changes which resulted me me needing the cabinets the same day so that we could finish the project sooner. When all else failed Janet personally rented a box truck to make sure the cabinet were delivered. Great cabinets, great price and beyond great service.

Cabinets Direct provided excellent service and quality. My carpenter who installed the bathroom vanities told me repeatedly what good quality they were. He was amazed when I told him the price. The cabinets arrived only a few days after the due date but certainly in the window of time we expected them. They provided prompt service when there were little unexpected issues. I priced out cabinets and designs at several places and got a lot of people who didnt exactly want to listen. Janet listened and gave us exactly what we wanted and beat everyone elses price significantly.They did their best to work with us during the pandemic while everything shut down and made sure we got our cabinets so we wouldnt be without a kitchen. They helped us out when one of the cabinets was defective and got us a new one as quick as possible. Great company to work with.Also I love the cabinets themselves, theyre very sturdy and made extremely well. Not that Id want to redo another kitchen anytime soon but if I needed to I would definitely go back.
