As Lunds-Byerlys frequent customers, we often enjoy sharing Poke bowls and other delicious items. Today we had by far our worst Poke bowls ever. There was very little fish and lots of rice (filler). We hope this is not a trend to continue. We have never not finished our bowls. Today was a double first.

Full disclosure, Ive never purchased anything from the store. I want to thank them for letting their community room to so many groups. We are able to use it for Junior Achievement on sometimes weekly meetings and they were very responsive and there was plenty of availability.

I absolutely love this store. L&B Plymouth has been my home away from home as an employee. The work environment here is very friendly and we all support each other/there is a strong sense of teamwork. It makes me really happy to be able to help customers and coworkers with questions all over the store since I’ve been given the opportunity to work in each department. Management is open to giving people the opportunity to learn new things if they wish to, and they make us feel appreciated.

This is a fancy store and the prices are higher than the two grocery stores across the street. That said, there is nothing to complain about. The meets, bakery, produce, and dairy are all good products and taste good. The service is great and the store is clean. I always enjoy my shopping there. The store also has some made to order stuff, sandwiches and such. I have been happy with them all. The organic selection is not great but it there are few items to be found. The prices are also not bad if you look for sale items.

This is a great store with an excellent assortment of selections. If you are a grocery shopper you have to try a Lunds and Byerlys. They have it all. I would highly recommend the prepared meals or meal kits. They are relatively simple, fun to try and delicious!

There once was a store named lunds. Which I ran into to get some buns. But once I got there. I couldnt pay the fair. Now I have no buns to take home.

They way they have everything situated makes it some tons bigger than other Lunds locations. Although I was they had fresh gluten free goodies at this location.

High end grocery store with high quality selection. The prices are not too high but if youre looking to save money go to Cub or HyVee. Pleasant environment in the store plus they bag and carry out your groceries (if needed).

Weird seeing people just casually walking around without masks on🤣, like it doesnt matter anymore... little early for that in my opinion, especially in a grocery store!🤦‍♀️ Im fully vaccinated and I still plan on wearing a mask in certain situations! smh

I normally would write a good review! But yesterday when I went that Brain” Innman put me on on the hard spot! He asked me are you happy to see me! He should not ask that to customers” cuz what If the wrong thing comes out” I didn’t know what to do or say! He’s made me cry a few time after being in the store” he has called my friend Callie by her full name before and told him he does not like it! Even if Brian see”s costumers he knows well! He need to be professional and not ask private stuff!

Their deli counter always has a good selection and everything is fresh. Staff is always very helpful and goes the extra mile. The dessert at the bakery counter are always so beautifully created. They even have all desserts individually packaged these days. A lot safer with all of the covid restrictions and precautions.

I love buying food and taking it upstairs and eating it next to the sunny windows.The staff are all friendly and well-educated about their stock.

Always good, prices are excellent you can always find good quality groceries anyone who thinks otherwise simply has not been there.

Staff are unquestionably professional, kind and helpful. Have never had a bad experience and have been in for lunch takeaway or eating in the mezzanine at least once a week for almost 8 years. Prices reflect the cleanliness of the store and overall quality of the food; slightly higher than budget stores in the area, but very justified.

It is a fairly nice grocery store with good amenities. Came to get coffee here tiday as there is a Caribou Coffeeshop inside the building. A pastor, Russell Royco, is not terrible at speaking (10/10). Tends to run somewhat expensive in terms of prices.There is a free WiFi safe space for students, the unemployed & agoraphobics & it is somewhat close to WHS, the library, the workplace, & the house. I don’t belong in such a fine retail store.

This grocery store has many things going for it. First off, it is in a great location with respect to Plymouth. Right off an intersection of the busy route 55 and the integral Vicksburg Ln, the location is very accessible for many residents.My favorite feature about this location is that it is open until 12 AM and offers a phenomenal space for those in the community to come and work, host meetings, and enjoy a positive environment. This greatly makes up for the absence of being open 24 hrs and then some. No need to venture to places like Starbucks and such as this place is hailed as a pretty central meeting point throughout the city. Plus, product/produce availability, store cleanliness, and service are all top notch. The best grocery store in the vicinity.

Went early one morning before work. I am new to the area and was excited to see what the store offered that could be unique. Walked in and saw the bakery but didn’t smell any fresh baked bread which is kinda a bummer because that’s a fantastic smell and normally one you can find in the morning time at stores. I looked around and was not once greeted by a team member. As I walked around I over heard two different set of coworkers complaining about their job. I ended up buying a $8 buffalo chicken wrap that was rather underwhelming for the price. It was just chicken, sauce and lettuce... no cheese or tomatoes or really anything to justify the price. With three other grocery stores within a mile, I would not return here. Overall the store is clean and presentable but the customer service is lacking.

Great place to shop because they offer so much from the bakery to produce to unique options. Some of their prices can be high, but I think they offset them with some of their outstanding doing meat and produce specials.

The store is great. Every department is excellent. The meats are beautiful and thick cuts, wow. The deli and the bakery have so much selection to choose from.

This place can never go wrong. Great quality of all that is available in this store. Customer service is outstanding. Friendly staff and speedy checkouts. Has a caribou inside this location.

We have ordered 20 cakes or the last 6 years. The new head baker is awful. Prices have more than doubled and quality is awful. The last straw was today my wife went in to have some cupcakes made for my daughters 1st birthday. Tried having some red white and blue ones made. She was downright mean. Said I am not doing that, copyright issues. Said the best she could was sugar cookies for $3.50 a piece. Will be finding a new bakery going forward.

Store is nice and very clean. Hot food is really good. I was a little concerned to learn the store policy regarding call outs of sick employees. It seems as if Lunds would rather you work sick than be excused. I believe the policy is too tight considering they sell fresh produce and meats. People whos immune systems are compromised (including mine) should be aware when shopping there.

Nice grocery store but a little expensive. They have good counter serve food options for eating meals right then and there. The seating is upstairs so thats cool.

They were constantly cleaning the store keeping it wipe down and making it very pleasant to shop

Great prices on produce. Sometimes they can get a little lite on stock due to weekend and such. Quality is sometimes a little low but I usually come back in a day our two. Great rain check program.

I LOVE this store. I have never purchased a bad item at Lunds. The salad bar and hot soups are delicious. A cake from Lunds is a special treat!The staff in the deli department are very patient and helpful. The guy working the deli is so sweet. Hes very honest with his reviews on the food and is very helpful. The over priced desserts are amazing and I hate to say it, but worth it. The eclairs have real Custard in them and not the light fluffy stuff most places put in them. I prefer this location over Maple Grove!

Lunds & Byerlys store in Plymouth is a very good food stores where you can find international products that may be difficult to find in other stores. The quality of produce is higher than other shops like whole food or Cubs at similar price. The environment is elegant and very clean with free WiFi.

Lunds is ok as far as the “fancy” food stores go. It is sort of like Whole Foods. Coffee shop inside with free WiFi. I get groceries there sometimes if I want brownies & fresh goodies & such. It’s on the route to work so I guess I could pick up food there too not just from Cub across the street. Brownies come with a fancy smell. Get the sun chips from there - God, I think they’re great

Expensive and lacking my go to brands. The staff is friendly. They have a lovely deli and bakery but the shopping leaves something to be desired. We usually go there to get bakery treats. They have a nice large area to sit and enjoy your snacks. Its fairly family friendly.

Its a awesome grocery store all food is awesome...(deli,bakery) always a cut above the rest...

I go for the Deli/Buffet area. Theres no competition for their Chicken Wild Rice soup, and they have fun specialty desserts like tortes that you dont find many other places. You can sit and eat there, or take your order home with you ready to eat!

I walked in to see if my friend was working at that particular coffee shop inside the store. I didnt buy anything but I walked around the store and it seems to be pretty decent. As far as I know on a more superficial level you can shop here with relative ease. I know nothing about the people and their customer relations.

Very nice selection of food, their drink selection could use some improvement however. Some items are a bit pricey, but they do have very high quality meats and produce. Overall a very great place to shop for some good food.

Been going there for 2 years and the first time an employee has said a word to me was yesterday. Always someone by the door but no one EVER says thank you. Employees never give customers the right of way, they always expect me to pause and let them go first. Just generally bad customer service. I thought they were supposed go be a classy grocery store but I get better service at Cub.

I love the wide variety of products and staff that actually know about the items in their departments!The the exterior, the store, and the bathrooms are always clean.

Excellent service here. Had trouble finding the Hawaiian sea salt and someone was right there to help. He couldnt find it either so he called for help. Long story short, they were out of stock, but checked with the next closest store and they had it. We just had to go to the service desk and pick it up.

Hours are posted until midnight. However, if you are not here before 10 pm, the night management starts turning off lights so you cant see the produce department. Seeing the produce is necessary as I have found moldy strawberries, tomatoes and raspberries here in the past.I have called about this managers actions before and was assured their later customers are just as valued, but by their continued actions to the contrary, this is not the case.

Prices seem a considerable amount higher.
