The location is conveniently located at Colony Place. The store is well lit, stocked, and clean. The staff seemed friendly and I was able to locate and purchase what I needed quickly. The cashier even looked through some back stock to see if they had a better controller then the one I was buying (used, for a project).

As a gamestop it isnt anything special, but its relatively well organized, staff is always helpful. Ive seen much worse.

I usually dont buy many physical games these days but when I do I buy them here. Staff are kind knowledgeable and friendly. The workers remember me and my friends and if something comes along that will interest us they make a point to inform us.

Gamestop at Colony Place is my favorite one around. They always have a ton of selections, and lots of deals going on. Todays was 30% off clearance and 4 for $20 on used games, but you usually can find similar promotions on any given day. Also, the staff is super friendly and always willing to help. Was here a few weeks ago to pick up the latest Pokemon game. Brought literally every game I could find from the back of my closet to trade in. The guy who rang me out was nice and really quick, even though Im sure checking the value of about 20 games with a line forming isnt that fun. Ended up having enough to cover my game and a third of the new Smash in credit. Thanks dude!

Went here for the first time and had an awful experience, bought a Tony Hawk game for Wii, went home to test it and it was completely defective and only showed the intro to the game. Went back to GameStop for an exchange with the receipt on Cape Cod and they told me to drive to Boston in order to see if they have a working copy for exchange. Just dont sell defective disks and test them!

Though GameStop is fine for what it is, youd probably have a better time purchasing games and consoles online.

I stopped and got the game I wanted. The cashier said hi and i said hi. Then I paid for my game and drove home as fast as I could to play my game I got at gamestop. But along the way I got a coffee so I could stay up late to play. As soon as I got home the dog wanted to go out. After taking the dog for a walk I was hungry so I made dinner. I then sat down to eat dinner and I fell asleep.

What can I honeslty say about gamestops that people dont already know. This store is amazing with the amount of games for the variety of different systems and options of prices from new and used selections. This store is always clean, neat and organized and the staff is always willing to help

Its GameStop. A place for Gamers. Which I am not on the of. Stores was dark, kind of hard to see what your buying. They only had 2 associates on and its the holidays, this entire season needs to have at least 3 people 2 cashiers 1 floor staff, thats just me. Not very helpful. And OLD OLD OLD DS games 17.00 wow.

Large selection of consoles and games with very informative staff. Have yet to have a bad encounter with someone there.

Misleading Sales and signage. Stop placing discount signs with merchandise that is not on sale. Insult to injury, tell your staff not to confirm that the discount came off at the completion of the sale. Looking at the receipt of certainly did not! Out of principle everything was returned. Stop misleading people. Waste of everyones time.

Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Easy to get to and find. Nice store layout, clear and concise. No comment on prices since thats a company-wide thing, not based an any individual store. However, I do find Gamestops prices to oftentimes be okay or fair, for preowned games, but at the same time can find much better prices at other companies. This store though, very good. Always my go to for anything videogame related.

Store stopped selling retro games and sold me a game that had a $30 price tag for $35. Employees and manager were very nice but I was very disappointed with no more retro games

For reference, I dont play video games. I buy them for my children. The guys at the GameStop in Plymouth MA have been great. They are very helpful and know their product extremety well. I would recommend this store because of the people. However, Gamestop rewards program is a complete joke. They charge $15 for an annual membership in order to receive a financial benefit. Since I was already spending over $100.00, they explained the annual membership would only cost me a few dollars. This is the only time I have heard of a fee for a rewards program. I thought a rewards program was intended to incentivise one-time customers to become repeat customers. I asked the Gamestop employees if they personally hold any rewards cards from other companies that charge an annual fee. There were none. This was a big turn off and I feel bad for the employees that have to sell and defend such a ridiculous proposition (unless you know you will be a repeat customer).

Bought a refurbed XBox on Black Friday along with a bunch of games my son wanted for XMas.After about 2 weeks of use, the newer games were not working so the guys at gamestop told me they had no idea why and to call microsoft.MicroSoft told me the newer games will not work b/c the XBox was so old it couldnt keep up with the spinning the newer CDs required. They previous owner must have used the unit a ton.When I called gamestop back they said I missed the warranty date by 4 days (1/14)and their was nothing they could do for me.So I know have a 9 year old boy that has a brand new Madden25 game, NHL and SkyLander and a bunch of characters to go with it (that he bought with his XMas $$), and no working XBox.I said to the manager Kevin, so you really cant do anything for me??? He replied Nope and hung up the phone.Thanks GameStop
