I went to Dollar Tree to make a purchase and return items that were purchased for me only 5 days prior.Apparently they have changed their pricing to $1.25 per item. Which I can understand but would have thought would be done with some notice to consumers.My complaint is that the items were not accepted for a return, even though my receipt clearly stated returns were allowed with receipt.And this was after the cashier first stated the return was fine, then cemented they were not supposed to take returns anymore.

Staff is always extra nice at this location! Then its the $ tree. Wheelchair accessible and they have a customer bathroom also handicap equipped.

Decent size and staff... often dont have the popular or newest items. Pretty clean but seem to always have boxes stacked in isles. All in all, pretty good store to visit.

Workers were not very friendly and lady vacuuming almost tripped me when pulling cord wasnt even watching as she pulled cord from around the corner of aisle

Worst dollar tree ever. So unorganized, its difficult to find what you need or get around the store during busy times when theres boxes of unopened merchandise blocking shelving everywhere. I literally asked an employee where I could find an item and she said oh we dont have it. Walk away to leave, and find a box of unopened merchandise of exactly what I was looking for in the next aisle. Its ridiculous. I have been in there hoping for improvement many times, but its still the same.

Sure I understand things here are only a dollar and you get what you pay for but a lot of items should be sold as 2 for a dollar. A lot of people get taken in by thinking their saving money but if you purchase multiple items, at a dollar each, before you know it you have a cart full of items that add up to a lot of money before you realize it. It is a marketing scheme, and I understand that, but to unsuspecting customers it can cause them to end up spending more than they bargained for, and the quality of most items is not very good. Buyer beware and youll do okay.

Everything is categorized and things are where they should be for the most part, which makes everything easy to find. They also have a small cooler section for cheap munchies.

Always has some really good deals. Enjoy going there.

Amazing what a dollar buys. But compare price per ounce. Many items are cheaper at Wal-Mart or aldi.

Good place to buy and get your DIY ideas from, you can even get food there and you wont break the bank.
