I have had amazingly great service during my visits to this store. Evan, Julia, and Brendan were so helpful with my phone issues and with my husbands as well. They were patient, cheerful, pleasant, and informative. Best shopping experience!
I guess I am just used to poor customer service these days but I have to say, I went in to get assistance with my phone today, Brandon helped me out. He was helpful and professional. I went in thinking it was going to be a hassle and I was pleasantly surprised with the service. Thank you !

Tried to assist me, but telling me the reason I couldnt unlock my older LG Verizon pre paid phone because Im listed as a no pay didnt make me happy. Ibe tried every thing to unlock it and if you dont have a current number forget trying to get through to talk to someone. I wont purchase anything Verizon ever again.

Very unprofessional staff. Poor customer service. Went in to buy a phone and they told me I couldnt due to a mess up on there end. Called the next day to see if they fixed the issue. They didnt even try. Went to another Verizon and they fixed the issue within minutes.
Chris at the Verizon Wireless Store at Colony Place in Plymouth Massachusetts is just the best! We bought two new iPhone SEs and he set them up and activated them for us to save me the stress and oh my goodness was it an absolute pleasure! We sat and entered some info and then relaxed while everything was converted. This Store is the best and Chris is just an absolute pleasure!!! Thank you for all your help.

Upgraded from iPhone X to the IPhone 11 Pro Max. I backed up my old phone at home before going, to make things go faster. Julian transferred all my stuff over to the new phone for me, and put on my screen protector! During this “new normal” all corporate Verizon stores are closed but the Verizon GoWireless stores are still open with their regular hours. The company should shorten their hours at the very least to put their helpful staff at ease. Will definitely be coming back to this location for future upgrades!
I came in a few months ago with a older phone with my girlfriend and michelle was are sales representative she listened to what I wanted and needed my new phone to do. She got us both note 10 plus and what a great recommendation it was! With all the business I do on my phone it makes my job less hectic and I switched from sprint to Verizon she made the experience easy for us both. would recommend coming to this location and seeing her. She honestly made it painless for me I came in a little nervous about switching but she set all my concerns at ease and hooked us up with a great plan, tablet, and phones.

A few weeks ago my phone wouldnt hold a charge, so I went came down to the store a little hesitant with everything going on and was greeted by a gentleman named Julian. We sat down and he asked me a couple quick questions about what I use my phone for and we both decided it was best that I went with the iPhone 11, he was extremely kind, and most importantly he listened to my needs. The whole process went extremely fast and I couldnt of asked for a better experience. 11/10 will be back in the future.

I had recently destroyed my ancient LG Extrovert and was in need of a replacement. I really didnt need a smart phone because I dont use social media and did not want to pay for data I dont use. I knew they didnt make the old type of phone with push out text keyboard. So, I went to the Verizon store to try and find the most basic smart phone I could get. I was anticipating a push from sales to buy a phone with lots of items I didnt need. However, when I told my story to Jason, he immediately advised me that he would not sell me anything I didnt want and then went on to select the best phone for my needs. It was the BEST experience shopping for a phone I have ever had! Jason ran me through the choices and options, then helped me set up the new phone to my requirements. Price was great too! Everyone I met at the Colony Place location was great but Jasons assistance was superb. I highly recommend a visit to this store for any of your Verizon needs (and I am NOT a paid spokesperson for Verizon)!.
Had amazing service today! With everything happening with the virus, Paul and michell had went over and beyond to help me this afternoon!! Talked with me while waiting for phone to transfer and made the stressfulness of buying a new phone, not stressful. Was very helpful and knowledgeable! Thank you guys! Highly recommended.
I came in because I was having trouble getting data from my old phone to the one I ordered online. Michelle was extremely helpful. She helped me get everything over even all my pictures! Michelle was very patient and helped me reset my passwords that I had forgotten. She showed me how to use my new phone and also helped me pick out a case and screen cover. Its nice to see a girl in this field and I will definitely come back to get my next phone from her.

I had been procrastinating about upgrading phones for my wife and I just simply because its always a 1-2 our process purchasing and transferring data etc. Popped in on a day off and met Tyler(store mgr) I believe, he made the experience seemless . His knowledge of the product and personality went hand in hand with ours. I would highly recommend stopping in and asking for him to help you with your cell phone concerns. All employees were professional as I acknowledged them working with other clients.
Talia, the store manager, was unbelievably helpful, patient and informative so that my husband and I were able to upgrade to a newer phone. She explained the differences between certain models, and encouraged us to return the next day which was Black Friday so the we could take advantage of what was going to be offered. I recently had a question and returned to the store and again Talia was extremely helpful and patient. She is an excellent example of a terrific dedicated Verizon employee who wants the customer to be happy and to remain a Verizon customer.
The staff is very knowledgeable and patient. I went there to switch over four lines and an Apple Watch from another carrier, plus add a phone line. It took a very long time and even went past the closing time and they still were very helpful and patient with me. I would recommend this store.
I went to the Verizon to return a phone I just bought days before. Everything went very smooth, I was helped right away and I received excellent customer service. Jason in particular is the employee that made my experience pleasant and I highly recommend dealing with him directly if you want to save yourself a headache.... overall I was impressed with the service I received!!
Went to this store, willing to drop a lot of money. However, Michelle, one of the employees there was too busy playing on her phone to help us with anything and kept directing us to everything online. we repeatedly asked for in-store help but she insisted she could not help us. useless bunch of employees, so we went to best buy with better service.

If you are a veteran don’t bother to use this Verizon store.Despite the fact that the website states any retail store can assist you with implementing a discount the staff member did not know what to do in order to assist us. To her credit she did call for advice, but only again told us to use the internet site; which we can’t scan our documents onto. However, when we informed her that we didn’t have the resources to use the suggested website (otherwise why would I have driven here in the first place). She was incredibly rude stating “As you can clearly see I am alone and don’t know how to do that”, then suggested we drive to a different store and someone there MIGHT know how.Mind you during all of this there was only one other man in the store and he walked in several minutes after us. Also she stated all of this after I just watched her use the phone (So she knows how) to call and ask for assistance once. I guess calling twice would be too much work, Or calling to confirm another store could help us is far too difficult, but oh yes driving another 20 minutes after having already driven 40 minutes with a nine month old would be fine.Maybe they do have excellent customer service here as other reviews state, as long as you didn’t serve our country, have an infant with you, or are trying to get the benefits this corporation so kindly offers to veterans and first responders for their service.

Talia is a professional manager. I have been a customer for over 3 years now. There is no comparison to any other retailers in the broad industry of cell phones today. They have become a necessity, however this retailer gets the job done while making you feel like not just another consumer.

Waited a half hour due to staff availablity to learn that they didnt have a nano memory card. Didnt make sense since every phone uses one.
After spending a couple of hours activating my new iPhone with Brian at the Plymouth Verizon store I am pleased with the result. Though it took longer than expected Brian was very helpful and informative.
Waited 15 minutes and the two sales guys kept talking to each other and ignored us completely. Left and went to Bestbuy, the phone was $150 cheaper and the salesmen were very helpful over there
I went to Verizon to get rid of our account. Every month our bill was higher and higher due to data use. Mine was always turned off and my husband always went over the 6GB which I had to keep raising from the original 2gb, and of course that cost more. Switched to T-Mobile at 60.00 a month unlimited data 2 phones. So heres what happened. My data now always on because its unlimited. My husbands too. We have NEVER gone over 6GB but ALWAYS did with Verizon by about 30.00 a month. Odd dont you think since both of us use it now. Glad I switched. Verizon is clearly being unethical on the overage charges. Never again will I use Verizon.Edit...looks like Verizon wants to talk to me lol. Its not THE store.....its Verizon and its shady billing practices. T- Mobile with 2 using data never over 3 GB. Verizon with one using data always over 6 GB. Its not difficult to understand. ITS NOT THE STORE THAT BILLED US...VERIZON THE COMPANY DID. GET IT NOW. You manipulate data, period end of story. Nothing to talk about.

This company Verizon wireless is taking advantage of my 72 year old father selling stuff he doesnt need over charging him on the bill my father hes paying over $200 a month for 1 smart phone and a flip phone a damn flip phone
Wait time was too long and with the response to get a phone fixed, I was not satisfied.
I went to the store for an accessory for my new Verizon phone, but Chris answered several questions I had and went out of his way to make my phone work much better for me.
Store sold phone to my Son and would not allow him to return it which was the same day without paying a $75.00 restocking fee Im seriously thinking about taking them to small claims court
