The business I work for was having trouble with our Voice Solutions player, and Mark and Katie both worked tirelessly with me to get the situation fixed. They were always very prompt in responding to any comments or questions I had, they were completely professional, and were respectful and friendly in every encounter I had with them. Our business has been a Voice Solutions client for nearly 4 years. We like the choice of music selections and have received excellent customer service overall. The only issue is that the setup is a bit tricky, and once our phone messaging-on-hold stopped working for an undetermined number of weeks before we realized it. Thereafter, it took nearly a month to finally resolve, during which time our on-hold clients were hearing either complete silence (and hanging up) or the painful Comcast phone default music (shudder!).

I had an issue with downloading our companys on hold message and I needed help urgently. I called and Will was amazing. Not only was he amazingly patient as I fumbled through wires, downloads, emails, and USB sticks, he walked me through step by step and solved the issue and everything is running smoothly. This would not have happened without his help! Thanks!!

Kathy is awful with support and assistance!Had music on program that clients and coworkers were complaining about (this began in February of last year). Called and emailed. Shortly thereafter the music changed, which I thought meant shed pulled the music. Nope! 3 months later it came back. More complaints. Called and emailed again. Music changed, but that music was never pulled because 3 months after that the horrid music came back on (this is now August). Finally, I put Shazam (the music recognition app) on my phone, waited to hear the music again, got the name and album and gave her the info to pull. She never lifted a finger or researched the playlist that I can tell.Also in that time we also got requests for music or clients heard, but she was equally unhelpful at finding the names of those artists as well. I had to personally Shazam those pieces as well. One or two dont come up on the app, but she is incredibly unwilling to offer any information on the more unique pieces, calling it proprietary. Sorry, I am a musician and I have several friends in the recording business, so unless Voice Solutions has COPYRIGHT to that music, they are in violation of licensing that every streaming music venue from Pandora to satellite radio BY LAW must adhere. This has been an ongoing frustration and argument for over a year with no ability to take matters into my own hand as I work for a company that uses them. I cannot fire them. I cannot afford to hire a copyright lawyer. But I can certainly caution other businesses about their infuriating lack of information, support, and helpfulness.Its very frustrating to have such an obstructionist be the only point of contact. Perhaps the business is fine, but Kathy is truly one of the worst client relations representatives Ive ever tried to work with.

Five Star Google review for Digital Clinic / Voice Solutions. Urbandale Family Dentistry remodeled the entire office about six months ago. New carpet, fresh paint, the Interior Decorator changed entire color scheme for the whole office. New pictures, new coat rack etc !!!I added a digital media board in the waiting room from Digital Clinic / Voice Solutions. I get a compliment or two every week on the modern beautiful digital media board, and have yet to have anyone notice the office remodel.I like the Digital media board mainly because Urbandale Family Dentistry can quietly advertise and explain dental procedures like Invisalign, Diagnodent, Digital Xray, etc. !!!The patients like it because they can see and read about the dental staff, check out the latest news, sports, weather and even play some trivia if they have to wait a while to be seated in the dental chair !!!Katie and Jason from Digital Clinic were great to work with during the process of setting up the Media Board & when I wanted to add, change & tweak some content.ThanksDr Thomas R Tippins
