Not as much variety as other JoAnn stores, and its often picked over, but the staff are friendly and helpful. Glad to have it nearby for emergency craft issues!

The staff was so nice. Im new to sewing and both employees took time to explain differences I should know about material, thread, and machines. Very helpful

So crafty I barely know what to do with myself. Too bad the concept of check-out is so baffling to the staff, though.

Selection of fabric is outstanding, but their yarn is almost always low or out, and Ive waited for over 20 minutes before, standing alone, at the register to be checked out. Not once, but twice. Once telling an employee after I had been waiting approx 10 minutes and she just walked away from me.

Wife loves this store! Decent prices and large selections on Seasonal items.

The store has a good selection of fabric, paints and arrangement supplies. They are also conscientious about social distancing and consumer protection.

Do NOT go to this store close to closing. Wow! I stopped in for a quick look at the fabric 15 minutes before closing and well.. I was told 15 mins at the door as I entered then informed of the time 5 mins later. I figured it was best to leave when another employee told me they would be closing in 10 minutes. You lost a sale of 9 yards of fabric. Couldve been a nice closing sale of the day. Too bad for you.

Sometimes have a hard time locating someone to ask a question. Lots of stuff, but wish they were bigger. Love their clearance items for holidays.

The cashier was rude and they didnt have really what I was looking for . The cashier gave me a smug look and said very snotty that because it was cricut there are no coupons I still saved 5.00 .The Lady I asked for the stuff I was looking for said they was gonna stop selling stuff cricut ….I went to Walmart to find what I needed this store is going down hill sadly

One of the clerks isnt very friendly at all. This one is much smaller than the one in South Bend or Mishawaka, so it doesnt carry as much.
