I had an older oil tank that unexpectedly started to leak all over my basement floor. I called plymouth oil on a weekend and Chet personally stopped by on the way to a picnic to inspect the tank and and advise me of what needed to be done. At the beginning of the week Chet and his crew safely took out my old tank and pipes and replaced everything. They worked fast and were extremely clean. I would highly recommend Plymouth Oil for all of your service and repair needs.

What amazing customer service Plymouth Oil provides. Not only are they my normal oil delivery company and boiler service provider, they have always been there reliably during emergency situations. When my boiler needed a repair during the winter months, I called first thing in the morning and not only were they on site in no time, everything was operational again by lunch time. Plymouth Oil also came through when I was selling my house as they are a full service provider and did maintenance on my chimney and oil supply line to meet a tight deadline. I can’t recommend this company enough for reliable and trustworthy service.

Terrible customer service. I had a appointment for service. Got on the waiting list, day of the appointment receive a call 2hours before scheduled service. That they have a emergency and cannot make it. Emergencies do come up but you should schedule me as soon as possible, not try to schedule me for 2 1/2 weeks away. No customer service!!Yes I called you for service, not realizing that you were the company that put me off. I totally understand when a company or individuals have a emergency but that doesn’t mean put me on the back of the list for your maintenance service. When I’ve already waited over a month. And then you try to reschedule me for 2 1/2 weeks away. I’m pretty sure there was something you could have done to fit me in earlier. That is one good customer services. And thank you for mentioning that I had given you a bad review last year I had totally forgotten about it. Good luck.

I got a quote for a service on my furnace for 150-200. My furnace was in great shape to begin with. Price was comparable to everyone else. Then they decided to do a tune up on my new hot water heater which I did not authorize. Then comes the bill which was nearly 500$!!!! They were rude and told me they would take 150$ off of my bill. Hahah what a joke. That was still 138$ more than i was quoted. Then they ran my debit card without permission and took the money.That is horrible buisness and i would suggest they learn how to treat customers
