Excellent service and communication! Braxton called me and let me know what they found to be the issue with my vehicle, approximately how much it would be, and when it would be ready. He even called back to let me know they had a wheel lock key to replace my original which had been accidentally kept at another shop. They were accommodating, polite, punctual, kept me informed, and the price was very reasonable!

Terrible. Sent email regarding car I wanted but it was after hours. The next morning a salesman called me about the vehicle. We discussed it i told him I was driving from over 2 hours away and that I was pre-approved for the loan. I arrive at the dealership car looks great. I stated I liked it but would like to drive it before buying. He goes to get the keys comes back with keys in hand and says sorry to tell you this but we sold this car before you got here. Half day off work and 2.5 hour drive to get there only to be told the car was sold. I can say never been treated like that before. After leaving the review i received a quick response from GM very apologetic and very much took ownership of the situation. He stated he would do everything in his power to find another vehicle and make this right. Even if he cant I appreciate the follow up and effort. Glad to see a manager who takes pride and ownership in his business

Kris Miller is a top-notch non-Salesman! What do I mean by that? At no time, did Kris pressure my husband or me into anything during our visits to Auto Park Buick GMC. In addition, Kris was informative, factual, insightful, engaging, honest and knowledgeable. We had such a pleasant and non-pressured experience with Kris that we returned a week later to purchase a week later and bought a 2nd vehicle. The quality of service did not end after the purchase of the vehicles; Kris continued to work diligently with us to resolve a few minor issues and his follow up and follow through was outstanding. I was a happy customer for 9 years.... At 21 years old i bought my first nice car. A 2002 chevrolet camaro z28 convertible. My wife nicknamed it christine (after the movie). 44k miles. I was told it was a florida car and they even replaced one blown front speaker before the sale. Now fast forward 9 years and i have 2 kids and a house to take care of. Its time to part with the car, so i post it for sale. I purchase the carfax for potential buyers. First off... Not a florida car,it was in an accident before i purchased it. I learned a lesson the hard way. But here is the real kicker, the maintenace shop installed new tires on the vehicleand misreported the milage. Now the car has a red flag for possible odometer tampering. I hold the company responsible, not gmc building itsself. But this is my way of letting the auto park know they have wronged me and id like something done about it.Response: Same company unless there is 2 auto parks.... You can move the building and change the employees. But as auto park that is simply passing the buck. There is something any 3 of your branches can do. Reach up the ladder and bring it someones attention. This carfax says auto park plymouth right on it. You said you would contact someone for me. I was hoping to get to take these down.

Coming from Wisconsin I can say it was well worth the trip. They had the only red chevy malibu premier with every feature in the midwest at the time. Jackie Holloway was an awesome person! Bought a 2019 buick regal. Few months later air bag light keeps coming on and tires wobble like crazy had them balnced only to find out the tires are junk . Called them they basically told me Im SOL. We drove 2 1/2 hours to look at a truck that I had inquired about multiple times. I had asked very detailed questions about the paint and what kind of shape the truck was in. I was told it rated a 94 on auto check out of a possible 93.I was told the truck would be ready for me to look at and cleaned up when I arrive and it was. With close inspection of the truck I found multiple scratches in the paint some would not be able to be buffed out would have to be touched up. I did not expect that on a truck with a rating of 94 out of 93. But there were no dents or dings and was willing to purchase the truck as I liked it very much. When we sat down to discuss it I made them a outright offer to purchase the truck and it was refused. Then I was told that the asking price was the bottom Price as the truck was actually going to be increased by about $1000 the next day. But it wouldn’t affect the price that I was told. But they were not willing to negotiate at all. The truck had about 3000 miles more than was advertised because someone had been driving it at the dealership, I believe it was the owner. I was made aware of the mileage before I drove up there because I asked about it. I felt that the tactic that was used to make me feel like I was getting a good deal by paying asking price because the truck was going up $1000 the next day was kinda misleading and disrespectful. Especially considering this truck was I would say average not a 94 score on auto check. All in all I still likedthe truck very much.Update: Thank you Jackie for reaching back out to me it is appreciated and the response from the owner is appreciated as well.
I went in with the expectation of not getting a car when I went there, I was totally wrong lol. I looked at a specific car that had some cosmetic damage thought it would be a scrap car. I looked it over and it was actually really amazing. I had no pressure from any sales people and they let me test drive it for a long time. I offered them a cash deal and they accepted it, they also made sure it wouldnt drain my finances completely. I will be going back for a second vehicle once I have more coin saved. Also the vehicle was exactly what i wanted a strong v8 awd sedan. Left there happy with a 2006 Chrysler 300c.

There are multiple car dealerships you can go to, don’t go to this one. Please read the other bad reviews and take caution or better yet just go to any other dealership in the area and avoid this completely. Very unaccommodating and dishonest. Two qualities you do not want in a place you’re making such a large purchase. Buying a new vehicle is stressful enough, to make it easier on yourself, pick someone who has a good reputation And you feel comfortable with. You will not get that here.

I made a inquiry about a vehicle. Then 2 days later Thursday 10am they responded while i was at work. but made arrangements to be there Friday morning. I took off work went to bank i get there 930 am dont see the vehicle. I go in to be informed that it sold last nite after 5pm . That was a waste of my time. Not impressed 😕

A little over a month of buying my 2016 Jeep Trail Hawk with 54,000 miles I ended up spending over $2,000 to get it fixed. I had to replace brakes, and rotors all the way around. They were so bad I was told not to drive it. My exhaust system ended up having a crack in it costing another $500. Then I was told I had a front ball joint that was bad with cost of another $1,000. When I tried to get them to take care of it they would only fix it for cost. This was my only vehicle, they refused to give me a loner so they could fix it. If buying used get all the warranty coverage. They do not inspect cars before selling.
I drove almost 2 hours to this dealership. Kyle and the guys were very easy to deal with. They made sure everything was very comfortable in my buying experience. Only slight negative is, I would have appreciated pulling off the lot with some fuel in the vehicle.

Found an Amazing looking Truck at an Extremely Amazing price online, Emailed to confirm information, was told everything was right, arranged for sitter and transportation (9 hour round trip). Then called about 5pm to confirm everything over phone and set up time to test drive, asked again about price and eventually found out that it was listed for a third of the actual cost. Whats more, upon talking to the manager the sales person was told that this error was discovered that morning for several vehicles.I felt really ripped off, was told they could do nothing for me with the price, even after I spent all day emailing and arranging to see this truck.Sent a message to the customer service department and never even received a response.
Bought a 2014 Ford Fusion (Which they said it was inspected) 3 days later my AC completely blew up and my transmission went out, luckily they offered me a 2 year warranty so its currently in the shop right now. Going on my first week without my car, but its crazy how it was inspected then everything went wrong.

We came to park buick to look at a before auction car because we thought thats all we would be able to get because we had never established credit as soon as we saw the car we knew it wasnt for us but thats where endy gamboa comes in he told us that he knew he could help us if we was intrested in another newer car and thats when he showed us a few cars one that we absolutely loved and really the rest is history he didnt stop until closing time getting us what we wanted and needed he helped us do something that other car dealerships told us was impossible I would recommend endy gamboa and parks buick to anyone they truly are amazing
Went to one of their local car sales events and ended up getting a NOT so hot deal. The company ran my credit through 14 different financing companies and not I have all of those on my credit report until September 2019. This would be OK except for the fact I told them not to run it through 10000 different finance options. Other than that the buying experience took 4 hours and the staff seemed to be agitated by the whole process as well. If you can remove the hard inquiries from my credit report - Id be more than happy to change my review. Thanks Auto Park....
Everyone here is so friendly. A while back they couldnt help us with our financial situation and we never got a call back. That kind of bothered me, but since then weve gone back and it appears things change. I like dealing with them and they have a nice selection on their lot.

PLEASE READ IT ALL. Started with a great experience with Rick. Nothing Rick did was incorrect Rick was amazing and should be the boss here. Problem began when we noticed the inside was still dirty of the used car we were looking at, they said yeah our detail department isnt the best and basically made fun of them..... Ok. So we purchase and everything seems cool, fast forward 2 months. We have leaks and a burning smell, weird so we take into our local shop where they discovered that the mechanics at the Auto park are worse then the detail guys. They used leak stop and attempted to rig a timing chain cover, they obviously bandaged this vehicle up in an attempt to sell it quick for a profit. We thought we could trust this local small town dealership, we were wrong. Dont go here for service, definitely dont buy anything from them! Its crazy how shady and fake these people are. We are now out $3000 for a repair and they are not willing to help us out at all. $3000 after we bought this vehicle 3 months ago. Definitely will tell everyone we know, Facebook every social media and any other way possible to help customers steer clear of the leak stop used in vehicles at the Auto Park.Update 6/1. They did everything in their power to make this right. They changed their inspection process in order to check more things like this in the future. They traded us out into a 2014 Ford explorer which we love!!This was handled with professionalism by Dan and Rick and our family really appreciates it!Thank you
My son bought an older explorer, with a warranty pushed by the salesman. He IMMEDIATELY had problems with the engine running rough and returned to the store THE FOLLOWING DAY to report the issue. The service department told him that there was no issue. He then went to another Auto Park store and they stated it needed a tune up, $900 and that due to being routine maintenance it wasnt covered under the warranty. He decided to change the plugs and wires himself, which still required the dealerships assistance to remove several of the old plugs.Turn the clock forward to now. This particular model of explorer has an issue with spark plugs ejecting from the engine. In fact, ford issued several maintenance bulletins on the issue for several engine models. Oddly enough a spark plug ejected from the engine, and again the warranty department denied the claim. The plug that ejected was never touched after it was purchased. Another store manager was thoughtful enough to listen, but in the end took no action except to say the SUV should have never been sold in that condition. Now the engine is shot and the dealer wants $7000 to replace it. The $3000 warranty that the salesman pushed on my son wasnt worth the paper its written on.The dealer refuses to even have a meeting to discuss the issue. Im not looking for a refund, just some relief so my son doesnt end up owing $17000 on a SUV worth $6000. There are plenty of options, I would stay away from this Auto Park Dealer they have shady business practices.
My wife and I had been searching for well over 4 months for her a new ride. After multiple dealers and test drives of all makes and models, (not to mention all the nights researching) we found this beauty. Even though it was out of state and a haul for us to go and test drive, Rick was very helpful over the phone during the week prior to our trip. He answered all of our questions without hesitation. Once we were there and decided on the purchase Dave and Rick were very helpful and made the transition as painless as possible. Only negative thing we could say is it took quite a bottle longer than expected just due to the large amount of customers they had that day. The whole Auto Park staff stayed positive and courteous the entire time even though everyone knew they were swamped. Very Professional!!!

Not happy bought a used truck 6 months ago only drove it 2k miles and the instrument cluster in the dash is out and when my mechanic open it up the wires are taped together. Also found out the mileage was set back 80k miles. Well have not got a call back from the dealer but not cool if they are doing this to their vehicles.
Vehicles are priced low to get you there - this comment from the sales staff - but they do not offer fair value in trade - theyre making their profit margins on your trade. Nice staff, but if youre trading up, you wont get anything near fair value for your trade in. Drove 45 minutes to get there so we were very disappointed.
