I bought 2 butain torches. One was $4 for a rolling stoned little black one. Other was $3 for a little hot pink one and the little pink one never will light on its own. And the black one wont stay on that long. I called the store and told them. They will not refund or exchange them out. Any other store would

Im a frequent customer here and I absolutely love the staff. I buy my e-liquid and my Wings Menthol 100s here. Ive never had a problem with any of the staff, and on the days where Im half asleep I always manage to get a good laugh out of them. Theyll have my business for as long as Im in plymouth.

I do like the owner, employment is HORRIBLE, Low Bobs is a tobacco shop, these people are rude and have no idea details about most products. The most common response when asking simple questions was I dont know or I have no clue, they even gave me an empty box and when I tried to return 4 minutes later they tried to give me a hard time. I will be contacting the store owner in hopes to teach the people the fundamentals of a tobacco shop,

This shop is a mom and pop shop that was close to the hotel I was staying at so I decided to stop by to get some Vape juice for my vape pen, because I just started vaping so I can stop smoking cigarettes. The people in the shop was very friendly and helpful. If I ever breeze through this town again and I need anything Ill probably end up stopping by because the customer service was great.
