It’s a bummer they are closing. The other party store we use is a great alternative - Litin’s Party Value. And they deliver (we get lots of food/catering supplies from them).

Staff was extremely helpful and quality service!! Everyone is so nice even tho theyre going out of business. 90% off most of the store, get in while you can!

I ordered BRIDE balloons at this store and Brianna helped me through the process. She was so helpful and patient with me as I had to call back a few times. I would highly recommend this store and Brianna to anyone who needs party decor!

Charged me 6.99 to blow up a balloon I bought from Amazon and then told me they didnt ribbon the balloons anymore. She told me to do it at home. I bought some regular balloons to go with it and they told me they only last 5 hours. To come.back tomorrow. who spends that type of money for 5 hour balloons. Dont worry, I will do Amazon next time for the diffrent selection and the dollar tree for balloons, lasting more then 5 hours for half the price. Ridiculous!!! Then shrugged me off like it was nothing to them. The last coin from my pockets. Last year I had such a better experience, this can kick rocks!

Good store..... you will find most things needed but there is never much crowd in the store.... usually vacant...lol.

So disappointed by no helium after I spent 15 minutes deciding on my balloons. A note on the front door would of been good do I would not of wasted my time.

This is the best Party City in MN. I went to the Maple Grove and St. Louis Park locations and was unimpressed. The Plymouth location had a great team with smiles and a great attitude that matched my energy. They also had what I needed in stock. I look forward to return to see them soon with more party needs.

Extremely tacky to stock an entire endcap of horribly constructive native american costumes. Sacred cultures of displaced people are not for Halloween, jfc

Great store! Always pleased with their variety and helpful staff!

Staff is hit or miss. Halloween staff has been pretty unfriendly in our experience but we still bought costumes here due to wide selection of styles and sizes. The front staff is always friendly. We come here for helium balloons and party decorations.

Nice selection... though all of the stuff for 16 year olds in bright pink not red, Orange, yellow ETC. Just pink

Didnt have the costume i wanted, so i asked if they would honor the coupon i had when they got it in because they didnt have it in the store at any location. I just feel like they should honor it, its not my fault they dont have it.

Weve been going here for special occasions ever since they opened, and while the prices arent always the cheapest, they do have a great selection and the customer service has been pretty good.

I was looking for shimmer and shine birthday decor for my 5yr old daughter and they didnt have much. They only had napkins, cups, plates and a packet of latex balloons which it cost $1 to blow it up with heliem. Online and instore prices are very different so do ur research.

Good costumes for Halloween if youre willing to spend $40.

Its not as awesome as Party Safari in Wayzata, but a good place to find costumes
