These employees were so kind and helpful. Derrick the SM went out of his way and even helped me with an event of mine on TWO of his days off. I’m thrilled, thankful and impressed with service.

Thought the staff were great! Im not from the area but was there running an errand. Craved wine so stopped in. Two female staff were so warm, friendly and helpful. One came to offer her help and was honest that the wine in my hand was terrible. Recommended three other options. Im having one of them now and its PERFECT. Great customer service.

Good selection, but the staff is pretty aggressive about asking if you need help when youre browsing. We got asked by 6 different employees in a 7 minute span. I like helpful staff, but that was excessive.

Last night we were looking for the liquor store that used to be in Rockford Plaza, but it was gone. Well, kids... theres a shiny new toy in town (Plymouth) and its called Top Ten Liquors. It has only been open for 3 weeks! We stopped in to pick up a few specific items and were greeted by two very friendly employees, a tall guy (Andrew), and gal named Amanda. Amanda immediately asked if there was anything that she could help us find and when I told her what concoctions we were hoping to create (with some specific brand requests, and some, not-so-specific), she immediately started sharing her recommendations of local vodka brands and why they may be worthy of consideration. (I like people who support local!) She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and she took us all over the store to satisfy every request and question that we had. We also took a gamble on some of her wine recommendations, which paid off! (Side Note: Did you know that they sell Olives that are stuffed with mini pickles??? Neither did we, but now we ALL do... thanks to Amanda!) Upon exiting, we had racked up quite the bill, meaning a heavy box, too. Without hesitation, Andrew immediately grabbed the heavy box and offered to carry it out to the car for us! WHAT SERVICE!! We will definitely be back to support this business with superb employees like that! Having been in management for over 20 years, I know how important quality customer service is. Please go and support Top Ten Liquors in the Rockford Plaza mall in Plymouth!

Stopped in the store toe pick up Pinot Grio for a recipe I was making, when approached by a staff member, she asked what I was looking for, I told her, she continued to ask what I was roasting, I told her, she went on to tell me thats not what I should use,even though thats what my recipe called for, she steered me to a sauvignon blanc, at 15.00, I said I am cooking with this, so I chose a 9.00 bottle, walked up to the counter to pay, she disappeared, no one else around, as I looked for her, she was on a personal phone call in the back corner, needless to say I left the wine on the counter and left the store.

I am 42 years old and was asked for identification. I only have the temporary paper document at this time, as this piece of paper took me 4 months to get due to the pandemic! Because of the pandemic, I am still waiting on my actual card ID! They refused to accept my temporary ID given to me by the MN DMV! Last I checked, it is not a law to have an ID to purchase alcohol, simply to be 21+ and I am clearly over 21!! I have 3 grown children and 5 grandchildren! I will never shop here or recommend this place!
