I love this store. The staff are courteous and very patient and helpful. It makes shopping there a pleasure. BT
The pharmacist and the pharmacy staff are always so helpful. My Dr. had sent in a prescription that wasn’t covered by my insurance, and they took the initiative to follow up with my Dr to find one that was covered. They are always so busy, but still take time to make sure you are all set with your prescription. Clear about wait times, and conveniently located right downtown, so I run my other errands (Ladders, banking, Peppercorn, etc.) while my prescription is filled.
Found clip on earrings for my daughter.. I have looked everywhere and rite aid is the only place on Plymouth NH I know about.
Went in to look around, decided I didn’t want anything. Got chased out of the store by an employee accusing me of stealing. I’ve been going to this store for a while, but I’ve always been respectful. You just lost an honest customer, so disrespectful.
Since the only review prior to now appears to be an ad, Ill throw in my objective two cents....For one acclimated to cold, big city, drug chains, this store is a wickedly pleasant surprise. The friendly hello when you enter is, alas, occasionally missing. Pharmacist and his assistants, however, are wonderful, which is always welcome when youre (most likely) under the weather and needing some compassion. The only reasons for taking stars away are their hours, which are a bit shorter than the competing chain, and their mixed bag of retail clerks and managers who appear to have missed charm school. Make certain, if you visit, however, to join their loyalty program, as youll save 20 percent after a while.
The staff is kind and friendly. The store is very clean and shelves always stocked. The pharmacy is efficient and always able to answer any questions about medication.
Bought some bad condoms from here. Had to go get plan B a week later because of it. I was pretty nervous and embarrassed. When I went in to look. The women who was out back was really nosy. She asked me if I needed any help finding anything, I tried to say no thank you but she came over anyways and saw what I was looking at. I admitted I was buying plan b. She told me to get the cheapest one and as a mom also recommended that I buy some of these as well. Pointing over at the condoms. Holding back tears, I explained that I did buy condoms from them and when I tried to use one of them it broke. I was so humiliated and embarrassed I just wanted to cry. If you see a girl buying stuff like that leave her alone. Dont scold her because you have no idea why shes buying it. Your right next to a college campus. Stuff happens. What if it was a girl who was sexually assaulted that you said that too?
This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I have ever been too. I have never had a great experience there. Half the time they have my prescription ready, and half the time they tell me I needed to call in to get it filled even though my doctor sent in the prescription itself. It is not consistent at all. Also, one time a man working there told me In order to get your prescription filled I have to make a five minute phone call and I dont have time for that right now after I stood in line for over ten minutes. I have also been told when I went to get my prescription that it was not ready and a different man said When do you need it filled because I am going on my lunch break in five minutes so... do you really need it now? Your lunch break is not as important as your customers. Not to mention when you go through the drivethru it takes them forever even after you press the bell. I am not impressed.
I have never met such rude pharmacy techs in my entire life. They have terrible in-person and phone service. If these women worked anywhere else, they would be fired and they should be. Disgusting customer service, they will NEVER have my business again. Terrible pharmacy, dont even waste your time going there, use the CVS. The people are kind and helpful there.
Rite Aid is also giving away Free Health Insurance quotes and it only take 2 minutes! Come on down and see Kristen Del Almeida (Rite Aids Affordable Care Act Counselor) and she will help you!
Great place to gas up
Super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff members. Worked with me to get my medication ready when the doctors office was out of sync.
