She listens to what you want, while also offering guidance and expertise in coming up with an individualized plan to reach those goals. She is beyond creative and is able to use that talent in order to tailor each service to each client! Teresa was confident in her ability to work with my thick, coarse, curly hair while also giving it shine and lasting results. Which is not a small feat! Her guidance and work has made a huge improvement in my hair’s overall health and look. It is clear Teresa is not only talented, but also deeply cares about each of her clients and making each one happy!

Teresas services are all done thoroughly and with love. Shes transparent about what needs to be done, and if you tell her your concerns or if you voice something youd like differently than her original work, she will go above and beyond to fix it. My mom went in to get her hair colored for my wedding. She has very curly hair. Her stylist, Mila, prepped her for the color then walked away and sat up by the receptionist for 45 minutes. My mom got up, took the cape off and walked up to the front. Told her she’s just going to leave and was told, sounds good! Unbelievable. What kind of service is that.

I am getting married on 9/25. I booked an appointment for 9/4 for a cut, color, and extension consultation. I also needed someone to do onsite hair and makeup for my bridal party the day of the wedding and was told they have multiple stylists who would work onsite and that she would put out a message to them. I called the day of my appointment to double check the time and was told they had no appointment booked for me. I gave them the exact date and time I called. They also said they had no one to do onsite hair and makeup for my wedding because everyone was already scheduled to work in the salon. Now I am scrambling to find someone for my wedding 3 weeks out and everyone is booked. All I got was an oops, sorry. No follow up call or attempt to fix their error. So disappointing!

Saw Teresa, I was not pleased with my cut at all. She also dropped the guard, and instead of grabbing a new one put the same one back on the clippers with out and means of sanitizing it. Will not be returning to this location. I now go to their Maple Grove location, everyone I’ve seen at that location has been fantastic!

My new favorite place! Nicole took such good care of me. I had damaged hair that I needed to be cut for a fresh start and I dont think there is a single split end left in my hair. She gave me a beautiful bob cut and my hair looks and feels incredible for a really great price. They also have SO MANY products to choose from (Bumble and Bumble products for days)

I love it here! I go to Nicole and she’s the absolute best. I always walk out looking so fresh and feeling pleased with my hair. I found Nicole randomly and have loved my hair with her! Nicole is also just so sweet and accommodating I could sit and chat with her for hours, which is good because my hair usually takes a few!!

Nope. Like dealing with the Cable Company. Received a bad haircut, chunks of long hair around ears and generally uneven. So I stop in two days later to get it fixed. They would not fix my hair because they contract out the chairs. Like I care about their business model and that does not solve my problem. They offered the following solution: pay someone else there to fix it.... are you fu*&ing kidding me? So no real solution. The manager did comfort me by saying that, she is sorry that I feel that way, which is Cable Company speak for F Off we dont care about you. Well Hair District I am sorry you cant figure out a simple system to fix crappy haircuts that cost $35 for a dude. Worthless.

Jaclyn gave me the worst haircut ever, asked her to cut my hair shoulder length and layered but instead I had a neck length and straight cut. She should had been honest to not know how to do it instead of ruining my hair.

The Hair District in Plymouth provides a great environment for a quick trim. Coley Blank has been been cutting my hair for over a year now. She is exceptionally personable and possess a lot of knowledge about hair and hair care products.

I love Jodi Hollerud and the staff. Jodi is very creative and talented and always has ideas when I am ready for a change. The staff are welcoming and very professional.
