We drove 40 minutes to get cookies and cream ice cream and it was well worth it! Its my absolute favorite place for ice cream and the manager was so polite and the staff was very delightful. If youre in the mood for good ice cream and great service this is the place!

Everything here is SO good. They make their own waffle cones, which taste delicious. Sundaes become a bit of a mess toward the end, as the waffle cone doesnt exactly hold up, but it tastes great. The hot fudge doesnt taste like most hot fudge. Its actually fudge!! The taste is incredible.The prices are expensive. We got a waffle cone with 2 scoops and a turtle sundae in a waffle bowl. With tip it was $20.They have a delicious looking display of chocolates but all I had to spend was the $20. Im not saying its over priced, as its definitely high quality, but just be prepared.Also, their blue moon ice cream is the best Ive ever tasted. Its rare to find and Ive never had it be so flavorful and delicious. It took me back to my childhood!

Recently road-tripped 2c the rock, Plymouth Kilwins was PURE AWESOMENESS :-) wow fresh fudge and chocolates galore. I really enjoyed & appreciated Mark Z experiences demo of the “Heritage” Kilwins is known for… I’d very highly recommend both the “sea foam” candy and delicious dipped Tuttle apple!

So yummy! My boyfriend always gets the brownie ice cream and its his absolute favorite. Do not forget to get your ice cream with their delicious waffle cones. Smells fantastic as soon as you step right in the door. Love how you can try flavors before you purchase!

This place has an amazing selection of freshly made chocolates and fudge. Not to mention homemade waffle cones. Ice cream is an easy 5 star from me.

Will definitely be back! Coconut ice cream was the best!!! Chocolates were amazing too! Fudge, cashew clusters, dark chocolate bark with cherries, vanilla creams etc. etc. A wonderful addition to the waterfront!! Yay for small businesses

Over priced chocolate thats not even good after 3 days. Especially the white chocolate something funky about it. I feel like the chocolate absorbs the plastic wrap that they put in the box.

Horrible, rude staff, rushed myself and my family, followed me from behind the counter and I felt like they were breathing down my neck. Safe to say I’ll never be back there. Fedele’s is the way to go when you want quality candies, ice cream and friendly staff.

Looks great, smells great… that’s about it. Ordered a Sunday, girl that waioon me had no idea about what topping they had, ran out of vanilla ice cream. Offer to top it off with another flavor of ice cream to add to my scrapings of vanilla, only to forget to add the other ice cream to top it off with. Walked out the door and paid eight dollars for whip cream peanuts fudge and barely any ice cream…. Go to ziggys!

It smells like chocolate heaven walking in and everything is handcrafted. Got to watch them making their waffle cones and it did not disappoint!

New place, wonderful options on fudge, handmade chocolates, and ice cream. We had the ice cream tonight (including some sugar free options), and they were all so tasty. I would really recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

The toffee apple was amazing and the home made caramel is delicious! They have so many selections and with the large variety of things we got I was not disappointed! The service was awesome, they are so friendly and patient! I WILL be returning.

The aroma is unbelievable a must stop on your visit to Plymouth so much variety.

Kilwins is my go-to place for toasted coconut ice cream I go all the time all through Florida, I was a little disappointed here in Plymouth, kind of erked me that they weigh the ice cream they put in the cup whats up with that? they dont do that anywhere else. Your paying almost $5 for one scoop

Great customer service. Super friendly owner. Beautiful store! Lots of opportunities to sample luscious fudge and caramels. Hot fudge sundae with salted caramel ice cream was wicked awesome.

Lots of different selections to sample from. They were ALL tasty🤤 their marshmallows are really good. I ended up coming out with the pecan caramel apple and its DELICIOUS! Friendly staff ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Three stars because I wasnt able to try their product, but I am disappointed that when I tried to shop at Kilwins for the first time, I had to leave because they were allowing a customer to be unmasked in the store. There was also no capacity limit to ensure social distancing, so an excessive amount of people were packed together in a line. I left and did my holiday shopping at Fedeles instead, which did a much better job and actually took COVID-19 seriously. Sorry that you lost my business.
