Shout out to Cub Foods for being open late. Especially in the last year, I found a lot of places are closing at 7 or 8. These guys have consistently been open until at least 11 and I appreciate it. Their prepped food counter is worth a try.

I find myself here several times a week. Its conveniently close, clean, and easy to find what Im looking for. Deborah and the team are amazing and make my return visits effortless and enjoyable.

Was shopping about 30 minutes before close. The female staff that was working (not going to mention name) was rude and instead of asking if I needed help finding something, which I did and had to ask for help. She said, You might as well make the announcement to her coworker because people are just standing around doing nothing as Im walking up and down the isle trying to find something and had to ask for assistance. Very poor customer service in my opinion.

I come to this cub frequently, it is usually not to busy and has everything I need. Awesome selection on produce and is usually fully stocked as far as I can see. The staff is friendly and the pharmacy is awesome as well!I was bored while I waited for my script and walked around and took a bunch of pics so you can see for yourself!

Im a regular here, and its alright. Every time I buy milk from here, however, it is ALWAYS expired. It makes me wonder how often they check expectation dates of the rest of their products.

Came into Cub at 445pm and needed something from the meat counter. There was a sign that stated someone was on break and would return at 514pm. During that time a manager came out of the back. You would think he would have helped me at the meat counter but he didn’t! He looked at the return sign and went about his business. I’m typing this review as I am standing here in the store. I will definitely be contacting corporate. This is the second time I have encountered issues with this manager on duty. He is lazy and think is is above helping customers in my opinion. If he thinks that maybe he should look for another job, ASAP. This is why I shop at Hy-Vee. And by the way the manager on duty today is Dave.

This is my local grocery store. It is smaller and not as fancy as some of the new stores. However, it is well organized, clean and not as busy. Always easy to get in and out with a friendly staff. Please dont change. I go to Cub to get good food at a good price. I dont need a fancy shopping experience.

Completely understaffed. It’s more than obvious why they have a hard time keeping staff, their management is nonexistent. Props to Damario for keeping a calm composure with a line of nearly 20 guests.

Done shopping here. This store is inhabited with anti maskers including occasionally store employees. LIttle is done to discourage this behavior. Plenty of other Cub stores around, typically I do not see this type of routine behavior at those other stores.

Convient store close to me. Practices Coronavirus laws and regulations. Not a huge amount of customers so introverts like me are more comfortable shopping here since there smaller amounts of foot traffic.Thank you to all our front line workers for all the hard work you do.

Open all night, very clean, nice employees

I usually go to this Cub foods but I usually go in the mornings. Today I went in the afternoon and was checked out by a man named David. By far the best customer service I have ever received and one of the nicest and friendliest man I have ever met. This man deserves a special shoutout by the company or a promotion or something. He was amazing at his job.

I’ve been shopping here over 20 years. Greatest staff and once you “get” the store arrangement, it’s easy to navigate. Best Cub for easy in & out and good selection. My only complaint is that now, during conorovirus, they have 3 checkouts with staff open and they’re all right next to each other instead of spreading them out! Not good planning. Aside from that, this store is the best.

This Cub foods is big, they have a large selection of vegetables, fruits and everything else. Theres no parking problems and theres one way in and one way out. They have a large freezer section and deli section. Nothing too fancy but the place is nice and a little outdated but they have everything youre going to need.

CHECK THE EXPIRATION DATES! This is the second item in LESS THAN TWO WEEKS that we found was past expiration! We returned the first item, a Hersheys pudding 4 pack, only to have bought this without realizing it. They will also put it back on the shelf once it has been returned. Seriously dont shop here!

This is my favorite cub in the Twin Cities. I do not live close to this location, but would gladly drive here to avoid these TERRIBLE locations: Uptown. The absolute worst!! Cant even begin to let everyone know the horrific experiences Ive encountered. Knollwood. Not as bad as uptown, but a close second. Richfield. Yuck. Bloomington. Ill go to Target or Walmart first. Cub foods is a great example of why self-checkout is my favorite feature in Target, Walmart, Cub, Lunds, pretty much anywhere they dont pay enough to get decent help. There are too many choices, large retailers. You should take a lesson. Heres what I do when encountering rude cashiers at your gigantic companies. I tell every single person I know or will listen to me. I put up reviews anywhere I can. I do this work for a living. I have NEVER had a customer complain about me. Why? Because I have manners, common sense, empathy and compassion. Ask your next new hires what their 4 greadtest attrubutes are..

I went there after work to pick up some stuff. I asked for a pound of Italian pasta at the deli and the attendant put in and charged me for an extra half pound which I did not need or want. I didnt realize till I got home it had no olives in it which it is supposed to. Aftet I was done shopping I used self check out and the when I asked the attendant a couple questions she seemed annoyed. Normally havent had any issues at this location but was not happy with this visit.

Clean, quiet, really nice employees, not so much visual and auditory pollution like a lot of stores. Always a nod and a how are you? to us when we come in. Also, a decent amount of gluten free options.

Nice and cozy place for the family, shopping, eat out and relaxation.

Good food, alright prices, decent enough service, and I appreciate the extended hours in comparison to other area grocers. Plus, the meat supply at the butcher is quality!

This is my FAVORITE Cub. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the store is clean and well stocked, and its usually not busy. Even the customers are friendly at this store, seems like the pretentious scoffy upper class of Plymouth shop at the Cub off Vicksburg (I now avoid that Cub at all costs after finding this one).Definetly check this place out if youre looking for a relaxed, friendly place to get your groceries

Our local Cub Foods and it is a great store. Tons of variety to choose from. It is always clean and the staff is friendly and there if you need them. Great pricing too on most things.

I always prefer my cub over the other grocery places. After the remodel, the deli and fresh foods section got even better!

I really appreciate the expanded natural foods section with increased options for vegetarians and vegans. Now that Coborns is closed, it is the best place in town for fresh produce and vegan products. Prices are substantially higher than the local Walmart or Target groceries, but having a Cub card can make prices a little more competitive. You will need to bag your own groceries at checkout.

The staff there are always friendly and helpful! Its a nice little Cub store that has most of everything you could need. If you truly need something more, I would suggest the one in St. Louis Park.

The only reason i left a one is because of the amazing cart guys Javon and Doug! The have so much compassion and are always friendly. They are the only reason I continue to return. Just to see their smiling faces. Inside is another story. Tannis is absolutely rude on the way she speaks to the customers. She is very unprofessional and sacastic. Same with half of the check out employers. The smash half your food as it comes down, with no remorse in doing so.

Limited selection, needs updating/ renovating. Otherwise, employees are very kind, smiley and helpful. And love that the guys who corral the carts wipe them clean!

Close to my place, convenient, friendly staff and good produce. Strongly recommend cub rewards to get discount at Holiday gas station. Also lookout for discount to other places behind the cub receipt.

Good store. Friendly staff. However, they do not appear to stock chicken thighs regularly which is what i typically glam there for.

Layout of the store doesnt make sense and employees can be rude for no reason. Hyvee is way better.

Bought two packs of fish one of them was rotten and didn’t find out about it until after I opened the packaging. Figured they were going to accuse me of replacing the fish since it’s a corporate thing to do so I didn’t bother going all the way back to hear the excuse. One fish was packaged on 25th October 2020 “rotten” the other one was packaged on the 27th October 2020 “ fresh”.

I love the salad bar, and the deli hot case. Their prices are always reasonable, and they offer a fair sized natural/organic section. The staff is always pleasant as well.

I love Cub. I hear they may change hands. I how they dont disappear.

This stores has seen better times!

This has been my neighborhood Cub on and off for a couple years and today was another example of its steady decline. Dont buy their rotisserie chicken, they sit all day! The last one I bought was old and disgusting. Today I went to buy one and noticed they stopped writing the time it was cooked on the package. The line is still there, they just leave it blank. I asked them why and I received the usual rude, non-answer. Dont waste your time, go to the Cub off Rockford. Its much better for some reason. Shame on you Cub!

Very convenient, open late, and right off major road. I love that they have a lot of things, sometimes even more than other Cubs. The staff is friendly, store is clean and never crowded. I’ve been going to this Cub for only 6 months now and I love it!

This is where i normally go to buy groceries. the prices are good, and there is a good selection. The employees are friendly and helpful. there is always parking close to the door and plenty of carts.

If you dont like clipping coupons, then you can get a free Cub rewards card and get the same deals. For every $100 you spend while using your Cub rewards card, you get 10 cents of per gallon at Holiday. The prices at Cub are not the lowest and the rewards earned with your Cub rewards card will expire quickly if you dont use them. I recommend visiting the dicount cooler in the meat department and discount shelves in the corner by the bakery for the best deals.

I made a special trip to this location after work to grab some grilled chicken. I always ALWAYS buy grilled chicken and and get dark meat only. So, this new lady who was working the deli department said that I cant have 10piece grilled chicken because they didnt make another tray. I am like what?, thats never EVER been a problem. Are you kidding me, so you have it on the menu and you cant sell it? That you will be sitting with these chicken all night and wont sell it all.. I cant believe what just happened! Wow just wow. This store officially sucks.

Great place to go shopping

The staff here are, by and large, terrific. Once, my deli order of meat, cheese and fruit trays was misplaced. Although I ended up having to roll up the meat myself, Loretta from the deli was able to get me half-price on everything I needed. This meant I was able to upgrade choices and quality for less than the trays would have originally cost. I am disappointed though, that they dont have more options when it comes to foreign foods and meat substitutes (kid is vegetarian). Aisles could easily be added as the front end of the store is toooo spread out. Also the pharmacy closes so early I cant get my scripts there. Overall a good store!

They are well stocked, but still not the best place to buy fresh fruit.

This is my favorite Cub Foods in relation to where I live. I live closer to the St. Louis Park - West End Cub, but the store there is small and the deli hates to slice meats and cheeses fresh and refers you everytime to a sketchy cooler where theyve already pre sliced and packaged, which totally defeats the point of a deli in my opinion. The customer service in Plymouth is 5/5 and the guy working the self checkout is always there to help and can tell he takes his job seriously. Im more than willing to drive the extra 2-3 miles for the selection and customer service at this Cub. Way to go Plymouth! Two thumbs up!

Went on line to see if they were open for Christmas. The website said they were open and not sure how long. Called the store and was put on hold for 40 minutes and was put in their waiting system. Never got through. Drove to the store and a sign said closed on Christmas.They have the time to post on line Christmas day hours, post hours, and too lazy to say Closed! Unbelievable.They are just plain lazy and more importantly...Morans!

The workers here are trash. They’re all rude and incompetent except for the deli. The deli department are the only ones I can deal with. If you need a money order, do not go here because you will get homegirl Jen S. She will sigh really loud when she is put to work then get upset when you ask for a money order. Finally, she will try to tell you how to do a money order even after telling you she doesn’t even know how to do one herself. Jen S, you’re trash, but I understand. Working at Cubs is super hard.

We found all the things we needed. I appreciate the wide aisle, and the signage. Will be shopping at Cub now that we have moved into the area.

I spend a lot of money at the stores and never feel appreciated, and half the time they dont have the items I originally went there for.

I remember when Cub first came on the scene locally in Blaine. They put several grocery chains out of business because their prices beat theirs. Now their prices are much higher and I only shop here when I have to.

This Cub Foods Store is easy to get to. Just North off of hwy 55 first light West of hwy 169.

Very pleasant the store is clean and well stocked. My cashier was very pleasant also.

Middle of the road but beaten in all aspects by hyvee. Totally obliterated on price by aldi. If you want fancy go to lunds, if you want fresh organic try fresh thyme or hyvee. They have completely lost their market niche and as soon as habit fails to get people in the doors they will be out of business and by then probably not missed.

This is the Cub closest to my home. Its good but Cub at Knollwood has way better produce, meats, and generally more selection.

Staff was racist and was very rude giving nasty looks and when i asked to talk to management she came and rushed us out and let her staff talk and point didnt know how to us WIC and looked down on us for using it.. I really like the store but i cant go somewhere were they treat ppl of a different race some type of way
